The room was light and airy and in a pretty central area. Good value.
We were asked to show our passports on arrival. Unfortunately we didn't have them as we had not crossed any borders. We were told that this was a legal requirement. Having stayed in dozens of hotels, this is the first time that I have ever heard of this little known "legal requirement". Luckily, we were able to retrieve pictures of the passports to show at reception. Having checked the website and check in instructions, I could see no reference to this request. Also, had to ask 2/3 times for a receipt for the 50 euro deposit. I was told that it would be emailed to me, I'm still waiting....finally I insisted on a paper copy.

The size of the property was perfect for us. Really is bigger than it looks. Great facilities, felt private. It's so close to the city center without massive crowds. The bed was comfortable and the sofa was a great size for hanging out on. I was happy with the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans provided. The kitchen was immaculate, as was the bathroom The staff were great, I had a girl with pink hair, a guy that tried very hard to find me hand soap, and João on checkout. All were excellent and helpful as could be
Hand soap wasn't provided so I had to run to the shop to get some. Thought it was weird when shampoo, body wash and washing up liquid was provided. Every towel was stained yellow or black. One blind was broken and some other places were worn/used quite a bit, but I couldn't expect anything more somewhere in the middle of the city that I'm sure has a very high turnover rate. It wasn't off-putting at all. The lack of soap and stained towels were my only let down and they were very minor. Wouldn't stop me from coming back

The apartment was clean, spacious and affordable. It was very close to the city centre, 5/10 minute walk from everything
Stated on booking.com that a deposit was required which was fine, no note about having to have it in cash. Next door to the hostel so we couldn’t check in until 3 so had to put our stuff in the same bit that the travellers/hostel users were putting their stuff so didn’t really feel comfortable with that. But was reassured by staff there would be a member there when people had to go into the room to get their stuff

I have to say the apartment exceeded my expectations. Although we booked an apartment, for check-in we went to the hostel reception area and the staff was absolutely lovely! They were crazy busy (Coldplay Concert + a school class checking in) but still polite and welcoming :) the apartment was very nice, high ceiling, very well equipped and was very spacious for 3 people. Easy to walk into the city as well as Croke Park, very strategic. Overall I would definitely recommend. Checkout process also smooth. Bonus points: they left a complementary Guinness can in the fridge as well as water, there was tea and coffee and a few snacks which we appreciated a great deal!
Just a couple of extra towels would have been handy, but this is just a minor thing! All great in my opinion.

A very pleasant building with beautiful rooms, very spacious and elegant. A real sense of Georgian Dublin. A treat to stay in this space.
I found checking in at the hostel a little edgy, it's a very different space to the luxurious studios. The staff were very nice, but nonetheless the hostel edge wins out. The spiral stairs in the room are not suitable for vulnerable stair climbers! The bathroom seems a long way down in the night. There was no milk in the room for tea in the morning which in my books is a big crime. A cup of tea really matters in the morning. Although the road is quiet, the area nearby is quite raw and there were people shouting on the street at night, and a girl settling down to sleep in the doorway opposite and other examples of how Dublin has failed its poor. But that's Dublin and not the fault of Leevin Studios who have made every effort to create a beautiful space.

Spacious room, stairs on inside is a nice touch to the interior; location near the city center in a quiet street; at the reception desk (2 doors up the street) there is tabletennis and footballtable available and for free.
A company that rents is always a bit formal in its approach; you have to pay 50 EUR upfront in cash as a deposit; but the room wasn't checked on checking out. Another example - one moment you have to leave your ID at the reception when using the tabletennis, next time you don't; .... in both cases quite unnecessary. Parking in the street is max 2hr, to park your car we used one at Connolly Train Station (9 EUR per day - 30 EUR per week) - a ten minute walk from the apartment; since the location is so close to the city center we did all our sightseeing by foot.

We signed in at the hostel reception and then was taken to our apartment. The receptionist were absolutely lovely and everything was sorted quickly for checking in and out. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely. The apartment had a kitchen with kettle, fridge etc which was all kept very very clean. The area was extremely quiet and just a quick walk to the centre of Dublin and croke park. Local shops was a 2 minutes away which had essentials if you needed any

Studio apartment had fresh contemporary style with old character and very well equipped. Even had a small coffee pod machine and dishwasher! Very cosy. Situated close to BigBusTours stop 1 and near the heart of Dublin City centre. Excellent value for a family of 4.
Sofa bed downstairs was comfortable but armrests kept falling off. Staff was ok but lacking that friendly welcoming smile. The €50 cash deposit for key return seems a bit unprofessional and took us by surprise so should be clearer stated to guests.

The place is so clean and so spacious only a ten minute walk if even to the city centre there’s a luas stop a one minute walk away. The staff were so friendly we arrived early and kept our luggage, they then let us leave our luggage there all day. Our receptionist Maria I think her name was, was lovely and I didn’t get the man’s name but he was so nice and accommodating. One of the most modern, nicest places if stayed and such a good cheap price for Dublin!! I still can’t get over the deign of the room it’s unbelievable. And the sofa bed is so comfy!!

Excellent location on a beautiful, quiet Dublin street within easy walking distance of the city centre restaurant, pubs and attractions. The apartment itself was stunning; high ceilings, a luxurious feel and plenty of space in the mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for a couple staying in the city.
I had messaged with a query the day before our arrival and no‐one got back to us. Luckily this did not affect our stay.
