The room, bathroom and bed were great. Very accomodating staff member.

They need to sort out their key card entry dnd key power card. Ours needed to be changed about 5-6 times until one worked. However saying that, the staff member dealing with this issue deserved a gold medal!

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Menu del dia was superb.

The only downside was the location some distance from Burgos centre, but perfect for getting on the road to Bilbao.

On the edge of a busy town, quiet & parking easy. Staff were very helpful.

Directions on Maps sent us into a Poligono Industrial, so it cost us initially finding the place. Restaurant doesn't open until 15th November, despite expectations to the contrary based on the description (although they did serve a limited range of Platos Combinados). Breakfast very basic and only available after we dialed a certain phone number indicated on a small note which we accidentally discovered at the kitchen window. Room heating didn't work (thermostat and switch broken) and TV remote control neither (suppose it was without working batteries)

For the area, this hotel was a good value and had convenient parking. Parking was the most important aspect of my choosing this hotel. Had a great lunch as well in the restaurant!

The lights were extremely tricky to work. The room had the plastic key card to turn on the lights - but it would take quite a bit of manipulation for it to work. In fact, had to have a hotel employee come once to get them on after attempting on our own for a few minutes.

I liked that it has free parking. It has a nuce restaurant that was open at the time of ohr arrival.

The sheets were not completely clean.

Thé hôtel had a huge restaurant and breakfast bistro that never opened. No staff to be seen before we left so we had to wait for the luggage transfer company to arrive next day to hand over our backpack because reception was unattended and hotel completely locked. Bistro advertised breakfast from 6-9 am but not the case. Not open and no one to even provide a coffee. Town didn’t have any breakfast /coffee available until after 930am. Address on bookings not correct so I walked an extra hour to the wrong address. I tried to let the property know via WhatsApp but no response.

The restaurant was not open so no breakfast or evening meal had to go into city centre to eat.

By a major road. Noise insulation could have been much better. More pension than a hotel.

Not much to like. Location was noisy on a busy road. The room was cold and damp, but clean, with a new mattress cover on bed. No hot drink facility. No glass for cold drink. It appeared that no other guests were staying at the hotel.

All of the points raised in the other section plus: No restaurant facility as advertised, it was closed. We were met by the receptionist who was wearing slippers, pyjamas and a dressing gown. She accepted payment, showed us the room, and locked up the reception and disappeared. The hotel was clearly being decorated, as fresh overpaint was evident on switches and sockets. The emergency exit sign above the door in the bedroom was covered in masking tape. The heating was provided by a small heater plugged directly into the socket (no cable, but a plug fitted to the body of the unit). Parking was provided off street on scrubland. The radiator in the bathroom leaked.
