Good food, good place, nice people.

This hotel prefer smokers. They are in the first place. When you are in your room you suffer from smokes or can't open the window. When you are by the pool you are forced to smell smokes. Hotel is far from today's trends when smokers and nonsmokers both are respected, rooms and places where can be smoken should be set. Also hotel must better communicate about possibility to get money back when your room is not cleaned. They say you can get money back for it but they don't say that it is not money, it is only voucher.

Nice hotel at the bank of ocean, you can hear the waves from the room, see palms from the window, swim at the ocean Room was very comfortable, clean, daily servis, small fridge for private use. Breakfast very rich, everything there. Staff very helpful, kind, profesional. We want to come back.

Pool outside is smaller than it looked at the picture, but we don´t mind, we were swimming only at the ocean. I don´t undertand people comming to Madeira to sunbathe at the pool. Madeira´s beauty is the nature, levadas, mountains, banana fields, you have to go and walk and explore the country, not to stay at the hotel.

Food was excellent, variations each day, all meats melted in your mouth, slow cooked to perfection. Plenty of cheese selections and lots of salad options.

If you haven't got a car, its a bit quiet around the hotel, entertainment a bit lacklustre, but we were so tired from our excursions, we just wanted to chill on the balcony or by the pool so it didn't bother us. If your looking for a Las Americanas vibe( Tenerife) vibe, this is not the place for you. Its lovely, peaceful. tranquil but not completely dead.

Beautiful lobby, great staff. As many big hotels in Madeira, the golden age is behind for some of the equipment. However, room (upgraded) still was very clean and had a nice renovated bathroom. In comparison to other Madeira hotels, the breakfast selection was wider. Still slightly repetitive.

When without a car, there is not much to do around.

I liked everything, the reception staff is very polite and kind, they will always help and answer, the breakfasts are excellent, the location of the hotel is good, the hotel itself is beautiful, lots of greenery, beautiful plants, flowers and trees, thanks to each employee for their hospitality, for their work and responsiveness, we didn’t want to leave you, we will definitely come back again!

Room was spacious, breakfast great, just a few meter from one of the best beach in Madeira. There are some activities for kids. Few restaurants in walking distance. Bus is organised to Funchal but normal bus also nearby. The pool is handy when the ocean is too cold or windy. Restaurant at tge pool is better than the big one, pity that only tried at last day.. Overall nice!

Got partial ocean view instead of full. The ventilation system of the hotel (big propellers outside) were too noisy if balcony door kept open. WiFi was without password !! and weak. Breakfast was plentiful but the same. Communication between receptionist wasn't the best resulted unnecessary bookings. Room bit outdated, balcony door difficult to move, shower leaking.

Very nice and clean accommodation and extremely friendly staff throughout. And of course the location just next to the sea cannot be beaten. Air conditioning individually adjustable which is really appreciated (we have been to other 4 star hotels where this wasn't the case, only ON/OFF and centrally regulated). Very good restaurant / food (we stayed half-board)

Wifi was pretty bad at times, which was a disappointment and actually the main negative. Also you really need to find a solution to people placing towels on sun loungers and just going away for 2-3 hours... I know it's not easy and it's not unique to your hotel - but you should really do it.

We had an amazing time at The Views Oasis in Madeira! Our stay was truly delightful. This family-friendly hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - a cozy bed, a comfortable sofa, and even a mini kitchenette. Room has sound protection. The location was perfect, near the airport. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.

The bidet was not working in the room, but this was a minor issue compared to the rest of the service.

My stay at Deluxe Suite with Sea View was perfect. The room is comfortable, big enough, with excellent sea view, overlooking the pool area. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast and dinners are exceptionally good, not an ordinary "all-inclusive flavor type of food" but your rather feel as in a restaurant with delicious dishes, several choices of see-food and meet and freshly prepared and deliciously flavored starters. You can get a symbolic 3 EUR discount per day if you do not need your room to be cleaned every day and you do not need fresh towels every day. None of us do at home, so why should we request this in a hotel? I happily accepted and saved a very bit of planet resources and a bit of money to be spent for good wine at dinners. There is a nice promenade at the beach which is easily accessible from the hotel via a chip gate. You can sit and watch waves for hours. The beach is not really suitable for swimming for casual swimmers. Statutes of Jesus Crist (Cristo Rei) in walking distance (2,5 km) from the hotel. The rest of Madeira beauty easily accessible by a rented car. The rental can be arranged by the hotel for reasonable price and you can have it delivered to the hotel by the rental company for no extra fee. Couple small grocery stores are in a walking distance from the hotel. Taxi drive from the airport takes about 10 minutes.

I was staying in a room on the first floor right above the pool and the pool with its filtering system may seem to be rather noisy for sensitive people. It took me one day/night to get used to it. The drinks in the hotel are rather expensive compared to generally friendly pricing in Madeira. But I accept it because the location and service is worth it.

Really good reception, great staff all around, awesome room and view from the big balcony (and bed even). Toilet had the option of dimming light, which is nice in the nighttime. Bed and beddings were really comfortable, and there was a pillow menu as well. TV had channels in French, German, portugese and English, possibly more. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly desire, even someone cooking you omelettes after choice, bubbles for mimosa (or clear), and several juices were available as well. Didn't try the buffet dinner but had room service, and that was fine. Pools were heated as described, and there were plenty of sunbeds and room all around. Overall, it's a really good option, and we'd love to come back!

Didn't really enjoy the evening entertainment, but that's probably just not something for us in general (yet). It seemed very joyful to others.
