I LOVED the interior design, the overall aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and it felt elevated, refreshing and classy. The complementary cookies offered at check in were to die for. We did have a slight hiccup in the lounge but the staff remedied the situation effortlessly and we ended up with a private sitting in the restaurant. Ended up being an exceptional experience.

Only feedback would be that I wasn’t able to purchase cookies when leaving as they didn’t have any available 😔 Otherwise the lounge could stand to have a bigger dedicated space as it felt a tad small and exposed to the hotel lobby, otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

I like the modern design. The room with 2 queen bed is a bit tight but just enough for a family of 3-4. The disposable coffee cup and lid in a sealed plastic is a great option for travellers on-the-go. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

The location might be a bit challenging for commuters. We took a cab going to the city centre and went back by train to Marlborough station then a cab to take us to the hotel. Car is a better option in this area.

Stacey, the bartender and waitress at the restaurant in doubletree was fantastic! Great service and super sweet!

An alarm went off twice in the hall. An alarm went off around 9pm lasted about 45 min then another alarm around 10:30pm and it lasted about 25min. Not sure if someone did a prank or if it was an error but front desk service was good about it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and available when needed.

Everything with the Doubletree was great. I wouldn’t book through booking.com again though. Next time I’ll definitely use Hilton Honours.

The location- we were going to the Stampede so it was close ; the atmosphere- the hotel lobby was decorated for the Stampede and the staff were very friendly.

We would have liked it if breakfast was included in the price to stay at the hotel- it seemed some people had breakfast included and others didn't.

There wasn’t a meeting room or conference room to have personal meetings via zoom. Further, then breakfast buffet options was below par for a hotel chain like Hilton

they got us another room because we came an hour early and we’re super accommodating to us, also we were half hour late checking out and they were so nice about it and didn’t charge any extras

Breakfast price is different from what was advertised.

Nice and clean room. Pretty quiet. Nice size of room. They have a little balcony.

The breakfast wasn't free or cheap. The price was ok but what I needed to pay for the damage deposit was pretty high.
