Good selection

I asked about breakfast they said it was 10.95 or .45 and I said I will pay in the morning When breakfast time came they were charging me 15 x2 this was a bit of a shock as the receptionist said ok to me paying the 10.45 in the morning then to charged £30 why is this I didn’t pay the £30 and requested the price they gave me before this need clarification as others will get the £15 charge if instruction are not clear

Upon entering the hotel the presentation was clean - no litter or mess, internally the building was really clean, tidy, modern and not tired like other hotels - which was a major consideration in booking our stay. It smelled nice just walking into the building so you know you are going to have a great stay if they make the effort for the small touches. The staff were very presentable and friendly and the service was outstanding - reception and dining area. The room was very tidy and clean and of a good size and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. The TV was of a good size and easy to connect to WIFI or link your phone or tablet to cast on to the screen. The breakfast was self service for cold foods and assisted for hot food, everything was freshly made and tasted good. There are plenty of parking spaces which are at a reduced rate for guests. The location is good - only a few minutes walk into the town centre.

Fantastic staff and a first class breakfast. Hotel is very clean and has good car parking. Room cleaning staff are so nice and helpful. This hotel has a great customer service attitude only ruined by the lift issue. One of the lifts is not working. This is our forth visit since late 2023 and the lift is still not fixed. The lifts are very small so loosing 50% capacity is a real pain for guests and the hotel cleaning staff who have not separate lift to service the rooms.

Will the owners of this franchise please fix the lift. If you won't invest in your properties basic services and resource your staff then you have no business being in the hotel business.

The hotel is quite and clean and stylish despite being very close to the centre. The rate was very reasonable. The rooms are of a good size and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The TV has many good channels and Internet quality is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and special thanks to Jithin (from India / Kerla) who was extremely helpful, professional and nice.

Nothing i can think of but if i have to add, i would say breakfast could have little more variety. In particular, the coffee machine quality could be better. But generally all was very good

Very modern Dining Area and very good breakfast and you can help yourself to some things except Hot cooked food. Slept well most nights as quiet guests, corridor and room. There was a lift to take you from the underground carpark Double Bedroom was spacious. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard Staff were helpful.

Charged £90 for Parking Toilet was far to low (ok for children ) and didn't flush well. Very little space in wardrobe for hanging clothes (and note) ironing board stored in wardrobe nowhere to hang coats although plenty of wasted wall space between room door and small wardrobe Bedroom furniture was very worn/old (marked and some ply coming off)

Only stayed for one night and did not used the facilities of the hotel other than the room. The location was good and convenient for our plans. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped for what we needed, including the iron and ironing board that was used that day. The bathroom was big and comfortable too.

The only criticism would be about the short-length tap in the hand-sink that make it unnecessarily difficult to wash your hands. Similarly, the drain-stopper in the sink was broken and did not pop-up, so we needed to lift it up manually every time to drain the sink. Was not a serious problem but an unwanted nuisance. If we would stayed for longer I would have reported it. Other thing I did not like it was to pay extra for the parking giving the fact that the parking is part of the property.

Location..... walking distance to town centre, bars and beach. Hotel comfy, clean, spacious rooms and good value for money breakfast. Staff were friendly from booking in, any queries, and checking out. Spacious car park, its not free tho...... The bar area is nice in the evening, nice place to eat, good selection of food, good choice of drinks, my daughter and i sat and played cards there...... only thing was the weather, staff can.not control that !!

I think hotel guests should not have to pay for parking..... I don't get why hotels have to do this.

Staff were fantastic as usual. Great car parking and the breakfast was as always excellent. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. I always tip the housekeeping guys as they have a really tough job. Have one our your executives spend a day doing what they do and get a real prospective on humility.

One of the two small lifts was not working again. This was our third stay in twelve months and each time one of the lifts have not been working. A group of special needs guests were staying and it made it difficult for them to navigate the hotel. Rooms are looking a bit worn including our sofa that needed to be cleaned and carpets that had seen better days.We would like to come back if the lifts get fixed but it seems as there is about as much chance of that happening as me winning the British Grand Prix riding a Llama.

The location is under ten min walk to the beach. We were welcomed by Murad, very kind, helpful man, he got us through check in process in no time, he also fave our kids free stuff for beach visit (a bucket, shuffle.. et) which meant alot for our kids. No surprise this man was on the board of best employee. I can’t thank him enough, what he did might seem a little to some people, yet for us it meant alot, it was this small details that added alot to our visit. Breakfast was included in our stay, it was very good. We left the hotel with many good memories, with Murad kindness being the best one

No fridge in the room.

The refit is fantastic, great decor with a very comfortable lounge/restaurant area including a large variety of cosy seats and corners. Great decor with bright floor to ceiling windows. The room was perfect for 2 adults including a foldout corner sofa/bed for a child but could easily sleep an adult, it's one of the most comfortable foldouts we've ever had. It also came with a coffee machine, complimentary still and sparkling water, chocolates, bag of nuts in the fridge, even slippers and robes, which you only get at luxury hotels. The reception also gives out a small bucket and spade, which was a very nice touch. Parking was also great, one top level at the back, one in front of the hotel and an underground carpark. A very convenient location, walking distance to the main beachfront and pier is around 10 minutes downhill, but feels like 5 as you can see the sea as soon as you're walking down the hill. Very impressed as we always thought Holiday inn was a budget hotel, but they seem to have totally reinvented themselves. Highly recommended and our new favourite hotel in Bournemouth!

Breakfast coffee from the machine wasn't the best but you can always order a Starbucks latte from the bar for an extra charge. A waffle machine would have been a nice touch, similar to the similarly priced Hampton, but there's a lot more positives to outweigh the minor negatives.
