Very good localization - about 5 minut by walk to train station! I spent in this hotel 6 nights and I was okay. Morning possibility to drink cofee and eat tost and instant soup - was really nice (every day same but include in price).

Was a problem with water pressure and regulation of hot/cold. No possibility to leave luggage after check out. Before Check in that was no problem.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. It was soo cheap compared to other hotels and I really thought the service would be sub-par. But to my surprise everything about this hotel is great. The staff is kind and hardworking. Here's everything you get - Wifi, TV, AC, fridge, towel, 2 mats, air dryer, nightgown, brush/paste, razor, cotton swabs, comb, slippers, hand wash, body wash, hair wash, conditioner I lived here for 4 days (3 nights), and the room service cleaned my room and provided towels, mats, and nightgowns every day. You also get breakfast - bread, butter, 3 types of jam, fruit juice, vegetable juice, mini ramen coffee/milk. I was shocked that they provided all this for such a low price.

Nice n patient staff, who had to teach me how to operate the water dispenser, to use the machine to check out. They did their best to communicate in English, but Google translator helped us in the end. The uncle was good in giving me directions.. Free breakfast. Toast, jam, butter, noodles, juices n coffee..for this price, it's really good.near to Kyoto Station. Have shops nearby.

Room n bathroom a bit small. So I tend to knock on wall accidentally as I'm quite a big- sized person.

Because of Covid precautions, there was no room cleaning services, however, they did replace towels and trash bags if you left it outside your door. Though, I didn't stay for long, so this didn't bother me.

Easy check-in, amazing housekeeping, clean towels every day. Quiet and great location. Friendly atmosphere, staff and guests (if guests are happy then gives an overall pleasant vibe) easy check-out. Can't find fault, amazing price/quality. Free WiFi and good connection.

No complaints from me.

Check-in is quite late - 4pm. Even if the room is ready they won’t allow you to check in any earlier which is a bit of a headache. Some parts of the hotel could do with a return - stains on the carpet in the corridor were quite bad

I loved the fact that it was really close to Kyoto station, the Tower, and Porta dining hall. I stayed here during Typhoon Lan & it was comfortable.

Something I knew in advance - no kettle in the room. It's possible to ask for hot water at the reception though. If you want a big room, this isn't for you, but I was mostly out the door, so I had no issues.

Perfect location, very close to the Kyoto Station. The room is clean. Provides free breakfast, not fancy but people with low budget can enjoy it.

Room is quite small, since the price is competitive, I won't complaint about that. I think it's a good deal with low budget.

This is a nice hotel very close to the station. Only single room,so there will not be too many customers. The counter staff are very professional. The room is simple and neat. Shampoo and shower gel are famous Japanese brand DHC, it's smell so good. And breakfast is simple but very tasty. The way to check out is easy, just put-in the room card to a machine, that will be done. I recommend the hotel to any single traveler.

Just like the name of the hotel, my stay at the hotel has been excellent. What I like the most is the location of the hotel. It's near Kyoto station which makes the commute a lot easier. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely consider of going back to the hotel if I visit Kyoto again.
