Location is excellent and was easily accessible and quiet and right in the middle of cardiff next to the castle and principality stadium. Room was safe, use a keypad pin number which they give you when you arrive. Shower and toilets were clean. Plenty of towels in the room and free kettle with tea and coffee supplied. Room also has freeview TV.

It would have been nice if there was a communal area to go and speak to other guests as when I was there was I saw no one else staying in the guest house but overall great place to stay and would stay again if I return to Cardiff.

The manager of the property was extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble, I needed to stay 1 extra night just before Christmas and the manager arranged this with no fuss he's an absolute credit to his work I wish to thank him so much once again, my room had everything you could possibly need 5 min walk to city centre, despite some horrid noisy neighbours on night 1 the remaining time was relatively quiet and I have to recommend

Vile noisy drunken neighbours with no consideration for other people. Of course no fault of the guest house and thankfully this inconvenience was for 1 day only. My only hope is that these despicable people choke on their own vomitt 1 day soon

Location is great for getting into town. I was there in July....it can get humid and in the room you need the windows open....check what events are going on at the stadium as it can get loud. People in Cardiff are friendly and say hello and chat. Everything is within walking distance....food,drinks etc

WiFi had details of login etc in the room. upon arrival there was no WIFi...tried 2 devices but WIFI didn't show on either..BUT the 5g is very good if you have a good data plan. No usb charging in the rooms so remember your chargers.No parking at the property. Parking is pay and display in next road....and free between 10pm-8am . Not sure about parking in the area as first car I saw had a smashed side window....I was lucky and was able to park my car at a friends place.

Great value for money. Lovely accommodation. Super Location. Helpful & polite staff. Easy keyless access. Shower & hand soap was provided. Towels super soft. Kitchenette had everything needed for a comfortable self catering short stay. Would be my go to place if I visited Cardiff again.

Walls little thin. Shower water far to hot & hard to regulate. Little mold in shower grout. Handle on kitchen window was hard to access (if your short) duvet too narrow, they did not have much hang over side of bed. & no spare blanket. (My bed little too soft) Had to manually control TV, as no remote.

Location is 25 minutes walk to Cardiff University where I visited, through the cool, beautiful and serene Sophia's garden. Cardiff castle, principality stadium and Cardiff bay are nice places nearby to explore. City church (where I worshipped on Sunday) and other churches are also nearby.

The bathroom has poor drainage and is too small for an adult (room 8). The toilet is shared by 3 occupants (rooms 8,9 & 10), hence should be cleaned every two days to avoid infections.

It's pretty good place to stay for the night with my experience. Very close to the city center 10 min Walk. It was very quiet which made my sleep good the room and bathroom was very clean. Like that the single room have nice clean fresh sheets and towels and loo roll. The radiator was a nice welcome addition it came in clutch for yesterday where I was drenched from the strange weather. Like the included kettle with the coffee in the room was decent to wake me up. The checking in was very easy todo and quick. The staff was very nice and helpful to extend my check out time. The shower was hot which I'd very nice water pressure is okay had a nice decent shower. Honestly it was very good for the price and somewhere to sleep for the night. First time in whales and it was nice. Happy to sleep here again.

The only one downside is that on my floor there was a side toilet which unfortunately was blocked with poo and lool roll and did not flush wasn't a pleasant thing to see. But other tolet Was clean and functional.

it was clean and tidy single room teas and coffees small t.v in good area for the city. the bathroom and shower is down the hall and it looks quite nice good shower.

I struggleto work out how to open the front door to enter the hotel they send you a 4 digit number then it you press the black door handle it lights up with 1 to 9 numbers on it put your 4 pin number in and press the middle button to open the door and the same again for your bedroom.

My second stay at this hotel. Simple check in via PIN Code via email and text on day before. The room clean as routine. Simple walking distance to centre for shops and pubs, etc of Cardiff and train station. Quiet area after night out.

Two things . ! 1 the Random ,maybe every 2 hours of the noise in bathroom ???? Guess electric toilet system, which was bit annoying. NO idea if in any other rooms. 2 The milk was NOT topped up. so wasnt enough milk, for our 3 night stay. Especially ONLY 5 on arrival. Wasnt important to contact management. !!!!!!!!!! as NO onsite staff to ask.

Excellent location just a few minutes away from the city centre. Cardiff castle is also within a walking distance, there's plenty of shops and pubs around and the train station is also quite close. The room was small but very comfy and clean, there was a shared bathroom and toilet on each floor, the staff I met were kind and friendly. There's also a kettle, coffee and tea available in the room.

The only con was there were no toiletries available in the room so I had to purchase some, but luckily the stores nearby were open. I'd rather stay in an ensuite room but there were no options available when I booked the room. Next time I visit Cardiff I'll make sure to book one of the ensuite rooms

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, it had a kettle with coffee and milk, which I thought was a nice touch, but above all I have to highlight the work of the hosts, especially Kenan. When I got to the room I didn't know how the heating worked and he offered to come and help me, as well as recommending many quality places and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again just for his kindness and professionalism.
