Good location, continent for train and walk. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, the whole process is nice and smooth. The interior design is fabulous, love it.

Our room is facing the main Street, sometimes it get a bit nosy in the middle of the night.

Modern swanky property in the heart of Surry Hills. The distance to the Circular Quay area is hardly 12-15 mins by bus. The staff were very hospitable & welcoming and were ready to assist with any query we had. Rooms are cozy and comfortable with large windows overlooking the train lines and walkways. Showers have warm water available. The neighborhood is very safe and one could take a stroll late night as well since the public trains operate till late. The breakfast spread was also very good. Their coffees are a must try ! We had stayed during the Pink Test Match between Australia v India at SCG - it was a 10 min light rail ride to the ground from Central Station (5 min walk away)

Here for business, Room 309 was clean and tidy, a lovely welcome card and gift for me on the bed, which was a nice touch. The window could be opened slightly nice. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, great aircon very happy with the bathroom, shower was great. Shampoo and conditioner pump was good and nice smelling and a good hairdryer. The lady cleaning my room was so nice, service was amazing. The continental breaky was nice with a selection of pastries, breads n spreads, cereal, fresh fruit n yoghurt, ham n cheese platter, a very good food spread. The staff were friendly, I was well looked after. Thank you! Why I made a booking for 2 nights on checking out but requested another room.

The TV had issues, might have been the remote, but yes frustrating ... body wash was hard to get out of the pump bottle. There was no microwave. plates or cutlery, had to go to reception to heat food, if you bought your own, apparently all rooms are the same so no real dramas. Not enough table space above the fridge, ended up moving the glasses etc to the desk.

A wonderful little hotel in a fantastic location in Sydney! It's very close to Central Station, making it easy to get around. Despite being in a room facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the lobby, common area, and rooftop terrace were all beautifully designed. The room had everything you could need, including a very comfortable bed, plus coffee and tea were readily available. The staff were exceptionally friendly. It was an amazing stay, and I would definitely return!

There's nothing I can think of.

Beautiful boutique hotel that put out all the stops- tiny details like pillow mist, room flowers specifically sent to me by the hotel and name on the phone made this a 5 star experience. Delicious breakfast with many options including croissants, bagels, barista made coffee on request. Great shower, rain and spray settings. Hotel was easy to find and access with 24h service, super personalized- our concierge remembered we were going to the theatre and made sure to ask how it was the next day. We had such a bougie mini break and felt like tourists in our own city!

No parking on site- had to park in city secure parking about a 3 min walk away. This could have been communicated more clearly on the website, but when we called they were very clear and let us know how to access it. Parking not free.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. The foyer, the rooms, the rooftop - everything was incredible. The attention to detail, the styling, the facilities, the staff; you couldn’t have asked for anything more. A hidden gem in the heart of Sydney. Super convenient location a short walk from Central Station, this is the perfect place to stay if you’re venturing out in the city. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the styling of the foyer, breakfast area, courtyard and wine room were stunning. There was also complimentary hot food available when we arrived in the afternoon - no detail had been overlooked. The view from the rooftop was incredible - it felt like being in New York. The room was very comfortable, and even though it was right beside a busy road and the train line there was surprisingly no street or rail noise. We enjoyed absolutely every aspect of our stay and would definitely love to stay again in the future.

The only con was the front door was a little tricky to locate, and didn’t seem like a “front door” (on arrival you have to buzz in - there’s no way to let yourself in before you have a key card). The staff member at the front counter was apologetic and said they should add a sign which would have been very helpful.

The hotel is decorated beautifully. Very stylish. It’s in a great location.

A couple of things just didn’t hit the mark. For example, there wasn’t any space for our cases as the room was quite tight. We had this lovely big stand alone bath, but I had no where to store anything. The description said slippers would be provided - they weren’t. The body wash was empty and not refilled the entire time. The kettle plug didn’t reach the socket. Just odd little things that were annoying. We also asked about parking as we had to bring a car. The hotel was pretty vague about this before we arrived. Turns out parking near the hotel is a nightmare and expensive. Be prepared to spend a lot of you bring a car.

Great location close to the Central station. Took me 20 minutes from the airport to the check-in desk of the hotel. Surry Hills is also a great neighbourhood with most things in walkable distance. Cosy little hotel, very new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for short-term stays and single travellers,

Room are quite small. There was not enough shelf-space for my clothes. Also, would be great if a bottle of water would be given every day or at least once finished.

Staffs were very hospitable and accommodating. I booked this hotel mainly because of how most of the feedbacks commented on how the staffs were very helpful. Having had a delayed flight, I was not able to catch my train and I was hopeful if I could check in earlier than 3pm. I rang the hotel and the staffs kindly let me check in early. Coming off a long haul trip, I really appreciate how they let me check in earlier. Its location and proximity to the central station was also very convenient. Walking distance to the shops and cafes but you wouldn’t hear the traffic or buzz outside. The room was also really lovely, clean and neat.

Nothing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 202 Elizabeth, and I can't recommend it enough! The accommodation was excellent, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk to Central Station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was impressively clean and beautifully styled with a clear vision, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the 24-hour concierge service was a standout feature; they were always available and incredibly helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, 202 Elizabeth is a top-notch choice for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
