Clean, modern comfortable

Had to upgrade the room to get tea/coffee facilities. We did not want the wide range of fruit teas provided, just wanted ordinary tea but we were unable to get more than 1 bag each per day - staff did not have enough on service trolley. A lack of flexibility with this service

Location of hotel is amazing, 1 minute to U/S-bane. Beds were comfortable, good sound isolation, quiet, many restaurants and shops (also grocery shops) nearby. I would love to come back!

No one said to me upon arrival that hotel gives a free card to transport and we spent tons of money on it and made a card just on the last day. We booked 2 rooms, I asked them immediately after booking to place us in rooms nearby. Got an answer that it is dependent on availability. I just think that there is no such option in their software to put bookings on rooms near each other. So it was a lot of walking around the floor for me.

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The shower was great & the bathroom also was quite clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection too! The location is very close to the U/S-bahn station, so getting to other parts of Hamburg is super easy & fast!

The television was disconnected somehow when I arrived, but as soon as I informed the front desk, they sent a technician right away to fix the problem. Very attentive service turned a problem into a plus!

Comfortable bed. Functional room amenities. Cleanliness.

Having been assigned a room towards the S-Bahn station 20 meters behind our windows did not avail us to much sleep. Fortunately we only stayed one night. The noise on that side of the hotel is constant, even with the windows fully closed. Trains, busses, delivery trucks whichever keep engines running, street cleaning during the night and hordes intoxicated people hollering about for most of the night. Families with children should not be assigned rooms on that side of the hotel.

Air conditioned room with fridge for water etc. Wasn't disturbed by housekeeping if we put the Do Not Disturb on the door (yes, we have had that happen at other hotels irrespective) Comfortable bed and good shower. Plug sockets near bedside. Free City travel pass for length of stay. Very useful.

Hotel used for conferences, so people mingle outside the hotel entrance for a smoke, needs a designated smoking area away from the doors. The soap dispenser is poorly placed in the bathroom and awkward to use; it causes the sink surface to get a lot of water on it.

I travelled to Hamburg with my sister for 3 nights.This Hotel is in an excellent location.U- Bahn, S-bahn , bus depot were across the way from the hotel.There are gorgeous restaurants close by- Naan was next door- gorgeous chips & pizza.The hotel is modern and impeccably clean.When u walk out of the elevator there is instantly a beautiful smell in the corridors. Our room was facing a court yard.I had asked for a quiet room.The rooms are sound proofed..stylish and well equipped. Our room had a fridge, air conditioning and kettle.The beds were comfortable. The room had a black out curtain.Carmen on reception was super friendly, helpful and has excellent English.The lobby is really lovely too.I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and can not wait to go back.

Located about 20 minutes away from the heart of the city, but easily accessible to/from there and to the airport thanks to the excellent , cheap, public transport system. The U/S bahn did a great job. The hotel was very clean, the staff always helpful and very tolerant of my faltering German language skills and the room we had ( a standard Doppelzimmer ) we found very spacious and well equipped.

We struggled with the aircon system a bit, but that could have been due to our unfamiliarity with the controls. Thankfully we found that the windows opened so we were able to find our ideal temperature.

A comfortable hotel that's very convenient for the U-Bahn and S-Bahn into town, and also very convenient for the S-Bahn to the airport. They also provide free public transport in Hamburg if you join their membership list (free), which seems worthwhile.

The budget room we had didn't include a kettle. I realise there will be some compromises with less expensive rooms, but a kettle is hardly expensive or extravagant!

Good location, Staff, Comfort and clean

Wifi , Why asking to make membership and provide our personal data to some company. If i do not provide personal info and make a memebership my wifi connection is slow and not usable for office or entertainment . Remove this membership block and provide full speed internet wifi for your customers who staying for 2 or 3 days and with full payment for room . We come and stay because we have busy work thing , DO not have time to fill up[ and give me personal information.

The hotel was very functional and well suited for reaching the city. It was clean and had good sound proofing.

I didn’t like the small room I was allocated on arrival but managed to move to a larger room after a couple of days. There isn’t enough information in English. Couldn’t understand why all the room lights were put on every day after cleaning- not very green.
