Nice quirky room,loved the decor, no problem about noise as it is situated next to the nightclubs down briggate, and we were out till 3am, really cool bathroom facing the bed..great for couples

There's a few items in the room that are to be paid for extra yet as there is no kettle or tea coffee items in the room we assumed the plastic bottles of water were free. No we eventually found a menu that was hidden behind a vase,and found the extras prices..£2 for a bag of crisps, £2 for water. Glad we didn't open the cheap bottle of fizz that was in ice water on the windowsill as would of been an extra £12. Would be better to have a mini fridge instead of random things dotted around the room so you know what is to be paid for. Even though the room stated that wine/fizz was included.. was my only 2 downsides..this and the £50 deposit aswell when you enter the hotel,they don't take cash & I have no idea when we will receive the deposit back

Honestly, the whole property was such a nice aesthetic. I paid £60 for the hotel room, the fact that they have themed rooms is so cool. I booked on here but didn’t realise that on the actual website, you can request special rooms such as the Elvis room or musical themed rooms. Honestly, was in love with the bedding and the nice vibe in the room, the shower is absolutely massive. The bathroom was very spacious and it was lovely to go to bed, still here the nightlife outside but no that was happy in bed. It was so relaxing and comfortable, The TV was really good quality and a perfect night after a concert.

Booked Room 15 for the balcony but wouldn't say it was worth it. Small and compact but the design makes up for it. Shower and toilet very compact. Clean room and paid for balloons and Prosecco upgrade which included plenty of drinks vouchers (which we didn't use) but was really good value for money.

£50 security deposit which is fine and normal just like most hotels however only £31 was returned to me when no damage was done to the room! Absolutely unbelievable and would not stay there again for this reason. Only booked for location as everywhere else was full in the close neighbouring areas. Very loud music also, Thursday night wasn't too bad as I believe the bars and club below shuts earlier but Friday was super loud. Fortunately for us it didn't bother us to keep us awake but for others it could be a negative.

Everywhere was clean, our room was great, the balcony was small but cool to get some sun and have drinks outside. It's very close to station and for our stay a good location, we also had great weather and could have a drink and watch trains from balcony. It is well decorated and very quirky/ boutique.

There is no lift which is understandable in this building but do bear this in mind if bringing a lot of luggage, We were on top floor and it was quite warm up there. There was NO kettle in the room for tea / coffee, porridge pots for breakfast, it was a long walk down 3 flights if stairs to the reception to make tea coffee when we woke up.

This hotel feels like it's run by people who love what they do and care about the experience they create. I couldn't be happier. Really helpful staff. Because of the length of my journey I wasn't due to arrive until late, so they called and booked me in over the phone. Room access was easy to sort out once I was there, too, as they made the key both safe and secure and also accessible to me. Room was gorgeous. Really comfortable, cosy, inviting. I'd been on the trains for 6 hours so the big walk in shower was like heaven. The room was a very generous size, too, and honestly felt luxurious for how affordable it was. I came for business, but would love to come again with company and have been trying to come up with excuses to come back soon! The optional comfort packs in the room are a really thoughtful gesture. I didn't need to use them this time, so didn't buy them, but I really appreciate knowing they're there just in case. The hotel also provided complimentary earplugs for guests due to being over a busy bar, which was a kind gesture. This feels like it would be a perfect place to book in for as part of a night out on the town. Very clearly, the folks who run the place have put a lot of thought into guest comfort and safety. The vending machines on the floor before were handy, I got in too late to go out for food, but was able to grab a drink and snack before bed.

The only things that could be improved, and it's honestly a very small thing. Arriving late at night, the hotel sensibly had low corridor lighting for guest comfort. But the room numbers were really hard to see, so I almost went to the wrong one. Adding something reflective to the surface of the door numbers would make them stand out more at night. Other than that, just to say that I didn't feel up to navigating all the way to the ground floor to make coffee by the time I was in. (I walk with a stick. I can handle stairs, I'm just slow, but I didn't feel up to it last night). So either putting a kettle in the room or maybe including some cans of iced coffee in the vending machine would be helpful.

The shower was amazing. So big and spacious. The bed was really comfortable too. It was quirky and nice. Location is really good for bars, shopping etc. ironing board etc in the room which was great rather than calling reception for one.

The noise is a lot!! Although it is on the website it isn’t shown very clearly!!! You have to click to go through to find it. It should really be posted immediately at the beginning so you are aware what you are booking. We were situated further up and still the room was shaking from the vibration. So unless you’re happy to be kept awake then it’s a no lol. No facilities for tea/ coffee in your room! You have to go downstairs to get it which is impractical. All you want to do is to wake to a nice hot drink but you can’t lol. No hooks to hang towels either or no hand towel in the room to dry hands. So not very practical.

It was a lovely nice hotel, I didn't get his name but the young lad that checked me in was very helpful also made a point of starting a conversation which was a nice touch. Make you feel welcomed. Also the you g lady I think she was a house keeper showed me to my room as I got confused haha

Took a while to get into the hotel as there was no one on reception, the young lad the was on the bar next door came to let me in. Also on one major thing I nearly left because of was on the 21st I was coming back from The shop I'd heard a the older house keeper say to a you g lass that they had a few arsholes stay. I work in hospitality myself and understand how challenging it can be but talking about customer s like that jn front of other custers is big screw up

I like that it was a 16 min walk to my venue address. I came all the way from London for a church conference at the Leeds arena and Nice clean self contained room and love the massive walk in shower The best part of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful ☺️

It was above a pub and surrounding pubs and being a weekend, people were out partying so I was not able to get much sleep because of the loud music and chatting. And also it was only when I got there that a £50 refundable deposit was asked for which I wasn't aware of if you don't look properly at the fine print, you'll never know. Please make this bold! Otherwise I would recommend and would stay again ☺️

Very quirky unique hotel. In a really fun and LGBTQ friendly part of Leeds town centre. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere fun and convenient for all the bars and clubs in Leeds. Sadly I was staying for work so wasn’t able to enjoy this side of Leeds town centre its fullest. The bathroom and shower were amazing! And the decor in the rooms very calming and characterful. Would recommend.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities on the rooms themselves but the little station at reception is perfectly fine.

Great location for the City centre. Do not take much notice of the bad reviews, anyone who is complaining obviously did not research it properly before booking. The hotel is quite open about the noise & location of the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy beds & plenty of towels & toiletries. We were a group of 7 ladies that they probably wouldn’t expect to stay here, (IYKYK), but staff were great, early access to rooms and they held our cases the next day whilst were out in the city.

Rooms are quite dark, could do with a brighter light over a mirror.
