Convenient for the Convention Centre and for walking along side the Liffey. Near to the city centre. Good choice of dishes at breakfast time, including freshly chopped melons and pineapple. Comfortable room- spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Decent towels. Quiet- no noise in the corridor. Bar meal menu offered a good range of food. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Spacious lobby area - good as a meeting place. Self-service snack bar convenient if feeling peckish.

No decaffeinated coffee at breakfast- in these days, why not? Although well appointed, this was a very expensive hotel- I considered the price per night exorbitant for the standard of accommodation. The bar prices were also expensive. I’m unsure if this is reflective of Dublin prices in general. “Complimentary” bottle of water in the room fridge was not replenished over my four nights’ stay. If I’m staying for four nights, I expect to have this replenished each day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and coincidentally for us there was a staff member who was also from the Netherlands and so we could speak Dutch. Location-wise it is just on the edge of the heart of the city centre But everything is within walking distance of 10 minutes The luxury lifestyle is on the southern side of the river Breakfast was good for the price ratio. The biggest plus is that the buses and taxis stop right outside the door With the Dublin Express from the airport to the hotel it stops exactly 4 minutes walk from the hotel and vice versa. https://www.dublinexpress.ie Visiting Howth cliff walk is highly recommended!!!!! https://www.theirishroadtrip.com/howth-cliff-walk

Companies that praise themselves in the advertising leaflets of the tourist brochures often disappoint, such as Beshoff O'Connell Street of Fish & Chips restaurant Overpriced and got really sick for two days.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us since we had to be at the congress center Dublin next door, but also a very short walk away from city center. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

We paid for breakfast on site, which was quite expensive for what they offer/ quality of the food and should be included in the relatively steep price for the room. Due to lack of nearby places for breakfast / time since this was a work trip we were forced to attend breakfast in the hotel. During rush hour of breakfast, a lot of the food options were also gone and not replenished in a timely manner.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff and great location. We got the Dublin Express which drops you off a 3 minute walk from the hotel. It's the Rockets Restaurant - North Wall Quay that is so close by. €15 return so by far the best option from the airport. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. We were there celebrating my nephew's 18th and they made sure to mark the occasion and make him feel special. This was so appreciated and we are very grateful for this. The room was great - no view but that didn't matter as we were only there at night to sleep. It was really clean and tastefully decorated. The bar was lovely and a relaxing place to end the day. It was open til 1am on a Saturday night. They kept our luggage safe whilst we spent our day exploring before leaving the hotel in the evening. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely recommend. It is a 20 minute walk to Temple Bar area but a lovely walk along the river and you know you'll have a peaceful night sleep here!

Very helpful staff, particularly Valentina but also the rest of the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Clean and well kept.

As the general population is aging and with it the holiday makers have a significant number of elderly people, it would be good if the baths were replaced with walk in showers, most elderly folk have problems using a bath, sitting and standing and even stepping into a bath to use the shower can be a problem. Parking is a problem, the nearby parking facility does not stay open 24/7. We knew of this and used the station car park as we were catching an early ferry.

An excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. Excellent location and within walking distance of Grafton Street, Temple bar and Bord Gais theatre etc.. It was great to get interconnecting rooms for our family. We will definitely use this hotel again.

We couldn't find any information about what food is served at the restaurant (other than breakfast) although this could have been an oversight on our part and I'm sure if we had asked we could have found out. This wasn't a problem at all.

Very clean, centralized location to all major attractions, shopping and dining. The staff here are outstanding and every single one of them were helpful, kind, and inviting the second we walked in the door to check in.

The king bed was slightly uncomfortable and needed a bit more cushion to it. Also the laundry center stays busy and was almost impossible to get a chance to use. The one time I was able to use it I noticed a worked put a mop head in the washer after I used it. It was the dirty mop he used to clean the lobby and sweaty gym floor. I get that dirty things go in to the wash to be cleaned but that should’ve have been done in the commercial washer in the back, not the ones for guest to use. Absolutely disgusting.

The hotel is right next to the Epic Museum and very close to O'Donnell Street. There is a brewery around the corner and a few small supermarkets near by. The hotel's restuarant is good and decently price. My son and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The have a waffle and omelet bar. I was shocked and amazed how comfortable the beds were. They are more firm, but I just loved how firmed the beds were. Inside the bathroom, the hotel provides, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. The towels were also awesome, they were super big.

Nothing that i can think of.

The room was very quiet even though we were next to the lift. Pretty standard but very comfortable. Bed and pillows wete fabulous. Shower pressure was great! The buffet breakfast is outstanding! So many food choices - the waffle irons are great! The dining area itself is lovely, so bright and cheerful. Location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to be. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Quick check in and out.

The bathroom was a little unclean, especially on the tiles, they were sort of stained. Whilst in the shower, the bath filled up with water so not sure if the drain/plug was a little blocked. Personally don't like a shower curtain or a bath mat for standing in the bath - just always feel like they gather a lot of germs/bacteria.

The hotel has access directly to the luas line which makes it ideal for customers going to 3 arena..even if you don't take the last it is a 15 minute walk..excellent location...food also was very good..

The bar service was slow...and we asked for a cocktail we were told not available...I am guessing because only 1 person on the bar he thought it too much work..there should have been more servers at the bar.. I booked a room supposedly for 3 people but it really was for 2...the deluxe twin is a room for 2..the bed are single and a half and not a double bed that it looks like in the picture..
