Loved its secluded surroundings. It was exactly what we were looking for after a very busy and stressful few months. Very clean and comfortable, and well heated. Staff were very pleasant and approachable. Perfect for what we needed 😊

Not so much something I didn't like, but it would have been handy to have some sort of cooking equipment provided, especially at this time of the year when the restaurant was closed as amenities a little out the way. On saying that, we were offered light snacks (sandwiches and burgers)thing like that, and the bar was opened. It's probably just a preference for me more than a necessity.

Lovely friendly staff. Very dog and family friendly. The takeout menu was useful if you didn't want a sit-down meal, but you wanted to grab something quickly after a day out. The location is excellent, we had a four poster bed overlooking the loch. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful and very dog friendly!

You could hear the rooms next door and people outside on the landing. The floorboards were quite creaky - because it's a lovely old building. The place could do with some modernising and updating but overall it was lovely and clean.

How could you not love a place where you're greeted at reception by a black Lab named Finn? A harbinger of things to come, this lovely hotel was all we wanted and more. The highlight, of course, is the stunning view over Loch Earn -- no matter what the weather, it's a gorgeous sight to behold -- but the hospitality is splendid and the room comfortable and spacious. Owner and hands-on manager, Sue, is another highlight as she's warm and welcoming, informed about the region and very selective with her selection of Scotch whiskeys behind the bar, of which we indulged every evening. As other reviewers have mentioned, the Four Seasons shows signs of age in its facilities but none that detract from the remote beauty, warm welcome, and comfortable lodging in this special spot.

Unbelievable service, especially by Sue the owner. Went beyond expectations when we required special assistance. Good speciality beer/lager in the bar. Food, breakfast is very good especially the full cooked breakfast. Rory, our server in the dinng area was very polite and friendly. Dinner exerience, I'm a very fussy eater so there was only 1 option for me on the menu but it was cooked very well and my wife enjoyed her meal too. Room was very spacious, clean and had a 'Narnia' bathroom ( you walked through a wardrobe to the bathroom), loved that feature!! WiFi is abit, hit and miss but its a remote area so can't expect full coverage but full 5g in bar and dining areas. Great views right on the banks of Loch Earn. Will book again for sure.

Couldn't stay longer.

Great location and cabin was perfect 🥰 Booked for one night and due to weather, we had to stay another night which was a bonus... Susan at Four Seasons couldn't have been more accommodating, providing us with much needed supplies, again, thank you so much! Staff were really friendly, told us about the many walks in the area.. Overall, fantastic, dog friendly accommodation. Will certainly be back!

The hotel was fine and room had a great view of the loch. There was only 2 hangers for clothes, no wardrobe only bedside cabinet with drawer. It was very cold at night and needed heating to be on. Staff were lovely but as usual these days they cannot get staff. Food was very poor my partner had pizza which was only half cooked and was inedible mine was ok but not worth the £30 they charged for it. were supposed to have cooked English breakfast both mornings but there was no chef so only continental breakfast which was also poor, only toast and no fresh bread or rolls and at & £15 each was robbery. We stayed here about 8 years ago and hoped it would be the same but we’re very disappointed and would not go back.

Property was fine, we had a lovely room with a view but nowhere to hang our clothes and room was freezing at night.

Fantastic location, right on a Loch, with its own beach. Woodland walks behind property. Direction given at reception..Lovely large room with en-suite bathroom. Old fashioned hotel attitude, so super dog friendly. Dogs treated as guests themselves not as an addition to me. Water bowls throughout hotel, even go towels on the radiator in lobby so you can dry your dogs if they have a paddle or swim in the loch…my two did exactly that..

Nothing.

A stunning location and easy to find by car. A friendly welcome - able to check in earlier than advertised. Room was very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great mattress on the bed and the view was stunning. Well-stocked bar with great service. Dinner both nights in the restaurant was high quality. Able to do some great walks from the hotel.

Room could do with a new carpet and modernised bathroom. Atmosphere in the restaurant was a little lacking - perhaps some music? Food and drink was a little pricey, but we suspect in line with other places in the area.

Fabulous setting looking right down the ever changing loch. It has its own shore so if I had a paddle board or kayak... It has what made hotels great in the old days: comfort, warm welcome, personality. It doesn't have the impersonal features of today: standardized bedrooms, modern style bathrooms. It doesn't need them. In my pet friendly room there were dog treats, a puppy on the shower curtain, and a rubber duck on the bath. Gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't need dinner or breakfast but they said (with no notice) that vegan options would be no problem. There is a lovely walk and cycle route right from the door, some of which you could do on a mobility scooter.

No phone signal (O2), which is quite normal in these parts. Not in their control, just for info.
