A lovely stylish hotel. What made our stay so special was the exceptional service from the lovely and thoughtful staff. A special thank you to Eva and Jacobi who looked after our every need and made sure we had gluten and dairy-free delights. We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding which was totally beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best ever. Room service was excellent as was food in the bar and at breakfast.

Would have liked more shelves or draws in the bedroom and some coat hooks. Also nowhere in the shower to put one's toiletries so I had to put them on the floor which is no good if you have a bad back! Magnifying mirror in the bathroom was cloudy and needs to be replaced.

Excellent weekend at a quality hotel. Our room was very good with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk daily which is a 1st for us instead of the little cartons of cream which are not good in tea. Every staff member smiled and said hello at every opportunity. Breakfast was excellent although kitchen service was slow on the Sunday morning with a full dining room due to a wedding there on Saturday night, but we enjoyed pastries and cereals while we waited for a cooked breakfast which was excellent. We would recommend the Green House Hotel and will be visiting there again.

The long wait for Sunday morning cooked breakfast but that wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

We've been to this hotel quite a few times, beds are very comfortable. Our complaint is wardrobe space, the wardrobe itself holds a safe, a shelving unit which held a otea tray, a basket for hair dryer and a suitcase stand so hardly any room for quests clothes especially when staying for a week which we have always done. Also, only two plug sockets underneath under the bedside tables. But a phone call to reception later we received 2 extension cords and a portable clothes rail.

See complaint above. Unfortunately we have never enjoyed the evening meals here. Breakfast has a continental choice which was very welcome as hot breakfast was not to our liking.

Really beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Lovely touches in the room, like big bottles of still and sparkling complimentary water, biscuits and a birthday chocolate treat. Really handy location for a gig at the BIC, too. Will definitely visit again and wish we had booked for longer. Great that there is free parking on site (so many places charge!!) and the on-site restaurant is really special for dinner (would highly recommend the chateaubriand experience). Great to have a guest lounge/bar, which is a really nice space for a drink. Do not be put off by the reasonable price, this place is quality.

It is an old building, so the sound proofing is not perfect. But this cannot be helped and everything else more than makes up for it.

The room was lovely and spacious, everything was very clean and it felt like a green oasis in the middle of Bournemouth. The bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and the drinks from the bar were good.

We arrived early for check in and the reception staff could have been friendlier on arrival rather than just telling us we were too early. Leaving us unsure of what to do. However the bar staff made up for it and were lovely and much more welcoming so thank you!Breakfast was disappointing however, we had the eggs Benedict and they were rather dry with very limited drizzle of hollandaise sauce.

The hotel is in a great location and the parking is free! The bedroom was comfortable, although kettle was hidden in the wardrobe, which we didn't realise until we were checking out. :) Breakfast was very nice, well cooked and just the right amount, although it was a little strange to have someone dish up our sauce accompaniment rather than leave some on the table. I would stay here again if in the area. Evening reception very friendly and accommodating.

Day reception to greet us was not exactly friendly. Could do with a smile and a friendly welcome. .

Great comfortable rooms, always very clean, great staff, free parking and very central to everything, but tucked away in a quiet street, minutes to the beach front.

The only downside I guess at this time of year is the Green House is a very popular Wedding Venue. To be fair we didn’t experience noise or disruption, but the hotel isn’t really “geared” to do both individual guests and weddings. The weekend breakfast was closed early with no prior warning due to a Wedding and we were informed like “well you should realise that”! It was a niggle, experienced before but it is still one of the best places to stay in the area.

Good location, staff were excellent and good parking facilities.

Not enough shelving in the bathroom for toiletries, there was an open space under the sink however it was a pain to have to keep bending down. Also there was no shelf in the shower so you have to put your soap, shampoo, shower gel on the floor, despite this they do provide some gel and shampoo if you want to use it. The bed pillows are very soft but not at all supportive however the mattress was ok. The lighting in the room was awful and not good to put make up on.

Our room was spacious, quiet with a modern decor. The hotel dining room was not huge but certainly adequate and tables were well spaced, offering privacy. Staff were all young and both polite and helpful. There was ample parking and the site itself is close enough to the beach, buses etc to facilitate access to amenities on foot.

While all the staff were very helpful and friendly, perhaps one or two older members might have a had a different perspective on available activities in the locality.

Very comfortable and spacious room with an excellent shower. Staff very friendly and service in the restaurant very good. Very convenient for The Bournemouth International Centre, which is why we were in Bournemouth, just 10 minutes walk.

Both the room cost and the dinner menu were relatively expensive compared to similar hotels we have stayed at in other locations, but not in comparison to other Bournemouth hotel costs, i.e. the 'price premium' seems to apply to Bournemouth for no reason we understand.
