Great views and location. Fireplace in Winter was a plus and difficult to find in Queenstown. Close to the city and was easy walk given the road works in the area

Underfloor heating was not working well, whether intentional or not. Air conditioning is not a satisfactory option for this as it drys the air out. Unit could do with a tidy up (Split in kitchen bench repaired when we were there) but crack in bathroom sink. Bed was lumpy. Soap and shampoo unit poorly designed, difficult to get soap out of as tops too low, sharp edges on persplex meant we had multiple cuts on our fingers trying to get the pumps to work by the time we left

lovely location and the views were amazing. short walk to town about 10 min down and 15 min back saved us a lot on taxis (they aren’t cheap). staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions

wasn’t absolutely soundproof, didn’t like the fact I was room A and room B was attached. could hear them often. cups and cutlery weren’t the cleanest had to give them another clean, although the price we paid compared to other places was reasonable, it was still quite expensive I think for what we got overall.

Lake view and the staff was fantastic

If you are looking for a central CBD place, this is not it. it is a good 10-15 min walk to the Queenstown central area. Due to construction on frankton road walking isn’t the most convenient way either the space is shared with 2 accommodations, and if you are looking for a tranquil / serene stay, this isn’t it. despite staff mandating quiet hours, travelers can be loud, the doors slam shut very hard and very little sound proofing.

They provided slippers to guest. Which is fantastic. Availability of laundry facilities was a bonus.

Noise level. We share a common entrance with another unit plus the laundry facilities were shared between the two of us. Every time our neighbours comes back or go out, or when they start to use the washing machine and dryer we would be woken up by the noise (we didn't use the laundry facility). Insufficient power socket. My side of the electric blanket cannot be switched on because of the lack of power socket.

We spent part of our honeymoon here. There was a note from the staff and a jar of mini brownies waiting for us in the kitchenette (which had enough utensils and such to cook a few meals in rather than always eating out, which was nice). The fireplace was a nice touch and the window view was nice.

The parking spots are hard to reverse out of so I had to back in, but there's storage cupboards in the spots meaning I had to stick out pretty far. There's also a fairly steep ramp for luggage, or stairs - no lift facility - this was fine for us but may not work for all.

Location is handy to town with mountain views and a peep of the lake (from our back unit). Comfy leather sofas and big cosy blankets off the bed if you wanted extra warmth while watching tv. Wall heater was quick to warm the room. We let our elderly mum have the bathroom with the wooden seat in the shower.

There were 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms however before we could settle in I had to re-hang the curtains on the bedroom windows as they were hanging off...which wasn't a good look. Also the air in the left bedroom smelt musky/non fresh and it never went away, which wasn't very pleasant. One thing that would really make the rooms more appealing would be to replace the horrendous art works (think Paris scene in gold 1980's paint). Something that relates to the mountain environment would improve the overall look of the unit. The steep stone driveway had areas that were washed away and full of pot holes, needs some maintenance...

Great views, good size of apartment. Bed was reasonable comfortable but think one bed rather than 2 small ones pushed together would be far better. TV was good size in the living room.

We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work to watch a movie on there and there wasn’t any signal to watch regular tv, the shower was quite small, the aircon was only blowing cold air no matter what we tried and then we struggled to turn it off, had to turn it off at the power point. Of the many stays we had been on our trip, this was the only place that didn’t acknowledge our honeymoon.

Absolutely spectacular views, comfortable bed and lounge area. Gas heater, split system all worked well to warm the home up. Chromecast was set up in lounge and bedroom and worked well. Well stocked kitchenette for cooking utensils and appliances. Had a great stay! I did wish there was a closer coffee shop that’s all but I will be returning - great accommodation.

Few stains on the carpet. The bath was not a usual bath and kind of awkward to use. A little bit of oil or aluminium to cook with would have made things a lot easier. I didn’t want to ruin the trays when baking. The breakfast package was a little underwhelming. Car park was underneath the apartment block and the walk took a few mins, it may be a issue for some people. There are stairs and a ramp.

Reception staff were very friendly, especially an english girl.

Room was the furterest from entry and no other way to exit. No protection from the weather when raining to get to our room. Our beds were made up and towels replaced, but nothing else done. Floor could have used a little whip over with the vacuum as we were there for a week.

The view was fabulous opposite the lake and mountains. There is also a spa! The room was great, plenty of space and separate areas if someone wanted to watch tv and someone else wanted to read etc. I would highly recommend this place.

The location was good but about a 3km walk to town if you don't have a car. Supplies were topped up daily, but the room not cleaned which can be a pain if you are there for over a week.
