Stayed here many times. Good value for money. Great choice of eating in Dunblane. Fine location opposite the Cathedral. Worth a walk down to the river.

Only two small problems without which it would be perfect. The toilet roll holders invariably lose the toilet roll at first touch. Entry to the accomodation is via the staircase of Old Church house which has a fine high window. One or two flies are caught there each day and drop to the floor to greet you as you climb up (if you have good eyesight). The rooms and accomodation are always immaculate - why not sort this !

Very streamlined, easy check in/out. Plenty of parking Fabulous location, beautiful historic home. Not your cookie cutter hotel. No car required. Efficient train service to Edinburgh/Glasgow. Nature lovers will be delighted with walking/hikes.

The bed pillows need more fluff! We had no meal options with our booking. Restaurant seemed closed so we did not eat there. Next time!

Charming old renovated Manse house, room comfortable and had everything I needed, plenty parking space and excellent location on Cathedral square. Check-in is via a code sent to you on the arrival day, and I never saw anyone while I was there, which was a bit bizarre but all worked fine - there is an office too, though I didn't need it. Excellent for short stay and solo travel, ideal for exploring Dunblane. No breakfast but I can recommend "Another Tilly Tearoom" just round the corner...

Room was clean and warm…nothing else to like no staff ..no food…no service !

Think it’s time management came clean and point out this accommodation is a Hostel with no staff and is certainly not a hotel. No provision for a breakfast and nobody in existence to assist in any way. This place use to be such a warm and joyful place to stay…with its own restaurant and lovely staff.I’m sad to say it’s now a soulless dormitory .

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Old churches is in a beautiful spot, right opposite the cathedral which is worth a visit. Breakfast was included in our stay and the lovely man in the restaurant was really helpful, he even found some mushrooms to go on my breakfast after thinking they had ran out. A visit to the little chapel at the back of the property was a great way to end our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room 7 which had the hotel sign right outside the window. The lights above the sign are super bright and bled around the edges of the blind. Maybe curtains in the room would help.

The hotel was in the wonderful, quaint town of Dunblane. Our room was simple, but clean and comfortable. Dunblane is charming - it feels local, not touristy. The hotel is directly across from the cathedral and we enjoyed the bells on Sunday morning. We had a nice dinner, with friendly service, at the hotel restaurant on our one evening stay, but skipped the breakfast option in favor of the local Tilly Tea Room around the corner for fun - a real pleasure. The hotel was in a great location and suited our needs for one night. It was only 6 miles from Stirling Castle which worked great for us. The Dunblane Co-op is also just around the corner for snacks, wine, etc.

We got hot in the night despite open windows (wished we'd had a fan). We notice traveling in the UK that you always have a comforter and that's it or nothing. In the US, we are used to sleeping with layers, so you can have just a top sheet, then add a light blanket, then add a comforter - more flexible for different sleepers. Also, our bed was a double size, not a queen so it felt a bit tight.

The house and the town have a very nice flair to them. You step out of the property and stand right in front of the beautiful church. Right below is a river and some garden grounds to take a walk and see the surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the room was very quiet.

There was a small problem with the shower. The draining was a bit clogged and water could not flow fast enough, so we needed to take some time to give the excess water time to flow. I have to mention that the shower is a open one with the drain directly in the floor, so flooding of the bath is very serious and swift in such a case. But, we did only stay one night and told the friendly staff on site about it. No one was hurt and nothing was flooded.

Very clean. Extremely Handy. Convenient. Lovely location. Building Has a bit of character. Everything worked. Pleasant. Bed comfy. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Tea/coffee making facilities. Nice soap/shower gel. No issues at all.

To be very picky- Light under door from corridor at night. Could hear next room (talking/tv) late at night . Gap round blind at window let in light at night. Double bed felt small.

Clean room and easy check in. Ample parking

Walls are paper thin. The bathroom fan is actived with the bathroom light but could maybe have a timer on the fan incase the light is left on all night. Nextdoor did this every night and the fan is noisy and annoying at 2am. Beds were clean but very hard. No air conditioning, our room was very warm even with window left open all the time.
