The rooms there don't just have baths, they have big baths, and the showers work well too. The radiator worked, I stayed in a hotel once where the radiator didn't work so they gave me a heater which didn't work either. The room I stayed in was quiet and private. The hotel supplied me with all of my coffee and most of my milk. The room was a good size, comfy and the decor was relaxed. I stayed in a hotel once that had the decor of an office, I didn't stay long. The location is obviously excellent for the city centre, especially Birmingham New Street Train Station. Really handy if you want to explore another part of the city, which I did on one occasion. Friendly staff there too. I left a day early but that was nothing to do with the Comfort Inn Hotel.

The WiFi was a little bit slow. A mini fridge may be handy for a summer stay there.

I was very pleased with the room and location, which was more than satisfactory for the price. You have everything you need, so it's a great place to stay if you're in between trains or flights. Fast and easy check in. Staff were very helpful and polite. There is also a bar where you can get snacks and drinks that you can drink there or take to your room. China town, shopping centres and a Tesco Express are also very nearby, so you will have no trouble finding shops or somewhere good to eat. It's also realy close to New Street Station, so I will definitely consider using this hotel again in future.

The wi-fi cut out quite a few times and couldn't handle downloads, but apart from that I was perfectly happy with the room and location.

Very convenient located across from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were a good size with a comfortable bed.

Great location opposite Birmingham New Street Station and minutes to Alexandra Theatre. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is very convenient. Close to Chinese town , big shopping center and the theater. Many good restaurants around. The building is old but my mom loves it (including the lift!)

The bathroom in our room (2 single bed room) is too small and no shampoo (only body washing in a box - probably for both body and hair I guess, but it's weird). No breakfast. For this price I think it should include shampoo and simple breakfast... We left before the weekend so we didn't hear any noisy from the bar, which is good. The sound from the road outside can be accepted. But one night about 3am the huge noisy was from the direction of the station (maybe unload) and continued about 1 hour... All the others are good.

Room smelt of bleach but that means it was very clean! Excellent location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
