Breakfast was really good, with a fair selection of food and drink, including freshly baked bread & croissants, fruit, cereal etc. I asked for a quiet room and I got one, so my sleep was very comfortable. All in all, a perfect place for staying a couple of nights - close to the center (max 20 minutes on foot), public transport just round the corner, rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel if coming to Dublin again.

Nothing really. Our room was quite small, with no closet or a reasonable work space (except a folding chair and a foldable mini-desk) which might be disadvantageous for some guests, but if you plan on spending most of the time in town as we did, then you won't need those anyway.

Good location. Close to Aircoach bustop so really easy to transfer to/from the airport.

Staff were first class, very welcoming and friendly. great location and room was lovely and snug, very well Furbished! they also kept our bags for us when we checked out for the day for us to go shopping, great service :-)

Only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast facilities, paid 18 euro just for cereal, coffee and juice which was disappointing. I would have waited to see what was on offer before paying for this, would have liked the option of hot food for breakfast.

The property was in a good location , albeit in one of the more ‘ urban areas’ of the city according to the locals we spoke with. The hotel was clean and well kept and all of the staff were more than happy to help. Despite the building works and it being on a busy street , the noise levels were low and there were no interruptions from the building works. It was a great addition to have a bar in the hotel , as other point a hotels we have stayed in don’t have this.

It is in a high traffic area , which for us wasn’t an issue , but if you are a bit more sensitive to street noises this may not be the place for you.

Very good hotel for the price, was worried about noisy streets at night but although our room was located on the dodgy alley side, it was quiet there apart from weekdays with the construction upstairs. Staff were great very welcoming and helpful. Nice modern rooms and I liked the location of the hotel being central enough to walk to the city centre but just far enough to be away from the chaos!

Just noise from construction on the top floors but once it's finished I'd imagine it would be quiet! Also food from the hotel restaurant could be better, my burrito was very bland I struggled to eat it

Staff is great. Answered questions I had. You are able to store luggage if check out if earlier than departure flight. Easy walk toward the River Liffey and neighborhoods. Bed was comfortable. I knew coming in it would be a smaller room than what I usually have in the past but it was just right. 5 areas to hang clothes. There’s a small closet. Outlets and USB sockets. TV. I enjoyed the mood LED lighting around the room

Wasn’t the biggest problem for me. But the sound of the street and pedestrians could be heard from my room since I faced the street. Heard more at night when people heading to the pubs or clubs. Air conditioning didn’t blow a high fan but it worked well.

I think I would go as far as to say, I don’t think I have stayed in a better appointed hotel ever. Everything is hi-tech, push button control, marvellous. The staff were exceptional, the hotel was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, great location for everything, a big 10 out of 10 from me, thank you for the best stay, I loved it and will be back!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property or my stay, the only one observation I have is that Dublin has gotten enormously expensive, the hotel wasn’t cheap, but I don’t begrudge what I paid, it was worth every penny and I loved my whole experience.

The hotel went beyond my expectations for the price. Its a boutique style hotel so the room was smallish, but beautiful. We didn't have a view to speak off, but as we were on a shopping spree it wasn't important to us. There is hanging space and a shelved unit which is fine for a few days stay. The bathroom is also beautiful. The hotel bar/restaurant area is stunning (I would love to see this at Christmas:)) The staff are exceptional ( and could teach a thing or two to a more upmarket neighbouring hotel) and we were met with smiles and courtesy from start to finish... Now for the niggly part ...please read the small print and you won't be disappointed - there is work going on within the hotel as another floor is being added. We heard small tapping.noises from around 7.30am and the louder machinery goes from around 8.30am on til around 4.30pm. As we were planning to be around town it didn't really bother us. The hotel has been open and honest about the work which we appreciated. I can highly recommend this hotel for price and location and will definitely return.

There was nothing we didn't like

Weekday price for Dublin was nice, but Dublin is still extortionate. Late check out was till 2pm and only cost €15, well worth it! Bed was comfy, with decent space for a couple TV has chromescast and HDMI input, and is mounted directly in front of the bed, for anyone curious. Plenty of towels supplied, with facecloths also. Staff looked after our bags for a few hours after we checked out, incredibly considerate and helpful! Location is perfect for sightseeing City Center!

Suppied toiletries only included a 2-in-1 body and hair wash, which was underwhelming. No toothpaste. Our room was advertised as having a view: Our room was on floor -1, and only had a view of an underground wall. Not a dealbreaker for our visit, but may be for others. Lack of soundproofing between doors and rooms made us self concious about our noise, and meant we heard others in different rooms and the main area!

Location is just off O'Connell Street and central to buses or within walking distance of Temple Bar. The hotel room was on the 4th floor very quiet and clean....we really couldn't have wished for a nicer hotel. Breakfast is a buffet , pastries, fruit etc...but this was fine for us as there are many options nearby for cooked breakfast... At the time the hotel is having extra floors put on but the building work did not affect us one bit ..there was not dust or noise,.. Front of house staff are knowledgeable and helpful..... I will be back when next in Dublin....

There wasn't anything to not like :)
