It was really fun staying here - so much so that I'll look for Staycity again when staying in other cities. It's a brilliant solution for families as you don't always want to eat out. It worked better for us than an Airbnb as we wanted somewhere with a staffed reception and other people around. The essentials in the apartment were fab. Bed and sofa bed super comfy and shower the most powerful of any I've had in far more expensive hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Shout out to Celia, Mavis and Faiza, all of whom went above and beyond (sorry if I have misspelt any names). We all loved Mavis' joyful manner! Thanks for a really lovely stay!

It would be really helpful to have a notice in the room with a number you can call if you have any issues. It isn't always possible to leave the room and head to reception.

-The staff was friendly and helpful. -Loads of space in the room, got offered to upgrade so I had a 2 bed in the end. It had 2 bathrooms, kitchenette part where it had a fridge and coffee machine. -The bin got emptied daily. -Great communication, you could message them or go to reception and they will help with whatever it is. -There was a laundry room on the premises, also a gym if you could go (I couldn't cause I had the kids). -The tv had basic channels, there was also free WiFi.

I mean..There could've been an oven but it wasn't a massive deal. The area is ok, not too far from the town but everything is a bit spaced out..Depending what shop you want. Could've had Netflix on the tv, or something other then free view but also not a big deal cause I wasn't in a lot of the time.

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance of the Bullring. Staff were friendly and helpful. Off street parking was very useful as the area has parking restrictions.The 24 hour manned desk proved useful when we arrived late in the evening.The building backs onto the central canal which is good for walking. the canals. The gym is well equiped with a wide range of machines. Both a Co-op store and a Tesco are close by

The bathroom was exceptionally small. Large people would find the area challenging.as. they would have to back in .There are not adequate working surfaces in the kitchen. The toaster had to be placed on the bed if the cook top was being used. . Having to scan a block for operating instructions for the equipment is annoying for an older person. The access card for the room was not reliable.

The property was in a great location and offered a clean and quiet environment, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were polite and friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a definite bonus.

Although the property was booked for three people, the sofa bed had to be made up ourselves, which was inconvenient. The living room had a TV, but there wasn’t enough seating for three people to sit comfortably and enjoy it together. Additionally, no milk was provided despite it being stated that there would be some in the fridge. Lastly, while the shower was powerful, it was almost too intense, making it uncomfortable to use.

We were very happy with our apartment and the staff kindly upgraded our daughter's apartment at no extra cost so we could be next door to each other. We needed assistance to get the room temperature just right and the team on reception quickly sorted that out for us. Having secure parking on-site at a competitive price was a real benefit too. Overall the concept of having an apartment with the back up of hotel facilities and resources is ideal for family groups. We would definitely recommend it for that reason. The location is perfect for visiting Birmingham city centre attractions and the immediate locality has a wide range of places to eat and drink.

The staff were simply amazing! So friendly and helpful, they really are a credit to the hotel. The downstairs foyer was nicely decorated for Christmas and has a welcoming feel. Room was lovely and clean!

The sofa in the sitting area was extremely uncomfortable to sit on (maybe due to it being a sofa-bed?) especially as there was 3 of us and one of us had to sit in the middle where you could feel a metal bar under your bum! The whole point of booking an apartment instead of a hotel is for the communal area to relax in so this was a bit disappointing. Would be great to have a light up mirror or make up and hair as the room was quite dark. Other than that it was fab

For Traveling with a baby, it's very good located. Two supermarkets around the corner, pub close by, easy getting into city centre New Street and Moore Street. Stuff was very friendly and helpful!!

It was a bit weird entering the room into the sleeping room. Especially in winter time, it's hard to keep dirt out the apartment, especially with the Baby Buggy. Unfortunately no cleaning utilities like a broom in the apartment. Room service comes only from 7 nights. We stayed 6, so had to book cleaning service on top.

Parking was extremely convenient, and the added benefit of reserving a space meant we were able to use our car quite a bit which opened up birmingham to us as there were no worries about there not being a parking space available on return. Far better than first come, first served, for our needs. Separate living space from the bedroom was great. Rooms were not large but were a perfectly reasonable size, no more and no less than we needed. Plenty of kitchen utensils to use. Super king bed was great to sprawl out on. We would stay here again.

The cot mattress wasn't particularly comfortable feeling, quite hard actually, even so the baby did sleep fine in it. Windows don't open. There is a cooling system that works well, but it would have been nice to have some ventilation to let steam from the shower out of the apartment. The shower base fills up with water quite a bit. Despite these comments, we would stay here again as they were minor issues.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy and water pressure of the shower was very strong. Loved it! All the staff were friendly and professional over our 3-night stay. Mavis was the standout of the bunch. It's a few minutes walk to one of the best coffee shops in Birmingham, called Saint Kitchen. They have onsite parking (for a fee) but be sure to reserve in advance.

The apartment felt a little old, partly from the condition of the floors. A larger sink/hob area is preferred. I stayed on the 3/f and could hear people in the room upstairs walking around, which wasn't appreciated in the early hours of the morning. For street parking, none of the meters accepted coins, and I couldn't download the RingGo parking app.
