This is an excellent choice if you are traveling for work. Very clean, very reliable, very professional. Also, the breakfast is very good in this hotel. The hotel is also located in a good spot, around areas with bars/restaurants as well as many work-related venues.

The prices in Brussels are generally quite high. This hotel is typically in the lower range and I certainly recommend it for this. But slightly lower prices would be more appropriate in my view.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed, coffee machine and delicious breakfast. Also, it's very nice to have metro station in a few steps around hotel! We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back.

You have a kettle in the room, but don't have any tea or cups (only coffee and glasses): that is very weird. Also, in bathroom you have very old plastic bottles from “rituals cosmetics” (but obvious inside are other cosmetics), but the worst thing: you have to spend like hours to get some products in your hand, because dispenser almost broken...

I was allowed to checked- in 2 hours before. That’s really great and I appreciate the staff’s help really. The hotel is very close to Metro(Schuman) and bus stops. European Parliament, JubelParc, Leopoldparc, EU History museum etc. are 10- 15 walk away from the hotel. Nice coffee shops and convenient store are just few minutes away as well. I like the fact that the area is quiet too.

It’s just the little noise coming from the shower room that sounds like a train is passing by, but tolerable. Otherwise, almost perfect.

The room was fine for family. There are some cafe's nearby for brunch or tea time in the afternoon. There were not so many place to park your car, but if it's full, there are a lot of space in front of the hotel. We requested for a baby bed but once we arrived it was not there. Jad from the receptionist was very very helpful to set it up for us. Even when we came back in the evening and realized that the bed was broken, he managed to take another bed and set it for our baby. Really appreciate it!

The shower tray has clogged. The previous person who stayed in the same room has left a note, but I don't think it was read. We reported it again before leaving the hotel. On Sunday, not so many restaurants nearby are open.

Checkout until 10 AM but overall it's fine

aircondition made too much noise during the night. shower doors not close well. shower water not set up well, had to turn warm to "zero" and cold to "maximum" to have warm water , by luck i did not burn my hand in the begining because i had the to "half-half". also I asked if i can have an late leaving and they want to charge me but at least they offer me to keep my luggage and a room to change when i came but to take it.

Nice location, good breakfast

On the website it is written that there is soundproofing; however when I was arriving, I could here rumour coming from the corridor, I could here everything. When I went to the reception they gave me another room The breakfast could be better organized, some days there were some problems with the coffee machine. They forgot to put yoghourt etc... Pity that breakfast on Saturday is from 7AM and not before.

+ Great location in European Quarter, 3 minutes from metro station + Tasty breakfast - especially fresh waffles from waffles maker with nutella, jam or other toppings were great! You could also have scrambled eggs, bacon, toasts, fruits, yoghurt etc. - many options! + Our room was huge! (We were on 5th floor) We were really surprised, huge space, iron in room, bed was really comfortable! We could also use our chromecast and watch Netflix and other things on tv. In bathroom you have Rituals cosmetics :) Staff was giving us tea, coffee, sugar everyday so we could make ourself something to drink in the evening. They were also changing cups and towels everyday and giving us small bottles of fresh water in our fridge - everything for free + Really nice staff - after check-in we’ve got welcome chocolates, after check-out we could leave our luggage in hotel + Very good impression just after walking in - really nice smell in lobby - I really liked it, also you can play billard in the evening + It was really quiet in the room- we haven’t heard any noises from other rooms so we could sleep well

Perfectly located for meetings in the European quarter and for the Schuman station and metro. Kind and helpful staff who could point me to an excellent hairdresser nearby. Great breakfast. Complimentary water in the fridge.

The food menu for the evening wasn't great but there are plenty of pizzerias and restaurants nearby that do also takeaway. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful, polite and professional. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel is not located right in the heart of the city, but this location was great for me since I was attending a conference within 300 meters from the hotel. The airport was about 15 minutes away with a taxi.

My room was next to the elevator and this resulted in a bit of noise, but it was not loud enough to disrupt my sleep. Overall, the room and the hotel were great, but I do not think it was worth 300 euros per night.
