The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. We didn’t have breakfast, felt it was overpriced. Went to a place on broad street and had a lovely full English with refill tea for £7
Car parking for the hotel is expensive, we found alternative parking at the nearby fiveways multi storey, it was £8 for 24 hours

The room, breakfast and bar.
The parking is ridiculous you are lucky to leave the car park without a scratch to your vehicle and that’s with being over careful

The location, the design of the lobby area, the restaurant, the room was big and spacious, the bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and funny especially Matthew from the front desk, he knew it was my birthday and made check in fun and easy for me. And also Christina from housekeeping, she's so sweet and funny, I asked for some more toilet roll and she had none left on her trolley at the time so I told her it was fine and she literally went out of her way to get me some fresh toilet roll and surprised me at my door. Lovely lovely experience!!
The tv is not a smart tv, just a satellite tv which was a let down. We couldn't even get YouTube on the tv. A hotel of this calibre should really have smart tv's in their rooms, or at least in their executive rooms and higher. Even holiday inn express has smart tv's in their rooms which we found a bit odd.

Comfy bed and pillows .. Big bedroom and bathroom .. Air-conditioning in the bedroom was fantastic... Had tea and coffee in the room.. Helpful and friendly staff (especially male manager).. Bar /reception/dining area on floor 4 .. Decor was lovely .. In perfect location for restaurants/bars/shops/train station/.. It had a small gym ,which was great .. Spa for massages.. No swimming pool..
Toilet in Room 1115 wasn't a great flusher (floor 11) Had to use public toilet on floor 4 .. They did get maintenance to pop up ,but it was no better .. The shower was lovely but not very hot .. At the weekend, you can only get room service at 10.30 /11 am ,but you need to be checked out at 11 ? Maybe that needs to be looked at and changed 🤔

Lovely service and beautiful hotel. We parked next door to the hotel in their car park. Marie Ann at reception was great. When we checked in she ran after us when we headed towards the wrong lifts to very kindly let us know and point us jn the right direction towards the right set (it was our first time staying but our conversation had led her to believe we had stayed there before so completely not her fault). The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and water. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows.. The wardrobe was big with a safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The bathroom had a large shower with 2 heads (1 rainfall), face cloths, and the condioner was really nice quality. We were on the top floor with views out over Birmingham. We ordered an uber to go to the area near the O2, which arrived quickly out the front, and we were there within a few moments. Great choice of buffet style breakfast in the morning too. We will be staying again. Oh and if we were quick we could have swapped to the hotels 50% off the car park and free breakfast, which would have been fantastic, but we went through booking.com. so next time we will swap to direct booking through them
One small gripe was the car park gate took ages to open to let us in and out, with us thinking we had done something wrong. Be patient, and it does open as long as you aren't too close to it. It was £28 (or 26) for 24 hour parking, and we had to pay the clean air for 2 days although literally going immediately to the hotel and leaving the car there and jumping in it to come home the next day, but that was not the hotels fault of course.

The room is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and smells amazing. We were greeted by Marie Ann and she was very warm and welcoming. Overal 10 stars for everything relating to the room and reception.
Bar service, room service, I think there should be a restaurant with more variety as not everyone enjoys Indian food and spices. We asked for a beef sandwich and sorry to say terrible tasting, I've worked for hospitality and know for sure that housekeeping at least tries to knock on doors to ask guests if they want some water in case they don't want their room cleaned. I'm not one to complain but I hope that in the future you can have a bigger selection of your food menu.

The hotel had well and truly over exceeded my expectations, I was amazed at how cheap i had paid for the room when I walked inside, it's like a palace, I would say the hotel is underpriced. the room was faultless. The next morning, I had breakfast, which was absolutely sensational. The breakfast presentation was well laid out and easy to find what you want, a large variety and the quality also top tier. I've stayed in expensive hotels and this hotel raised the bar for breakfast. The only negative which let it down was reception guy at check-in telling me they dont have a bell boy, I was i a rush and late as it was, the que was long so I ask if the bell boy can take my bag for me upstairs and he said there isnt one I had to argue with him to get it done. Otherwise, overall, I'd say the hotel was faultless, top tier, and very good value. I would recommend it and revisit.

The rooms are excellent size, the beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern and fully up to date, good water pressure too. The Indian restaurant offers great quality food at a very reasonable price. Has lovely (small) spa facilities, which I have used in the past after a busy day and was excellent.
Traffic noise outside can start between 5-6am already, even when you are on the higher floors it can interrupt a light sleeper. Breakfast quality and offering is basic and a little outdated, don't like the coffee at all, so I usually skip breakfast in this hotel. Parking garage is really tight for SUV and at £24/night a little overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for us, group of us stayed for a comedy show and all were happy with the hotel. Bar was great! Breakfast was amazing! Only issue we had was a couple of rooms struggled with air con (had we have stayed longer than 1 night we would have mentioned to reception) and the restaurant at breakfast seemed extremely warm room temperature wise but minor issues which didn’t take away from the stay. Definitely recommend!!

Park Regis is truly the most beautiful hotel in Birmingham. The staff make it extraordinarily more beautiful with their kind hospitality and service. I have had 2 events at their hotel, booked a room there and spent so many evenings to eat/drink and to chill with my friends. Sometimes I’ve been there to just relax and work in their lobby and I always leave with a smile because of how kind the staff are and exceptional servicing. I am reviewing my most recent visit which was on Saturday 21st Dec 2024. I had an event there for my partner’s birthday and I was corresponding with LaReina on Thursday 18th Dec 2024 - considering it was fairly last minute she did an outstanding job with planning and sorting things out for us. We checked in on Saturday and the hotel was beautifully set up (I really recommend going around Christmas time to see their festivity decorations) Their rooms are always clean and comfortable - you can definitely tell how they consider their guests because I wrote that it was my partner’s birthday so they did a little something and it was so sweet and lovely. In regards to the event, we came an hour late because we had an activity prior and so the kitchen stayed up later than expected to service us and we are so grateful! We had a lovely meal. Really recommend their chicken burger - my friends who ordered it loved it. The bar is stunning and they make your drinks so quickly and importantly - everyone’s so friendly. My friends and I had the most amazing time. Another memorable celebration at the Park Regis and I’m sure if I’m hosting another celebration again - It will always be there. No matter what you want to do , if that is hosting an event, having a meal or even working in their lobby - Park Regis will surely accommodate for you. Just wanted to state my appreciation to the staff - Kitchen Head Chef, Maneesh Soux Chef, Jamal Mahbu Ripon Albert Bar Kumara Franco Bebik Front Desk Matthew Alaa Aarzu Best wishes, Lianne
