Breakfast was wonderful and you could select your mains with a small buffet for extras. Parking is on the street but free, it is very busy road at the end of the day. Can take the bus to downtown Galway city but in frequent as day goes along so mind the schedule to return. The water is about a good block away (I thought it was right outside the hotel's door when I booked). The pub downstairs serves tasty beers and very tasty food (loved their seafood chowder!). You can pick from other locations for food nearby. Live music at the bars across the street on weekends.

A bit more expensive for being so outside of Galway City.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were all as described. The bed was comfy, the bathroom facilities were very good and the room was a decent size and very clean. The location was excellent, with a beautiful strand just a two minute walk from the front door. There was plenty of parking right outside the door. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. I wouldstay here again if travelling along the west coast. It is a great place to stop and only a 20 minute drive from Rossaveel Harbour, where the Aran Island Ferries leave from.

Family room was a good size. Breakfast was good and ate at the restaurant/bar for dinner which was great. Good location for driving access to Galway city or to Rossaveel to get the ferry to the Aran Islands.

Family room was the furthest room away. Had to go up a flight of stairs, along a hallway, down stairs then back up another flight of a stairs, then along another long hallway. After a day out, the kids were tired and the distance and stairs from the front door to the room didn’t make it easy. Don’t think who ever designed it thought about parents and young children.

Great hotel with good food. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Parking! It’s free public parking on the street and in front of the hotel. I got there around 3 PM, so no problem. HOWEVER, in the morning, around 830 AM when I tried to leave was terrible! It’s just a 2 lane road so school traffic and work traffic caused a major issue backing out. ALSO, back in to the spot, makes it easier to depart. I didn’t so when I tried backing it was difficult because of the constant traffic.

It’s a small village hotel. My room was single occupancy so was a small room with a single bed. It was sufficiently sized, clean and comfortable. Right in the village it’s really located as a stop off on a Connemara tour. Food in the restaurant was good value and tasty. Breakfast was delicious! Lovely staff and a genuine Irish welcome.

Lighting in the restaurant and bar was a bit stark- some mood lighting would help Possibly a little over priced for the size of the room .

The breakfast was a really nice touch. And it was very tasty! And the dinner was delicious! So nice to have dinner with a view of the water! The staff are lovely kind people! The bus to Galway was easy to catch and the Galway Cabs App service works well. Great spot to stay away from the city!

Our room looked out over the water with a deck, what is not to love. The food was average, but bringing my 2 yo down for live Irish guitar/flute music in his pjs with a cup of milk from the bar while I had a pint of Guinness was special.

The rooms could be updated. We were 3 flights up with luggage and no elevator (though the staff was so helpful they hauled the big bag up for us). There is not much in town, but connemara is not far away.

The Staff had facilitated us with ordering our dinner before arrival and had it ready the minute we arrived. They were exceptionally helpful. The bedroom was perfect with a nice view of the aran islands off in the distance. We had breakfast the next morning and it was really good. Cooked fresh!! You would know it was a family run place. Will definitely stay again. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and informative.

Couldnt say anything bad about this accomodation. Its a bar restaurant and bnb it does what it says on the tin.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival and found throughout our stay that any request we made was responded to with the same warmth. The restaurant provided a wide range of options and the breakfast, included in the price, was excellent.
