Great location, room was very clean. Good breakfast. Silent and cozy.

Staff was very rude and could not care less about our situation. First day I asked for help because I lost by bag coming from Malpensa inside the bus and nobody would help me. I asked help to call the bus company to help me tracking it because I don’t speak Italian and heard that it was up to me to solve it. Definitely did not expect them to solve it, but help! I managed to get it back with the company, using half Spanish, half Italian and a bit of English as well. Anyway, awful first impression.

I mis understood that the hotel had a restaurant other than for breakfast. They offered some meals (food) from the bar but I decided not to use that option I had a problem controlling the heating through the night and should have asked for an extra quilt you can ask for the usual amenities for the bath, from the front desk why have 4* hotels stopped offering a tea/coffee set up in the room?

Great location for travel around by train, team & bus. Staff at the hotel were great, room very comfortable. Room doesn’t have things like tea/coffee, kettle, iron etc, however when we asked for these iambs they were delivered to the room with no issues at all. Also, great location for the amazing indoor food market at the train station. Definitely recommend the hotel and world stay again.

The bar area has no atmosphere at all and the chairs were in what looked like a corridor. This area needs to be re-thought and re-arranged, also coffee from the bar was really poor.

The architect and interior designer have made excellent use of the space - there is abundant storage for a room of its size, a generous bedroom and bathroom and a small area for working at a desk

There may have been a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel as there was only sleeping space for 3, despite our party being 4 and the booking stating the room could fit 5 people. The receptionist who answered my call (?a trainee) tried to ask that two people to sleep in one bed. When I challenged them, another receptionist (?supervisor) arranged for another bed to be brought to the room which was setup within 10 minutes of my call - great response

- Big bathroom and an amazing rain shower. - We were upgraded to a room with a view - we had a view on the main train station and it was very beautiful - The rooms seem to have ok noise-isolation. We didn't hear much from the streets below.

- When asking for a second room key card we were told that it is the hotel's policy to only give out one and that they cannot give us two. Unfortunately we witnessed a customer on a counter next to us getting a second key card after asking for it - so either we were not told the truth or they made an exception for the other person but not us. Either way, it felt a bit weird but wasn't a huge problem.

The location was really and we were bookee ij a room overviewing opposite of the train station.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, once we saw our room I asked the staff if it was possible to change our room as the balcony room we were allocated felt very cramped and I didn't like that the shower cubicle was 'exposed' to the room with no private area to dress once you'd had a shower. The staff were very obliging, they wanted to make sure I was happy and I was very pleased with the room they offered us in exchange which had a private, closed off bathroom, a sitting room and a separate bedroom. We were also given a free breakfast for one morning as well as 2 drinks voucher for the bar and we really appreciated this kind gesture.

Despite the wonderful staff, unfortunately for us this hotel wasn't worth the amount of money we paid for it - off season we paid AUD$433 per night for 3 nights with no breakfast. We'd just come from being absolutely spoilt at a gorgeous 5 star hotel in a balcony suite in Trieste with sumptuous breakfasts and outstanding facilities that cost AUD$315 per night. I knew that Milan is a dearer city than Trieste but I was disappointed that this hotel was rather shabby considering what we paid for it.

I chose the hotel for its location to the train station. I found that it was also close to some interesting restaurants and shopping as well. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of Piazza Duca d'Aosta. The check out staff was so nice, and the process was incredibly simple.

The check-in staff when I arrived were very efficient, but they did not take time to explain how the key card worked. As a seasoned traveler, I already knew what to do, but I was surprised that they did not take the time to explain basic things like this and how to access the internet.
