Nice property but in a very small town and easy to find the property and good location as near to the train station and other attractions, are easy accessible. The bed is very comfy but the bedding wasn’t ironed.
There was a roof terrace to the room where we sleep, it has blocked the view and there was walls opposite our room as we would have liked the front room with view of in front of high street as we pay extra because we want a view from the bedroom.

Lovely large warm welcoming room - spacious, airy and immaculately clean. Very comfy bed (good mattress). Plenty of power sockets and lots of good lighting options. Personal control over heating - very significant considering it was one of the coldest spells we'd had in January. Huge bath in addition to a spacious and high pressured shower. Best large fluffy towels I've ever experienced. Location is amazing - 3 minutes from the station and tucked into the High street of fascinating shops - very private and very quiet (entrance via a private Close). Carol - my hostess was lovely- friendly, helpful, informative and easy to contact.
I didn't 'not like' anything but what was missing was a shelf in the bathroom - so nowhere to unpack my toilet bag onto (toothbrush, face stuff, hair stuff) and either shelves or a couple of drawers in the bedroom - lots of very good spacious surfaces but not much small storage spaces - hardly detracted from the good stuff - just would be nice extras!

Great location, right next to train station. Very friendly service: the lady made a point of bringing us a nice and varied breakfast to go for the next day. Fridge with milk and oj in it. Big nice room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Good value.
Better quality bed linens and towels would make the place nicer. Dishes had some spots on them, not sure whether it was dirt or water marks. One has to climb a good set of stairs to get to the room (de luxe) so, if carrying a lot of luggage or impaired, it's a bit hard to get there. Other than that, we were pleasently surprised by the place.

The location was great albeit a bit noisy from traffic at times. The room and bathroom facilities were very modern and clean. We stayed in the larger room for three days and would have liked a set of drawers to put clothes in rather than living from our suitcase. Breakfast in the cafe was very enjoyable with enough choice. The staff who tended to work in both the cafe and tending the rooms were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again if we were in the area.
Nothing worth mentioning

Number 26 is just off the high street in Conwy, close to the best restaurants and pubs, just a 2 minute walk to the sea front. great location within the walls! It’s also a great base for exploring everything North Wales has to offer. The room is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a large shower, with great pressure! The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast is a lovely touch, just downstairs in Love To Eat. The staff are fantastic, and Jane can’t do enough for you. We got a bit confused about where to park on arrival (around 8pm) and she called to talk us through the directions. We’re planning a visit to North Wales later in the year to visit family, and will certainly be booking here. Fantastic value for money! (P.S. for any ice cream lovers, my favourite ice cream shop in the world, Parisella’s, is just down the road. Best ice cream ever!)
The entrance to the property is round the back of the building which was initially a bit tricky to find at night after a long drive but that’s probably just me!

I liked the quirky building and surroundings and the decor never disappoints. Feels so homely even though it's not home. I liked the fact it was on the main high street and everything was on the doorstep. Very clean and communication was good.
The only thing I was disappointed with as it said I'd have a bath, and was looking forward having a bubble bath, must of been another room that had it. But it didn't ruin my stay....

It was based in the centre, breakfast was great.
No parking, and one way street with double yellow lines making it difficult to stop to drop luggage off. Lady in cafe told us there was free parking round the corner but it wasn’t free, also our room was at front so very noisy from neighbouring pubs. It was hot so needed windows open, also our bed was really uncomfortable, better mattresses needed .

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Nice big room comfy bed. Fridge with milk and tea and coffee and coffee machine. Great breakfast.
Potential great outside area, on a roof with railings could be really good. The table and chairs needed cleaning and lots of bird poo slightly off putting. I know you can't control birds. And weather hasn't been great. It was mentioned as part of the room, and on a lovely sunny evening would have been great to use.

great location, comfy bed and excellent bath and shower. mini fridge in room with fresh pint of milk. breakfast was fantastic. lovely friendly and helpful staff. the room was very clean overall.
coffee machine did not work plus pods are not provided for the machine, we brought some pods and then the machine did not work. funny mix of 2 plates, one bowl, one wine glass and one normal glass, two spoons and knifes but no forks. mug and spoon stained with tea. parking is difficult, would be helpful to have more information provided about local parking options before arrival.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed (aesthetics and furniture)
I arrived after 5pm and room key collection reliant on other guests returning front door key - which on the night I stayed they didn’t. Jane the duty manager however on hand to resolve the issue by telephone. Kettle was not working - kept switching off, again down to previous guests we think trying to boil milk in it!
