It’s a ten minute walk from Shimbashi station with great places to stop and eat in between.

It wasn’t important as as I was out enjoying my time in Tokyo.

THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE! Dirty. Broken knobs. No latch on door.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my room and they changed it immediately.

There was dust all over the place and mold in the bathroom, both on walls and the shower curtain.

The location was decent. The floors were quiet.

The room was very unclean. I've paid less for a cleaner room. I wish I had taken photos for the review, but I'll just say there were white stains on the comforter, one of the pillow cushions, chairs, and nightstand. Additionally, there was so much dust under the bed and throughout the room that I was wheezy and sneezed a lot. Lastly, there was a dark red stain on the mattress cover. I did not feel comfortable in this room.

Summary: The hotel management is not cooperative at all, rooms are terrible, cleaning quality is low, they don't even change shower shades with mold. I am very sad that I booked this hotel for Christmas in Tokyo. It was a terrible experience. First of all, we didn't receive the room in the pictures. The room was much smaller. A LOT of mold in the shower shade and here and there in the bathroom. The lamp was broken and wires were out. The couch was falling apart and it was dusty, so the room wasn't cleaned well. The kitchenware was terrible, we didn't use it at all. We went to a receptionist right away to point out all the problems we found. He said that all rooms are taken and we have no other options but stay there, but he will contact managers to see what they can do. Since it was late - we were supposed to receive an answer in the morning. In the morning the reception was empty. When we finally met the same receptionist again a few days later - he said that the pictures here, on booking, are very old, that's why the room is different and the manager won't do anything for us at all. The receptionist suggested changing to another room that became available on the same floor. We checked it and it was even smaller, with less furniture and the same mold situation in the bathroom. SO EVERY BATHROOM THERE IS WITH MOLD. We contacted the booking support center but they didn't succeed in getting any solution from the hotel and had to return part of the money themselves. Please, don't stay in this terrible place.
