Excellent location but there are many, many stairs and doors to get to the 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was clean and comfortable but ceilings very low and felt a little claustrophobic. Staff very helpful and obliging.

Stayed for 5 nights! Not only was the room bright and welcoming, but it also had a great view of St. Giles! The location is very central which makes it easy to get around the city. I was blown away by the amenities (air conditioning, in room washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/range, kettle and coffee maker). I was also very surprised to have 2 bathrooms in my particular 1 bedroom loft. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Due to time of travel (August), the street noise from the Fringe festivities was quite loud during the day. However, this did calm down at night so I had no trouble with noise when trying to sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the chambers, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The location was absolutely superb, with everything conveniently within walking distance. It made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, and I truly appreciated the convenience it offered. The staff at the apartment were highly professional and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and responsive to my inquiries or requests, which further enhanced the overall experience. Their professionalism added a touch of luxury to my vacation. One of the highlights of the apartment was the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay, and I particularly loved the espresso machine. Starting my mornings with a fresh cup of coffee was a real treat. Additionally, the complementary water bottles and milk were a thoughtful touch and added to the overall comfort of the apartment.
However, I did notice one minor issue that slightly affected my experience. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor that had not been cleaned properly. I could clearly see a dustball, and it seemed like the cleaning staff may have missed that particular spot. While it was a small oversight, it did detract slightly from the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

The staff were exceptional. I arrived early due to my flight time and they kept my luggage for me as I strolled around town. When I had an early flight on departure, I asked them to knock on the door until I told them I was up to wake me, and they did! One of the staff even escorted me a block to an ATM machine when the closer one at the bank was under construction and I did not want to walk alone at night. Very exceptional service. The suite was beautiful and well equipped. I loved being able to see down a Close from a hall window!
I'd add a bedroom unit for air-conditioning for the occasional truly warm days that make sleeping difficult. Add face/wash cloths.

The location is a perfect home base for High Street. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. There was one tall gentleman who helped us with our bags, gave us good advice, and gave us good directions, and was just so very nice. Wish I had caught his name. The room itself was a beautiful mix of historic and modern and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Washer and dryer in one was nice - just a bit tricky and long cycles.
It wasn’t the property exactly, but the first night it was hard to sleep because of the noise from the restaurant/bar below us. Still highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING accommodations and our new go-to choice when visiting Edinburgh! Very centrally located but not at all noisy. The apartments look exactly as pictured and are smartly constructed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable sharing the apartment. Great beds, neat kitchen, clean and functioning bathrooms -- really great stuff.
When we arrived there was a festival going on so we couldn't bring our car up to drop off the luggage which was a PAIN -- we had to walk it up the streets and wish we'd known that before hand. The staff met us and helped us though so that was great. Just make sure you see if there will be street closures during your stay and either plan accordingly!

The hotel is on the Royal Mile. Easy access down to Cockburn Street down the stairs through the back of the building and off to Prince's garden with our dog - bed, treats, poo bags, two bowls were provided by the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Very luxurious apartment. Late night walks were safe right off the front of the hotel to the Castle. the apartment faces St Giles' Cathedral so it was an amazing view. And it was quiet. We were upgraded to a one bedroom so thank you so much. Carlos in the reception was very professional and showed is around, emailed us a list of dog friendly restaurants too. The restaurant in the hotel is dog friendly too and we had many meals there, no cooking this time. Very close to Waverley Station for car park. A superb stay.

Perfect location just next to Real Mary King's Close,on the Royal Mile. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. However, if you are ordering breakfast at Luckenbooths (recommend that you have the residents breakfast which includes a hot dish, a coffee and a juice) avoid the granola. It was 90% granola and 10 % yoghurt, so dry that my mum had to ask for more yoghurt to make it edible, at which point she was offered the smallest portion of yoghurt I have ever seen. Apart from this, everything was perfect and the apartments have a lot of character and are tastefully decorated, very quiet at night too.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of the Old Town on the Royal Mile – the location can’t be beat! The bedding was super comfortable, and the apartment was well-appointed with an excellent kitchen, spacious living areas, and supplies including coffee pods, tea and all bathroom necessities. Given the central position, the apartment was very quiet, ensuring relaxation and a solid night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartment and the common areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional location, right across from St. Giles Cathedral, close to everything. The complex is spread out over a couple of buildings, so it took a bit to remember how to get to the unit from the 2 entrances. The apartment was nice and clean and appeared well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that the 2 bedrooms in the apartment were separated by the living and kitchen area. We had an issue with the lights in one of the rooms, and the issue was quickly fixed by their maintenance staff. We had apartment #701.
I have mentioned to their management that the temperature needs to be able to be adjusted lower than their minimum heated level. It was warm to us, and would have liked to been able to actually turn off the heat. We did end up opening the windows to cool down the place to sleep.
