Very spacious room with all the amenities. Finding parking right outside the hotel was super easy. The room was cosy and warm which was a bonus on a cold Wellington evening.

The bathroom had all the amenities, it was just a little compact so it made it tricky for two people to get ready at once. This is not a major issue as the bathroom is still useable, just keep in mind its made for one at a time!

Good location as most places are walkable distance. There are also lots of bus stations really close by so an alternative travel option if needing to use public transport instead. It is very easy to get to the accommodation from the airport via the airport express bus. Countdown supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away so not to worry about running out of things during your stay. Has all the necessities you need including dishwashing liquid, washing machine and laundry powder. The rooms are serviced daily (you can choose not to) so you get fresh towels daily. Also provides access to a complementary gym. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean, and it was a very comfortable stay. It was quite cozy too with the heater on! My room was exactly how it looked in the pictures.

If you are someone who prefers a hard bed then you might find the bed a bit on the soft side, otherwise comfortable.

Although they provided, adequate oscillating fans in the lounge and bedrooms ( better in my view than air conditioning). They would be better to have ceiling fans (bedrooms only), as they’re quieter and put out a better quality of air conditioning across the room. I do understand that this would not be a cheap option across all apartment but they would increase the quality of the accommodation.

Great location for access to everything on foot and easily accessible from the motorway by car. Clean, decently appointed and pleasant to stay in. Parking was easy. TV with netflix etc apps a plus with kids. Good shower with decent pressure.

Building heat was a little warm for my tastes and opening windows to address brought in a little too much outside noise, but that does somewhat come with a central location. Bench space a bit limited in kitchenette. Beds were a little soft for my taste.

Staffs r all very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in n out.. hotel price rate is reasonable.. location of the hotel is within walking distance to central.. good form of exercise 😆.. their room is very clean n it’s fully furnished with washer n dryer 👍🏻.. the hotel bed firmness is good too.. not too soft not too hard.. overall is a good stay for me n my son.. highly recommended.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location is so central, just double check how to go down in the lift in Wilsons car park. Our rooms were clean and well apportioned, every thing we needed as a family. Staff super friendly and helpful

Not to sure about all of the black paint in the hall ways, mirrors are cool but it felt closed in. We were in 314, very dark coridoor, some white cream panels would have made it more user friendly, felt a wee bit like a mirror maze.

Well-equipped. Located near the harbourfront, in the citycenter, next to the Willis Street, it was a great location. Elevator available via the garage to access the street or hotel to avoid the stairs. With the Airport Express Bus, you are from/to the Wellington Airport within 20 to 30 minutes.

There is no view and the building interior can use an update, but out of that it’s a good and nice hotel.

We stayed here just over a month ago and returned as the prices are great, it's close to town and we really only needed somewhere to sleep. Staff were very friendly, let us keep our car parked in their carpark till after an appointment. Netflix/YouTube on th TV is a bonus, warm room and comfy beds. Gilmer is really affordable and has everything you need for a short stay.

Our room was the very first room down the hallway, only downside was we were able to hear other customers and staff in the foyer. Rooms are rather small but have all the amenities you need.

Room appliances were good, room was clean and staff was very kind.

One of the guests brought people to the corridor and tried to break through my room. There was no reception 24h or staff number I could call to help. Morning staff was kind and respectful, thanked me for reporting and informed that they filled a police report about it. They reassured the guest wasn’t there anymore.

Everything you can imagine. That makes the stay comfortable. Well thought of. Complimentary gym pass, good selection of teas, kn95 masks at reception for free, two different kinds of soap.two windows, decent size table for the room. Great communication for after hour check in. Loved the location, everything important is in walking distance.

There was some low buzzing noise from outside as if coming from the air-conditioning from the opposite building. I have slept in better beds.
