This is outstanding cleanness staff is Phenomenon friendly goes out of the way for their quest well let me speak for us they went out of the way for us polite wonderful to talk with great breakfast with variety of choices accommodations was setup with guest in mind it was simply comfortable wanted to stay but have kids to get back home too our 6 Pomeranians

I like to start with the dates i think its important too I stayed on 04/23/2022. The lobby was clean so i started off pleased. I think when you have alot of traffic coming in and out the floors are bound to by dirty Not in this case, the floors were clean. My room was very clean and spacious. The location was great and the parking area was well lit. The staff was great. The lady that checked me in had a smile on her face Communicated very well and the people that was leaving seemed to know her name and liked her which I can understand why. I checked in at 2:20 with a very easy simple check in I was not told i couldn't because of the time and was not charged extra to do so. The lady came behind her was just as nice. The whole staff was.

I didn't like the price but I get it everything is going up.. The breakfast sucked for 180 a night after taxes and fees I feel like for that amount of money it should have been a whole lot more to choose from. I was in room126 and you had to push the door after shutting it to make sure it caught and was truly shut The bathroom had two nice size mold spots on the ceiling over the tub but it didn't smell of mold or mildew but besides that no other problems

The service from the employees was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help and answer any questions that we had.

It's not that we didn't like anything, but the facility needs to be up front about the age and upgrades that they have made. Everything was comfortable and clean, the facility just had a little age on it.

Easy access location, It was very accessible to many amenities.

The water Fawcett in the bathroom was at a drip and not fully operational. I had to contact house maintenance, even then it wasn't repaired properly.

Price and amenities

The young lady at the front desk was rude as hell. Did not acknowledge that I was there. She continued her personal conversation on her cell before offering assistance. Instead of telling me where the rooms located, she just pointed towards the hallway.

Breakfast was decent. Lady was very nice. Clean and well stocked.

The room had a odor of unused to it. But I had spray deodorizer with me. Front desk staff was not as pleasant as we are used too. Waited for her to come in for several minutes. But I think they were having a conference

Very Clean, fresh smelling, staff was friendly, and very enjoyable stay!! Would stay again! Well lit outside, room was large and comfortable.

Water pressure in shower was very low on second floor. Also shower head needs replaced seemed maybe stopped up as water only flowed through a few of the head outlets. Sausage on breakfast bar had no taste very bland. Would have liked to had bacon one morning as we stayed 2 nights. Also would have liked a channel lineup for TV.

The lady in the breakfast area was outstanding and also the courtesy gentleman was also.

Omg the guy that checked us in was very very rude. He would be the reason that I would consider not staying there anymore. Very unfriend and not caring at all. He even made the comment that he may have ran my credit card and it declined. He told me that I was in the system. Ask if I made the reservations the night before. I made the reservation on June 1st. He told me they didn't have any rooms available. I had my confirmation number and he said that had nothing to do with the hotel. Until he called the manager and she told him to ask for the last four digits of my credit card and he said oh yea here it is. He had already ran my card and it was laying on the desk.

everything was great. nice clean and comfortable room, Liked the sofa with the additional lounge on the end. good for putting our feet up! good breakfast , too. We had never stayed at this location before, but we travel through this area each year to visit family and will definately make this our "go to" motel.

Clean, the beds were comfortable, and they offered breakfast.

It was noisy, even though I couldn't put the blame on the hotel, people were yelling and playing music late at night.
