It was cosy

It was 2 floors down so it was hot and when drunk not the best but it was nice so it made it ok, sofa bed you have to make it upself and wasn’t expecting that for £300 for one night and 3rd of all I haven’t received my deposit back which has been over a week since I’ve stayed

It was very cosy. And warm. The TV was massive. I found parking very easily (although extortionate) The location and distance from everything we did was perfect and central. There is everything you need in every way in the surrounding area. The bed was really comfortable and there were essentials as well as spare towels. It felt secure, with codes getting into the Mews and on your front door.

The surrounding area was a little noisy at times. At the back of the property is an underpass where people were hanging out and being noisy at night . However this wasn't all night and only one night. The Pitcher and Piano bar attached to the property came alive on Saturday night and was lively. Luckily I have earplugs. One of the skylights on the bar side didn't seem to be shut properly so I reckon it would have been quieter if shut. I didn't like keep banging my head whenever I put anything in the bin but I probably should have been more careful.

The location and how modern and well equipped the apartment was. The help received when we could not complete our check in online. Very fast and helpful response. It is all managed online and with a passcode. The apartments are lovely and you can find everything you need in them for a few days in Nottingham. We also liked the views from our patio: city views. It is right next to the cathedral and you can walk everywhere. There is parking about 2m away from this location, but it is expensive. We took the car with us most of the time, as we were exploring the city's surroundings, but bare in mind there is no parking in the street from 8:00 until 20:00. A lovely Indian restaurant can be found just opposite the apartments and also the Pitcher and Piano bar was quite a hit (in the old church). Our apartment was clean and perfect for our two night stay with two children.

We were by the Caves and It smelt very musty and damp on the way down the apartment. (We stayed in an apartment located in the basement, at the lowest level). The smell is very strong and we had to run up and down the stairs with our mouths and noses covered. The apartment doesn't smell quite as bad, thankfully, as it would be unbearable otherwise. This would not be an issue if you stay in the upper level apartments. It was lovely overall and we understand there is nothing to be done about the smell, but something to consider if you are sensitive to damp and musty environments and smells

It was beautiful, well located and secure with helpful staff.

The bathroom smelled a bit of damp. The shelf in the wardrobe collapsed when I lent on it slightly to get the bed linen from under it.

Great location, easy walking distance of Town Centre. Good size, Wi-Fi, TV (have to use own login for Netflix/Amazon/Apple TV), Clean, Warm, Hot Water plentiful. Generally comfortable. Had basic Kitchen utensils, cups, glasses etc. Good Management interaction.

Our apartment was on the lowest level. 2 sets of stairs to negotiate / no lift. Overwhelming damp smell at times Bathroom Extractor fan broken. Fridge had no freezer capacity

Overall, the apartment was fantastic! very organised and easy to access. Me and my partner had a lovely stay.

for future preferences for your customers , there is a slight crack in the wall as you enter the property as well as the carpet lifting behind the entrance door, there are a few marks on the right hand side of the walls as you walk up the stairs and a brown/orange stain on the carpet next to the right lamp and the mirror. if you need pictures I am willing to send them via email Thankyou.

The person who answers the phone when you call the number was very helpful to us. There were multiple outlets scattered around the room. The bathroom was also clean and nice.

In Chantilly, there was no kitchenette, which was mentioned in the details beforehand but the other apartment we booked (Broderie) had one , so it would've been useful if both had one. They don't provide a washing machine, which would be useful. The heater in Chantilly was also faulty.

People upstairs a bit loud but suppose you can have this issue anywhere. Just a minor thing could probably do with more tea and coffee pods but I took some with me so no big deal. Shame the fridge didnt have freezer compartment for ice but the bar next door gave me plastic cup of ice when needed. So no big deal. Overall nice stay. Even better with outside terrace.

Property was in a good location, 5 minute# walk from the station and also the motor point Arena. City centre close by. It had everything needed. Our booking was for one night but could have easily stayed for longer. It was a spacious and welcoming room.

The sofa bed wasn’t great. Springs in mattress were very prominent, but got around this by using the duvet as a mattress topper. Unpleasant stains on mattress. The ashtray in the garden area was full of cigarette butts. Probably an oversight.

Location was excellent...close to everything. Apartment was clean decor all fabulous Helpful host. Main bedroom massive bed super comfy. Great size shower Facilities pretty much all fabulous. fridge super cold.

Sofa bed ...too springy needs another mattress on top even though extra blankets provided a foam mattress could have made it more comfortable.Shower needed more power
