I stayed 5 nights. Very nice staff (Whang at the reception helped me to carry with a trolley all my luggages from garage when the porter was not there. The lady from turkey at the bar was very sympatic and professional). Staff was great. The only unsympathic was the manager on the night shift from 1st to 2nd September (arrogant and unhelpful). For the rest the room service, as well as the facilities were very nice (great fitness). The breakfast was varied and was of good quality. I will definitely come back.

we did have a significant problem with the air conditioning, which apparently was not working properly after the switch from winter to summer settings . However the staff did everything they could to resolve the issue and whilst only partially successful other actions were taken to compensate us more than adequately .

Everything was ok. We enjoy the room and the restaurant Emile ok. The personnel very friendly and professional.

We came for Xmas and New Year celebrations. Unfortunately the restaurants closed at 10 pm for both occasions because of the Covid. On the other hand it would be nice to have some music during the dinners for both occasions some carols at Xmas and some Strauss music at New Year.

Heating, It was cold, I don't know why, but the staff brought us extra heater

The location is great, the breakfast is very good and you have a good variety of food. the room is comfortable and big.

We ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. it supposed to be an official taxi that works with the hotel, the fixed price the hotel told us was 45€ and the driver demanded 55€ at arrival. we settled for 50€ because he "didn't have change" and wanted more. the ride itself was horrible!!! the driver drove like crazy and almost crashed few times!!! it did not resembled even to an official taxi driver! no license in the car and after we started the ride we saw that the taxi looked like the driver lives in it. awful experience!

Great location, perfect service, a top hotel in Vienna ! Liked particularly the comprehensive information in preparation of the stay at the hotel, it being very clean - attaching importance to COVID regulations, the very friendly & efficient assistance of its staff, and a wonderful buffet breakfast.

Excellent location, stylish and spacious rooms, good breakfast.

The reception area is a bit pokey and unwelcoming and one of the receptionists couldn't give me good advice. Luckily, she checked with someone else who was very helpful!

The staff here are extremely professional. They exhibit great teamwork and are very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a penthouse room, which was excellent as we were able to sit outside and get some sun whilst drinking coffee or wine. The executive lounge is well stocked and a great place for breakfast (extensive), to get drinks and the pre-dinner buffet offering was a great way to regroup before going out. The location was great, just a short walk from the main shopping streets and museums and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was also lovely - we ate there on our first night and again, the staff were professional and attentive.

If I was being picky, I would say the room was a little uninspiring from a decor perspective, I tend to like things a little more individual but realise this is pretty much impossible when you have such a large hotel.

There is very comfortable room with its bathroom, good location.

I do not know why, but during breakfast I had some troubles. First, big plates finished, and I requested for new ones, somebody from restaurant staff brought plates. Second, in 15 min. the milk in coffee machine finished too, and I requested again…and third, coffee grains finished in coffee machine for my espresso…So, I would like just to inform to be care for such things, that really spoil good impression…The staff shall be more care during breakfast and to do in advance.
