Breakfast seemed like it would be plentiful but due to staffing shortages and supply problems, they struggled to have enough food.

Since rooms dont have a coffee pot or microwave, there needs to be coffee available early and long before breakfast is served. Waiting until 7 on a weekend is too late.

They allow pets. We were able to bring our dog Lucy. Big plus. We were directly across the street from the beach. You can literally walk across the street and you are on the beach. Balcony ocean view. The entire staff was so very friendly and happy. Always smiling. Always speaking to you. They make you feel very welcomed and the atmosphere is so relaxing. This is a great place to stay. Will def be back.

There wasn't enough seating out front. I believe there were 2 benches and every time we went out they were occupied. Adding 2 to 3 more benches would be nice.

This was a very nice location, had a beautiful view from our balcony room! The room was very clean and presentable!

First of all we booked for one night and ended up booking a second night... they charged us a 50.00 parking fee, twice we were supposed to get that refunded at checkout, it is still not refunded back to our card! .. when we got ready to take a shower we literally had to let the water run for about 20 minutes for the hot water to heat up! Called desk, they sent maintenance ,and they said boilers were on bottom floor and there was nothing he could do to help

The breakfast was ok

A better variety would have been much better. There were no Muffins nor danish only bagels

I traveled 2 days to get here and was so tired they allowed me an early check in so I could shower and nap before my day, at the end of my stay I got a flat tire pulling into the lot and to help offered a late checkout, the tow truck got there 1half hour before checkout and all was good

The bead was heavenly ,the walk in shower amazing, and the details were delightful surprises, the sundries are top tier, your name on the TV welcoming you, the recycle bins next to the trash cans, there's a laundry mat, gym,pool on site, all day and night coffee bar... no request was too big for the staf..staff... all around pleasant stay

The location was great. It is close to restaurants, Babe' Beach, Stewart's Beach, The Pier, and Murdoch's. The ocean view was the best.

The pool is small for two hotels to share. The balcony we had was situated, where others were looking at you looking at the ocean. I would have liked more privacy. The breakfast was a little confusing because both hotels shared the same breakfast area, and the lines were very long. There was no microwave in the room.

Breakfast was delicious! Coffee pot was always full and food area was clean.

The room temperature seemed inconsistent. The only thing that kept me from giving this facility a "10" was the room key. We had to take our cards to the counter each evening when we returned from a fun day because we they did not work. I have never had this problem in other hotels when staying multiple nights. On one of the days, there was a long ling of people checking in at the same time.

This newer hotel was great, all the way around, we went for a weekend stay. Location on the seawall is great and close to anything you would want to do for the weekend.

The only reason why I did not give this place a 10, is a double-edged sword! The balconies on the ocean side are right over the edge of Seawall Blvd. So great view of the beach, but you get to listen to the traffic which is all night long.

Great location, everything was nice and clean. We loved the bathroom lol. Breakfast was great also. The staff was very nice and friendly

The only thing I didn’t like that on the website it said we would have a microwave in our room and we didn’t. I called to ask and she said it was only for the home2 hotels not for the tru ones is what I understand. And the pool was little.

The hotel more than met our expectations. The staff was friendly although when we asked for a couple things they were a little slow on getting it done. Also the view from our room was amazing over looking the ocean.

There was really nothing that we could have asked for other than the evening staff being a little more attentive to our needs.
