Responded quickly to requests. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Spa Bath was excellent, rare to get a bath these days, let alone a spa bath. Great to have the stove top and microwave, so able to self cater.

Temporary Problem with the Queenstown water supply, we realise that this is completely beyond the model's control. We had to boil all drinking water. We feel that large bottles of bottled water should have been automatically supplied, as with other hotels. Or a reduction in the room rate, as we had to buy water and waste time boiling it. We feel also that when booking, people should be informed about the road works which limit car access, these road works are ongoing since 2020.

The whole apartment was very spacious and clean and it would have had agreat view from the balcony if not for the massive roadworks going on right outside.

Did I mention the massive roadworks going on right outside. That wasnt information Hurleys gave out and luckily the rain prevented too much construction noise but if we'd stayed a few more days it would definitey be an issue. So Hurleys please let people know that fairly vital bit of information thanks. Oh and when you get free ear plugs at reception that's a bit of a red flag.

Priyanka the lady staff who checked us in was extremely helpful and hospitable.

The hotel did not indicate extensive road construction in front of the hotel that impedes approach. Such information missing from booking.com description which is a serious shortcoming.

Nice balcony, clean room. Prianka, the manager went well beyond the normal service offered. We are on a walking vacation- two sisters celebrating our 70th birthdays. We arrived dragging our suitcases from the airport- a walking exercise to finish up a 24 hour trip from Los Angeles. She reached for our key, took my sister's suitcase and walked us up to our second floor room. We had a cozy room complete with a little kitchen. We took advantage of the shared laundry facility to wash the clothes we had traveled in. It was quiet and comfortable, but by far the best characteristic of the stay was the service. When it was time to leave we arranged to leave our bags with Prianka, walk twelve miles to our next stop, then send an uber driver to retrieve our bags. Prianka was there to pass the bags on to him. If you want someone kind and friendly to greet you and assist you with your stay, this is the place.

Apartment (2 bedrooms) had everything in the kitchen you needed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Unit was very clean. Bed linen changed every other day. Unit had rubbish removed daily. Stocks of consumables were replaced daily too. Unit had excellent heating. Good value for money.

The complex really needs a total refurbishment as it is starting to look a bit tired and need of some updating especially the cooker oven and light switches. On going roadworks made it difficult to access when trying to get into the complex.

Excellent modern room. Good on site parking. Very tidy property. Good location, although steep uphill walk from town might not suit the less mobile - and parking in town is difficult. Nice quiet room at the back of the property.

Road works in area at time of our visit meant it was difficult to access the property initially and phone call for assistance went unanswered, Clearly, a transient problem. Hot water ran out before bedtime one night - reception said this was probably due to heavy use by other guests.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Special thank you to the ladies who take care of the rooms (sorry, I don’t know the names) and Priyanka, the manager. I was given a complimentary upgrade and she shared a lot of information about the city. The roadworks are unfortunate but this is a city and you have to expect this at times. Parking was honestly not an issue as there was ample space. The room was big with a lot of light. It had a heater as well and the gym was adequate (keep your expectations to a minimum). The hotel is close to the town centre and the walk is definitely a good exercise as it involves a hill. Totally recommend this place for travelers who are coming to Queenstown. Thank you Hurley’s.

Honestly, nothing. You get what you pay for and I feel like I got more than that.

The closeness to town the friendliness of the staff they were so amazing going the extra mile by giving us a room located away from any noise as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Queenstown.Wr arrived were greeted by a lively receptionist absolutely amazing staff.We went to our room and we’re so blown away to find that the staff had left a note for us saying happy wedding anniversary and next to it was a lovely bottle of wine and some chocolate.The fact that they went out of their way to make us feel extra special meant so much to myself and my husband.Our room was extra roomy a lot if space with a view looking straight up to the Queenstown skyline and stratosphere restaurant so cool at night and the morning a lively deck to sit out on and a heater to keep the room nice and cosy on cold nights not to mention a spa bath in our bathroom.We had a hood size fridge,microwave and stove top oven excellent cutlery so we were very happy and very close to cbd walking distance.

Only the construction going on around the hotel and down the street however our stay was so great staff were wonderful.A lot of stairs if have a room on 2nd or 3rd floor no elevator

Location was good but not walkable to central Queenstown. Parking in Queenstown is difficult so going out to dinner was a challenge. As a result, we went out a grocery store and made use of the room's kitchen facilities -- were quite pleased with them. Room was comfortable (since the temperature was cool at night).

No air conditioning! Luckily weather cooled at night since all we had was a fan. Access road to the property has been under construction for 3 years and might take 2 more years (even though it did not appear to be difficult technically). Access was OK, however.

The room was tucked away at the back of the establishment and was well equipped for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable . The staff were helpful and cheerful. The room was quiet despite a considerable amount of road improvements taking place in the town nearby.The location is at the top of a hill above the town. Parking is available in the town and was foc because my wife is disabled.

The room was a little cramped and parking was tight in the rear yard. Going through several doors and up stairs with suitcases was a little difficult. My wife walks with a stick and also found it a little difficult. As we were on a touring holiday we were booking accommodation and activities as we went. The internet signal in this room was poor because of the distance from the modem in reception.
