The hotel is very nice and luxurious Right at the center of the village, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants The room was very nice and spacious and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, we had a cute balcony that overlooks the Matterhorn The spa area was wonderful, hot pool overlooking the Matterhorn and inside pool with a jacuzzi, 4 different saunas and a gym and relaxing area The staff were very friendly and we had a shuttle from and back to the train station Breakfast was good but basic and there was a tea break free of charge in the afternoon with some sweets and fruits

Everything. from the first touch to the last. Called on the train, they had a cab waiting for us at arrival. Fast check in, rooms were ready at 9am already, even though we were supposed to check in at 16:00. They got us up the slope in no time and when we came down we got to enjoy the spa. No words, just wow. lost my key in the spa, no problem, got right back into my room. Dinner in the restaurant. Great price. Epic food. room was awesome. Not too hot as is often the case in ski resorts. Insanely comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing. Omelet was perfect. high quality food and a stunning view of the matterhorn. Nice ski lockers - Heated gear the next morning was a win. On checkout they stored our gear and even have shower facilities so you can freshen up before the drive home. Taxi service back to the train and left with huge smiles and incredible memories

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is in an amazing location. We booked a room with views of the Matterhorn, which I would highly recommend. Being able to walk out onto the balcony doors and see that magnificent mountain in the comfort of our own room, was awesome. The beds are super comfy and the pillows great. We ate at the hotel restaurant once, and the food was all 5 star, the complimentary breakfast was great too. We made great use of the spa facilities and loved it. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

This place exceeded my expectations, even with the price. The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean, with a lovely big bathroom. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The spa, sauna, snow room and outdoor pool were fantastic. Even the breakfast room was lovely. What was most appreciated was that the staff let us use these facilities after we had checked out so we could use up a few hours on a rainy day before our train back to Interlaken. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Couronne Hotel & Spa. From the moment that we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The hotel arranged our pick up from the train station, which was a wonderful help, had our room ready upon arrival and welcomed us to a beautiful afternoon tea in their breakfast / afternoon tea room. The hotel is centrally located and has wonderful facilities, such as a spa room, sauna, ice room, and gym and we made use of them during our stay. We will be coming back to this hotel and recommending it to our friends and family.

Everything was perfect. My stay is delightful except that Matterhorn hid behind the cloud during my 2 days. The sauna and outdoor pool were wonderful as I had it all to myself. Take note, sauna is unisex and textile free (cannot don swimwear) Bed is very comfortable.Towels are fluffy. Ample space for 28" luggage. Ample cupboard space. Bathtub is spacious. Nice touch providing a backpack and one of the few hotels in Switzerland I have come across that provided shampoo.

Do provide toilet rug and conditioner too if possible! Floor can get slippery after bathing.

In the perfect spot for the best Matterhorn views, as long as the mountain doesn’t hide in the clouds. Spend the extra for a Matterhorn view. The first two days you could not see anything. Zermatt is still stunning. The morning we had to check out, there it was in all its glory with a lot of fresh snow. I will never forget the experience of it! The staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast outstanding. A bucket list item checked off with an exclamation point!!❤️ The soda so wonderful as well. Loved the Snow Room.

I LOVED this hotel! Everything was Perfect for me. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. I had the Single room with Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! So spacious and very clean. The breakfast room was just beautiful, so many options of good delicious food. Perfect Location. All their facilities from the SPA, sauna, snow room I love, fitness room etc was top tier I've seen of all hotels I've been to so far, I highly recommend this hotel. Il be staying here next time when I come in summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size. There is a heated towel rack in the bathroom. They provide a bag with things you will need for the spa (slippers, towels, robes). They have afternoon tea and cake. All in an all a lovely stay!

Overall, it was a great stay. The only thing that was a little confusing for us was the spa. There is an area you can go in with clothes and an area that is without clothes. But, there wasn't much information on how the area without clothes worked and no one was in the spa to answer any questions. The outdoor pool was a little confusing to get to, but very nice! Overall, great time, we enjoyed it and would go back!
