Food excellent. Staff consistently excellent. Rooms comfortable. A really convenient golfing base.

Air conditioning needs to be cooler! Not such a problem at this time of year (early May) but we have been too warm in the bedrooms in the summer at night and I don't think the aircon has been improved

The breakfast was really good, although I would have liked to see more Spanish ham

The only negative was that theres not really a place to snack

I am not a golf player but I chose this hotel due to the location which was a very smart choice. I enjoyed the very well kept gardens, the quiet sunset, the view from my room was the best I have ever had from any hotel. I simply fell in love with Sheraton Mallorca. Thank you. It breaks my heart I have to wait till I see my balcony view again in June 2024 :)

The location was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the kids club and children's facilities were one of the best we've visited.

The food quality could be better. That is my only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

The breakfast location was good but the actual breakfast was poor. Lots of empty dishes not replenished.. wait for cooked eggs slow.. Not enough staff to cope .

Better selection of fruit.. two people cooking eggs etc. More staff

We travelled with our 3 young kids and couldn’t have been more impressed with this hotel - we didn’t expect a relaxing holiday however the girls at the Kids Club were absolutely fantastic. They kept our two eldest kids entertained every day from 10am until 6pm - playing indoors, trips to the pool, painting their nails, building sand castles. Nothing was too much for them. We also used Hanna a few nights to babysit and were able to have dinner on our own, the kids were so sad to say their goodbyes to her! Hotel itself is stunning, staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

I would add a bigger focal light In the room, it’s very dimmed and dark overall. It doesn’t make it easier with a baby. Also to add a second sun bed outside the room, you are 2 adults so only logical And more choice of vegetarian and lighter food. It s very limited right now to a vegetarian wok and a pasta. If you want to stay in and enjoy the restaurant & room service it’s limited A stocked mini bar would be nice to choose from, now they ask 6 euro every time you want a drink…

Golf booking assistance not good. Too sloppy logistics. Misundersstandings, although all was in email. -Be very careful when arranging.
