Very clean Beautiful room Staff were very accommodating, caring and went the extra mile by leaving a note, helping us with drying our hiking gear and remembering our room number when we spoke to them
We were on floor 7 and had a “balcony” room. I was very disappointed to find the balcony was one step up from the carpark and our view was obstructed by the Rydges building. Level 7-9 are in the same price bracket. I think level 7 should be cheaper and the photos shouldn’t show a true balcony. I was quite upset about it and even looked at the availability online to change rooms but the hotel was booked out. It is a bit of a walk to get to the front of the hotel as you need to walk through the Rydges but the quality of the QT is worth it.

Modern and comfortable vibe.
The view from my room consisted of 2 roads and cars. I was on the top floor 10. The hotel profile says ‘mountain view’ which is misleading. Please see attached image.

Large, nicely appointed room. GREAT bathroom with shower and free standing bathtub. Dyson hairdryer provided, along with very nice bath products and nice robes. The view from our room was INCREDIBLE. A nice treat was provided every day (macrons, a small cheese board) as well as a one time very nice charcuterie board. Included breakfast was okay, not the best I've ever had but adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could have stayed at this hotel for a month.
The breakfast was so so and the dining/dinner facilities just okay.

Great location and staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We were given cards left under the door each night if we advised we did not want the room to be serviced which goes towards wining and dining in their restaurant which was great. The breakfast buffet was magnificent and would have to highlight the hash browns and bacon were better than the usual. The hotel is hidden behind another Hotel and steep walk from beach road but luckily can use 2 lifts (one on 6th floor next to restaurants other QT lifts) from room to get to street on level ground (via Rydge's Hotel)
Price a little expensive but too many other positives so we still loved it and gave it great review.

We were in luxury suite on floor 10. With a lake view. The room was the quietest hotel room we’ve stayed in for a long time. No fridge noise! No air conditioning noise whether on or off! no lift or any others noise; perfect! Not sure why other hotels can’t manage this! The bed was excellent too. Hotel only short walk from all amenities.
Car park underneath our room did not take away our view of the lake but could still see the comings and goings. In a room below floor 10 would imagine this is not a good view! However hard to change as built on a hill but this the only negative

The room was a great size, super comfortable bed with different pillow options. A large bathroom and great bar fridge. The staff were amazing, very accomodating and helpful.
I was disappointed that there wasn’t a washing machine or dryer in the room and you needed to go down the elevator 8 levels to the ‘Rydges’ who they share the laundry facilities with. Only one washing machine for two large Motels to share (Rydges and QT). I was also disappointed that the sauna was also in the Rydges facilities. I felt that this was slightly deceiving as this is not explained on the QT website.

Exceptionally clean, great location. Stunning views. Breakfast was superb! Great choices. Stayed for three nights - cost of $1500. Was disappointed to find that we had to pay an additional $105 for three days car parking in the hotel car park. There was also very loud almost “nightclub” type music played in the restaurant at breakfast. More background, gentle music would have been more appropriate.

The view was stunning and the room large and comfortable and a lovely design. Great location.
On the first day, same day as check in, someone came into the room in the late afternoon while were were asleep having a nap, which was weird. The next day, our room wasn't cleaned even though we were out from 8am until 4.30pm. Someone knocked after 5pm, possibly the turn down service. We said we were busy as we were having showers after being out skiing all day, yet someone actually came into the room catching my husband barely in a towel. We paid a lot of money for a special room and I would daily cleaning for that price. Room service was also pretty slow. I have to say I prefer a proper menu in the room rather than an app too, feels more premium.

What a view! Yes, the room was very spacious with a fabulous big bathroom (including bath and shows and his & hers sinks) and loads of storage space, but the view was just spectacular looking out onto the water the mountains. The small balcony was a joy to take it all in, tho the hotel also provided seating inside the large patio windows in the room. The bed was super comfy, the staff very welcoming, the whole place was very modern and clean and the location couldn't be beat - a 5 minute stroll from the bustling tourist town meant we had convenience but also quietness at night. The bar was very stylish also.
I never used the (small) pool as it didn't look very welcoming, and I saw no-one else using it in the 4 days I was there as it was tucked away in what looked like a shaded area. Also when the bar says it's open '2pm until late', we discovered one evening that they mean 9:30pm as late!

Stayed 4 nights. 5 minute walk to town was easy. Room was great especially since we had a king bed overlooking the lake on the top floor. First time we ever had a new Dyson blow dryer. That was a thankful change as my wife brought one but it didn’t work anywhere with our converter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also handled the limited parking well via valet and then not charging us.
Only issues we had were (1) Rain head shower pressure was significantly lower than handheld pressure and (2) breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Had all the right stations and choices. Coffee machine was awful. Watery Lattes, no cappuccino choice and plain coffee was just awful. Toaster either burned or didn’t toast within 1 round. Ran out of multiple fruit choices. Bacon was warmed not cooked. At least the cooked eggs were done right.
