Responded quickly to requests. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Spa Bath was excellent, rare to get a bath these days, let alone a spa bath. Great to have the stove top and microwave, so able to self cater.

Temporary Problem with the Queenstown water supply, we realise that this is completely beyond the model's control. We had to boil all drinking water. We feel that large bottles of bottled water should have been automatically supplied, as with other hotels. Or a reduction in the room rate, as we had to buy water and waste time boiling it. We feel also that when booking, people should be informed about the road works which limit car access, these road works are ongoing since 2020.

The whole apartment was very spacious and clean and it would have had agreat view from the balcony if not for the massive roadworks going on right outside.

Did I mention the massive roadworks going on right outside. That wasnt information Hurleys gave out and luckily the rain prevented too much construction noise but if we'd stayed a few more days it would definitey be an issue. So Hurleys please let people know that fairly vital bit of information thanks. Oh and when you get free ear plugs at reception that's a bit of a red flag.

Priyanka the lady staff who checked us in was extremely helpful and hospitable.

The hotel did not indicate extensive road construction in front of the hotel that impedes approach. Such information missing from booking.com description which is a serious shortcoming.

The closeness to town the friendliness of the staff they were so amazing going the extra mile by giving us a room located away from any noise as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Queenstown.Wr arrived were greeted by a lively receptionist absolutely amazing staff. We went to our room and we’re so blown away to find that the staff had left a note for us saying happy wedding anniversary and next to it was a lovely bottle of wine and some chocolate. The fact that they went out of their way to make us feel extra special meant so much to myself and my husband. Our room was extra roomy a lot if space with a view looking straight up to the Queenstown skyline and stratosphere restaurant so cool at night and the morning a lively deck to sit out on and a heater to keep the room nice and cosy on cold nights not to mention a spa bath in our bathroom. We had a hood size fridge, microwave and stove top oven excellent cutlery so we were very happy and very close to cbd walking distance.

Only the construction going on around the hotel and down the street however our stay was so great staff were wonderful.A lot of stairs if have a room on 2nd or 3rd floor no elevator

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our luggage before our check in time so we can walk to the CBD. Same upon checking out. The room was clean, cozy and warm. Checking in and out is straightforward. And it’s fairly close to the CBD for a reasonable price. Bus stops and pick up points are all very close.

The location was a let down although not the fault of the hotel. There was building works going on and we can’t access the entrance from the main road so we had to go around the block. That’s a tad inconvenient if you have large suitcase in tow. Staff are helpful directing us and very apologetic for the inconvenience.

Location is awesome being just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown. Rooms are a little small, with minimal storage, and are starting to show their age but they were comfortable, clean and had sufficient kitchen utensils for our needs. Cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly.

The wifi was quite slow during periods of high usage (i.e during the early evening) and the room key access system used is terrible requiring a number of attempts to get the key inserted into the door in just the right way - although this issue is being fixed by management over the next month or so.

The location of the property was ideal as it was close to the cbd. It had a beautiful view of the mountains. But the overall aspect that I enjoyed about the property was the customer service, the woman that helped us was so accommodating and friendly we really liked her. She allowed us to check in so early without charge and kept our luggage while we explored when we checked out. She also showed us to our room which we hadn’t experienced before. She was amazing!!

We enjoyed the property a lot the only thing we didn’t love which the hotel could not control was the road works. They had a beautiful view of the mountain but it was ruined by the road works. But nothing the hotel could control.

Great location. There is a bit of construction on the main road but it was easy enough to get to the property. The location is an easy walk to the main downtown area of Queenstown. Parking was not an issue. Our rate was a bit high given it was Christmas. I would stay here again at a more reasonable rate.

We had a running out of hot water issue which was odd. It was Christmas day, so responsiveness was a bit slow and it was unclear what caused this. The hot water did return after reporting it. I hope this was a one off incident.

Lovely room, spacious size, nice full set of amenities including sauna/mini-gym, fully stocked kitchenette and very well stocked in terms of other stay-related items and entertainment. Was quite impressed with the various "extras" and bells and whistles the room I stayed in had, including plenty of storage, appliances, whirlpool tub, and towel warmer. Great location and a nice view of the nearby mountainside. Very kind and accommodating staff as well. Overall an excellent experience.

Would have liked to see the sauna accessible during a wider window, it seemed to close quite early (presumably when the front desk closes). Would have been nice to allow access via card reader.

Hotel is in a good spot about a 10-minute walk from the center of town on the main road, we were lucky enough to have quite a nice view which enabled us to see some of the Lake and the mountains, it was very pretty. The apartment was quite spacious with the bedroom upstairs and the living and kitchen downstairs with a small balcony. Kitchen was reasonabley well stocked with most things you would need. if you intended on cooking

I was surprised there was no air conditioning as it was pretty warm when we were there in mid January. Room had a stand up fan but way too noisy to use. Currently they are doing loas of road works right outside the apartments which is extremely annoying. It affected getting to the property, hugely affected parking and having any tours pick you up from there. It is also quite noisy whilst this is going on and extremely dusty if you have your windows open. Seen to have been overcharge by like $50 so will need to tak this up with booking.com as the property said it was their fee or something , wasn't impressed with that,
