Clean, wide, and everything you need is placed. It was a lovely place to stay. The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with basic stuffs and some salt and pepper. The tea given warmed us up in the morning as when we were staying queenstown was a bit cold. Bathroom is quite wide as well. I would say it is not hotel as categorized, but I liked here more than the hotel! Felt very relaxed everytime I get back to the room.

Just a little bit far from the centre of town, you could walk in 8 minutes though! If you are using bus, and get off from the bus stop that google map recommended you, it is bit dangerous to cross the road in that area so be careful.

Room was easily accessible from car to door.

The room was not cleaned for the first number of days as I was not made aware of the hanger on the door indicating whether to do the room or not. After I connected with a staff member I was shown where it was and the room was cleaned accordingly. Due to road works at the turn off to the street and throughout the area the hotel is located it was difficult to get to - not the hotel's fault.

the hotel is basic, as advertised. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with kitchenette. I think a single room would be quite tight for 2 people. the heating system, which we never quite figured out, was excellent. We found the rooms warm on nights that got below 5c. The location is good. A comfortable walk to the center of town. Given traffic and parking in Queenstown this is imperative.

there is a large road construction project going on 10 feet from the hotel. This ends in May but is an inconvenience. The on site parking is cramped and everyone owns a 4WD

CLEANLINESS ON POINT. THE CLEANEST HOTEL IVE BEEN IN. THE VIEW WAS PROFOUND AND ASTOUDNINGLY BEAUTIFUL. IDEAL LOCATION, BESIDES ROAD WORKS ON THE FRANKTON ROAD WHICH IS NO FAULT OF THE HOTELS. THE VIEW WAS EXCELLENT. THE BALCONIES AND WHOLE LAYOUT WAS EXCELLENT AND IDEAL. THE STAFF, THE ADMIN MAN, WAS SO LOVELY, SO WELCOMING, SO KIND. SO PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT FEELING SNOBBY. IT WAS THE BEST HOTEL IVE STAYED IN QUEENSTOWN AND IVE STAYED IN 15 DIFFERENT ONES SO FAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ABOVE ALL ELSE.

Great location, easy walk to town. Was quiet and had parking right out front of the room. Bed was super comfy and the room had all the facilities we needed for our short stay in Queenstown

When we first arrived in our room there was a wet tissue with hair in it in the sink which was off putting, we went to tell reception but the office had closed within us 5 minutes of arriving. Tv in the bathroom didn’t work and there was one light in the bathroom that didn’t work also. The shower would also wet the floor if you didn’t have the shower head pointing in the right direction. But other than that, none of this effected our stay and we enjoyed our wee room. Would definitely book again and maybe get a room with a view next time!

We really loved the renovated big sized studio which had a nice bathroom, kitchen and comfortable bed. We paid for mountain views and also got a view of the lake for our 6 day stay which was awesome thank you. It's an easy stroll down to the restaurants and shops. We will definitely recommend and be back to stay.

There were contractors working on the road outside as they put in a new bypass road for Queenstown this year. This was sometimes a bit noisy, but absolutely can't be helped by Autoline and we completely understood.

Location was great a few minutes walking distance from town. The rooms were clean and was serviced daily. Great space for 2 adults & 2 kids with 2 bathrooms for the one bedroom unit. Amazing view of the mountain and overall great value for money. Totally recommend staying here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with delayed & cancelled flights to Queenstown.

Roadworks were being conducted by the motel but could still get access via car and they didn't start work super early. Beds could be a little softer or bigger in the one bedroom - but everything else was great.

The guy at the reception was lovely,chatty friendly and polite. The facility was clean and beds were comfy. They changed our towels regularly and gave us more if we needed them. The room was warm once we figured out the heater haha. All parking spots were taken but they let us park in front of reception. Very friendly. Loved our stay there and would definatly stay there again! Thank you 😊

Honestly nothing! Was a great place!

Our apartment was large, clean and comfortable. We had all the basic amenities that we required. The view from the kitchen was amazing.

The apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator so it was quite a struggle getting all the luggage up those stairs. The off street parking was great but note that if there are a lot of cars parked it will be difficult to maneuver. Queenstown is quite a hilly location and getting back from the center of Queenstown is quite a struggle.

Love our ground floor unit in the rear corner. Easy access to our car. Tastefully furnished. The heated towel rack and jacuzzi bath tub and spacious shower was a bonus. TV looked like a 65” panel. 👍🏼. Easy walk down hill to town centre as parking was $4 an hour by the streets. The long benches in the room was useful for us to unpack our luggage. We selected a unit without lake view for only $160 per night. It’s a steal in Queenstown.
