Great location, room was very clean. Good breakfast. Silent and cozy.

Staff was very rude and could not care less about our situation. First day I asked for help because I lost by bag coming from Malpensa inside the bus and nobody would help me. I asked help to call the bus company to help me tracking it because I don’t speak Italian and heard that it was up to me to solve it. Definitely did not expect them to solve it, but help! I managed to get it back with the company, using half Spanish, half Italian and a bit of English as well. Anyway, awful first impression.

I chose the hotel for its location to the train station. I found that it was also close to some interesting restaurants and shopping as well. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of Piazza Duca d'Aosta. The check out staff was so nice, and the process was incredibly simple.

The check-in staff when I arrived were very efficient, but they did not take time to explain how the key card worked. As a seasoned traveler, I already knew what to do, but I was surprised that they did not take the time to explain basic things like this and how to access the internet.

We liked the hotel very much , the room was beautiful with a fantastic view to the Milano central train station , just amazing at the day time and night !!! We were living on the 8th floor . the staff was excellent . , Especially at the breakfast . Very very friendly !!! We became friends ! Very comfortable to get everywhere . Express train trinitalia going to and from aeropuerto Malpensa . Only 13 e one way , fast train 45 min . The metro to the center of Milano ,just 3 sec away from the hotel and with 4 stops you are in the center ! . Central station Milano Centrale 1 min walking from the hotel , brings you to Venice , lake Komo and many other places. The hotel located just in an excellent spot ! We will return only to Glam next time ! Really recommend ! It was my perfect choice !

the room was very nice and I needed to be close to the train station so that was perfect.

the area gets really rough at night but it was not loud or noticeable once in the hotel. they should offer more complimentary waters, coffee, tea based on the price.

The hotel was in front of the central train station and was connected to the metro. The room was spacious and had a massive closet. They really invested well in the silent shelves!

Breakfast was good and varieties were good. Front desk staff were very helpful and understanding. Room is excellent and comfortable in everyway. Hotel is very close from everything and location is excellent, Central train station is just 2 minutes walk as well as Airport shuttle is 3 minutes walk. this was not my first time and I intend to stay in it every time i visit Milano

Booking and check-in went very easy. Friendly and fast staff. The room was smart, big and clean. I shared with my brother so twin-beds were nice. Aircon is a must in Milan when it's so hot. The bathroom was nice and big, perfect shower. We had an early flight so we didn't make it to breakfast. I hope we get the chance to try it another time:-)

Well since you ask. There was a bit of poor lighting in the corridor outside the room. It's cozy and nice/modern looking but a little too dark and creepy for me.

I booked this hotel because we were about to arrive late in the evening to the Milan Central Station. I was travelling alone with 2 kids. The location is very convenient as the hotel is in walking distance (not more than 10 mins) from the station. Perfect for those who are travelling to/from the Milano Centrale, and only few stops by metro from the historical center. In the reception there was a very kind young man who helped us resolve a discrepancy in the booking. We really enjoyed the great view on the Central Station and Pirelli skyscraper. The breakfast was very good too! And on the top we could deposit our luggage next day. I was very satisfied, thumbs up!
