Location, staff, reputation

Our room was above the railway track and noisy; woke us early and unaware of this.

The staff were v pleasant and helpful; standard of decor and design was super; the lunch was great and again staff ( Manager I think) - nothing was any bother to him- v impressed

The breakfast staff were maybe a little premature at clearing breakfast away. When ticked that price was not what I had expected I understand that may have been due to tax increase but still feel we should have been charged at the price I had held it on.

The location is wonderful, the staff is kind and the beds are very comfortable!

The lights in the room turn on in the middle of the night due to sensors. The breakfast is repetitive, some fresh vegetables would be great.

The shower. The size of the bed and bedroom. The staff.

The club lounge room is not really well packed.

The man as reception was extremely helpful towards our stay. He welcomes us with a big smile and gave us as much information that we needed. He was a tall thin man I think he’s name was Vojtech but that could be wrong. The hotel is very close to the shopping streets where the spire is. The hotel is extremely modern and clean. Parking isn’t available there but there is the Irish life car park a 2 minute walk away and it was only €17 for the night. The food in the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We got bbq pulled pork and wings for starters and steak and a burger for mains. All was absolutely beautiful. The only thing we didn’t like was the heating in the room didn’t work well at all. It was quite cold

Only one lift was working. The heating in the room also didn’t work. It was ok during the night but it was quite cold when we went in first for a couple of hours.

Walking into the room, I loved the space to move around and the size of the bathroom. The drapes opening automatically aa I entered was a nice touch. Using the self touch buttons to let the staff know that I did not need the room to be made up was great! The bed was comfortable and there was space to eat dinner, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker if needed. Staff was INCREDIBLY helpful to any questions I had, even calling a taxi for me. Great wifi and channels on the tv to relax after a long day of exploring.

The only thing I was confused about was that there was never anyone in the Parlor room (cafe) to order a light snack from, and they looked delicious! Other than that, I had no complaints, other than I wished I booked back there on my way home!

An amazing hotel, if you want somewhere more luxury then this is the place for you. Me and my friend stopped for 1 night so it was a good price split between us both too. Would definitely recommend :) I booked only a double room expecting one double bed and we had two, so that was lovely. The beds were soooo comfy too :)

My only fault is the location. It took about 30 mins to walk here from the city centre. If we were further out the other direction, me and my friend would get an Uber back to the hotel as maps said it would take 50 mins to walk back

It was incredible. Our stay was so much fun and I wish that we stayed longer! The bed and pillows were SO comfortable 10/10 (considering calling to see where the pillows were from and buying them myself) They gave us chocolates when we got in our room which was amazing. I was very grateful for the lift because of my heavy luggage. All of the staff were very kind and so helpful. I really recommend this stop! It was also 30 seconds away from the train station!

The only thing that I can literally think of is that you could hear people in the hallway from your room, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake you up or be bothersome at all.

Loved the cleanliness, location and modern design of the room. We trotted back from the 3Arena. I think it might be an error from a safety point of view, but we could open our 4th storey window all the way - which I liked!

The price was high given the room size and basic (room only) service required. I know Dublin is expensive in general but affordability will limit future visits. The hand soap and hand lotion beside the bedroom sink were in the wrong bottles, which weirdly bothered me! The consumables for tea and coffee were very limited, as were the loo rolls and two bottles of water would be nice. The restaurant food was lovely, a little more variety would be better, but the choice we had was adequate.

Breakfast was on point! No complaints there… club lounge was nice just a shame they don’t have a bar area! But that is not a major problem was lovely outside on the rooftop to see the views especially at night! The location was good in terms of getting around Close to the tram line and Connolly stn just literally across the street. Dinner and lunch in the restaurant the only way is North was so good!!

The spa was lovely…. Would have been perfect if there was a steam room! Our curtains never worked but not a big thing rest of the room was spot on so never bothered us!!
