Check in was super easy! The staff made room for all of our bags - all eleven adults with a lot of luggage - in a locked room off the lobby. After sightseeing around the city, the staff welcomed us in the late night lounge. We all had a fantastic day and evening. The hotel is centrally located, and in walking distance to almost everything. I will be using this hotel on our next trip, and highly recommend to anyone.
There probably isn't anything you can do about this but: The bathroom was hard to get to (on the second floor) due to lack of elevator/bathroom keys. We managed, but the people with little kiddos in the lobby almost had an accident.

It was an all round good experience. The staff were delightful and went out of their way to help with our baby. Sterilising baby bottles and setting up a baby cot for us. The receptionists were all very kind, sweet and helpful. I forgot to get the names of anyone in particular but genuinely, all the staff we dealt with were just a delight. The food menu had a nice selection and the prices were very reasonable. I'm looking forward to staying here again.
Much to my surprise they didn't accept cash. Which really put us in a pickle when in came to paying for dinner and drinks. We managed to work around it but definitely something to be aware of. The quality of drinks of tap was a little disappointing. The Guinness pipes are definitely in need cleaning. The Guinness was flat and had a sour taste. Also a lot of fruit fly hanging about the bar, might be a good idea to have a deep clean.

The room was very spacious. It had a double and single but there was extra space with an arm Chair which made it feel not so squishy like some hotel rooms The location was great for accessing shops and a cinema. The staff were very very nice… I really appreciate friendly front desk staff upon arrival and these guys were fantastic I didn’t buy Brekky with my accommodation but I was given a brekky voucher for the full buffet Brekky. They put on a great spread!
There was a LOT of city noise through the night. I have to have fresh air so I sacrifice to keep the window open a little. There was no drive in drop off zone and it situated in an awkward spot if you’re in a car which we were initially. I did find a side street alley to park and walk our luggage just 5 minutes… that was ok in the end but definitely a bit stressful at first

The room was great just what you need when your all walked out. WIFI was easy to access. Parnell street is away from all the noise and is a lovely hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. My stay at the hotel was comfortable the room was clean and the staff were very friendly.I enjoyed my stay anď would book to stay at this hotel again.
Not alot of seating at the entrance and had to stand after an early start and good length of walk from the bus station to the hotel. The room I was in faced out unto the back of the hotel where the bins were. Not that it bothered me as I was out but maybe not a great room if someone is in most of the day.

Great location within easy walking distance to many sights. Breakfast was quite extensive with something for everyone. It was very handy that they had luggage storage—we were able to store bags before our rooms were ready and again when we left Dublin for a few days. Overall, it was a good experience and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was, despite being in the middle of a city.
You need a key card for everything and sometimes the keys got temperamental. Since we bookended our trip to Ireland at this hotel, we had the opportunity to see 4 different rooms. Our 5th floor rooms definitely seemed to be in better shape than the 4th floor room we had.

tea tray had all that you needed. complimentary high quality chocolates and wine were a bonus. room was very spacious and comfortable. newspapers provided at breakfast.
door to the room was very heavy. hairdryer was not powerful enough especially when you have long think hair. some of the channels were not working on the tv. no space to put clothes for after a bath/shower. no bath mat for bath so bottom of bath was slippy. at breakfast the food was slightly on the cold side and only one of the coffee machines were working. coffee provided in tea tray was of the lesser quality.

most beautiful hotel as soon as u entered the Hotel reception there was this most amazing smell there was ice cold water on tap luxurious seats to rest although our room was not ready as we arrived early to drop of our bags the reception staff were so lovely and welcoming It was a most amazing stay in an excellent location I had requested a low floor as I'm terrified of lifts and cannot do lots of stairs due to a leg injury and sure enough my request was honoured Thank for a very special visit with my sis in law we will return ❤️

Great location very close to two of our day trip pickup spots. The room was comfortable and the hotel amenities and staff were excellent. We enjoyed the pub and restaurant food onsite. The bar staff and the front desk staff were excellent and a pleasure to interact with. Kudos to both teams for their assistance and genuine warmth for their guests during our stay. The hot breakfast bar was good value and offers a lot of variety.
There was nothing about the property we didn’t like

Good location,clean and quiet
Check in, we arrived at 3.20 as check-in is 3. No room ready, this seems to be a common problem as another 2 guests were told this at the same time. I was then informed the information on booking.com and hotel website is wrong it should say 4pm. The lady next to me was offered a room available that was the same as I had booked. The receptionist was lovely and went to her manager (in the room behind reception) and a room was made available to me. This receptionist told me she was only new. The manager eventually came to assist front desk as a que had formed at this point. She seemed annoyed. Stay was nice, I have stayed for business before but would not return if this is the checkin policy especially after travelling with children

The rooms were nice, comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. The breakfast was so nice and there was a good variety! The hotel is in a good location and it is very easy to get to the temple bar area and is literally next to Abbey street and O’Connell street. We were able to get to the Guinness factory very easily by tram.
some of the guests were very ‘noisy’ and on our first night we only slept for 2 hours. This is not the hotels fault but I was with my daughter and it was slightly awkward hearing a woman scream for 10 hours on and off until I banged on the wall and it stopped. The second night was a big improvement.
