We really liked the location it was super convenient to the bus stop and also the countdown and other shops. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The bed was nice and firm which we liked. The TV was also equipped with loads of movies and lots of new releases too!

The main thing was the windows don't open at all so the room can get very stuffy with no ventilation. The walls are a bit thin as well but apart from that everything was great.

The staff were top notch! The room felt very modern, it had a good kitchen, washer/dryer, cosy dining area, good tvs. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was also top notch. The parking was reserved and arranged ahead of time (paid) and we had no problems with it! Though it is not in the same building so beware of that. The location was excellent! Not only it was super easy to drive from the ferry and also to leave from hotel traveling north but it is also in the bustling city part with plenty of shops and restaurants! The cable car is next door! Botanical garden is within walking distance as well.

It was my first time back in Wellington after many years and Quest really made my work trip comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, professional and responsive to my requests. My apartment was perfect for me and had all facilities that I would need for 4 days stay. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer in my bathroom was nice, had free wifi and had nice entertainment on the TV. Location was great and in close proximity to my works office as well as conference venue, local landmarks/sites and many important stores that I frequented (e.g Woolworths and eateries). I didn’t have to bring much to Wellington as quest had that covered in my room so I am very thankful.

Good location near the waterfront. The manager Koa was courteous, considerate and helpful. Upon my request for a quiet room, he gave me an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment facing an inner courtyard and provided a late checkout upon learning my late departing flight. Everything in the apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I will stay there again when I am in Wellington again.

Not every driver knows where this relatively new hotel is located. So, make sure you are in front of this very hotel before you are persuaded by your driver to get off. My Uber dropper me off at a wrong place with all my heavy luggage when I first arrived from the airport (and Uber then ignored my complaint filed later).

The studio apartment was a good size for 2 people with great cooking facilities and the washing machine and dryer really useful. The position is right in the middle of Wellington within walking distance of attractions and restaurants and good access to buses and the harbour ferries if venturing further afield.

Some more power points in positions to allow for recharging devices without having to unplug lamps etc. The toilet paper holder in a position where you don't need to be a contortionist to reach it.

The location couldn't have been more perfect. The bus travels to and from the airport to right outside the hotel and from there everything was an easy walk, including the museum, cable car, botanic gardens, theatre, and waterfront. The room was extremely clean and well-proportioned with all the amenities needed (and more). There were loads of great shops and two supermarkets to choose from. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

There was a rather vocal woman in a nearby room enjoying herself with her partner which made for some laughs but made it harder to sleep on the second night.

Hotel was in a fantastic location! Super location and was in walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Rooms are well appointed with everything you could need. We were pleasantly surprised when we found we found we had a washer/dryer in the room. The rooms are quiet, and we didn't hear any banging doors or road noise. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with information on where to dine.

The Hotel was a little hard to find because reception is not on the ground level, so our taxi driver took us to the other Quest hotel further down the road.

Great location in Wellington. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is a secure building that required a room key for entry from the street and for the elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the center of great shopping, down the street from a grocery store in one direction and the waterfront in the other. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Welcoming staff, took luggage early and texted when room was ready. Easy layout in room, good aircon, felt really clean which is always SO important, and room amenities were amazing.

The TV's we're kind of linked, so when I was (de)activating one, the other would turn on/off - when trying to wind down to sleep needed some brain engagement. No view, but also appreciate wasn't really required for the time I had there, and the facilities/room/staff/location more than made up for this! As a women, felt could potentially be followed into the lobby lift area in the evening if not careful

The location was fantastic; I walked all over Wellington. The staff was professional and happy to help. Khoa provided me with concierge-level tourist information throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and attractive. I appreciated the washer/dryer. I would absolutely stay there again.

No reflection on the property but, FYI, there are a few Quest locations in Wellington. Make sure you head to the correct one upon arrival: Quest 256 Lambton. (I just put “Quest” in the Uber app and was taken from the airport to the wrong one.)
