Overall, the apartment was fantastic! very organised and easy to access. Me and my partner had a lovely stay.

for future preferences for your customers , there is a slight crack in the wall as you enter the property as well as the carpet lifting behind the entrance door, there are a few marks on the right hand side of the walls as you walk up the stairs and a brown/orange stain on the carpet next to the right lamp and the mirror. if you need pictures I am willing to send them via email Thankyou.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent. Air conditioning is a plus as the room is down a lot of stairs and can get a bit stuffy. Jeff was a very responsive host. We arrived a little early and were given a key code to have entry. Beware though - they key codes start/stop working on the dot of the check in and out times……

If there had only been 2 of us the apartment would have 10/10 but my daughter used the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable (lumpy & squeaky). It would probably suit a child better than an adult - and definitely not 2 people even though it was a double.

Gorgeous rooms and comfy bed. Very central, convenient location but very quiet once inside. Loved the layout of the bedroom and lounge/kitchenette in Heathcoat. Big screen TV in lounge, another in bedroom. TVs and room temperature operated via a single tablet. Lovely little terrace overlooking the tram line to the train station with doors out from both the bedroom and the lounge room.

We stayed in Heathcoat which was down 2 flights of stairs which wouldn't be ideal for some or those with lots of luggage. But it was easy to navigate and there were plenty of suites on ground level for my elderly parents.

The apartments are very close to the town centre and the facilities provided are much better than a stay in a hotel room. The rooms are modern and spacious with easy to follow instructions on how to use the aircon, TV etc.

We had to deep clean the coffee machine before using it. Wine glasses and coffee mugs were also needing to be given a hot water scrub before using them because they were very dirty. The toaster was also caked in crumbs from previous guests so we needed to clean this out because I have coeliac disease and not able to have cross contamination of gluten from foods. The lack of cleaning of the kitchen items was the only thing that we didnt really like but management may not be aware of how cleaners are carrying out their duties.

We have stayed in the apartments before and will stay again. A beautiful boutique room. Lovely furniture and furnishings. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. The air conditioning was very much appreciated for this weekend. A great find in our hometown. It is very convenient if you travel by train or into the nearby bus station. Would highly recommend.

Some noise from the nearby skate park and restaurant pub next door if you have to open the windows. We knew this initially, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The room was really good, great central location. Would absolutely book again. High end fixtures & fittings.

The code didn’t work at first, but someone phoned back promptly & sorted, which was great. You may consider this a strange comment, but…. When going to the expense of high quality fixtures (Villeroy & Boch), branded toiletries, it seems odd that the toilet roll was such low quality. I wouldn’t know where to buy such cheap toilet paper! Surely saving pence is insignificant…. or certainly false economy. First World problems 😂

Very good location, close to city centre. Well presented apartment, but only required it for sleeping so did not use kitchen facility.

Not happy that we had to provide photo ID in the form of a passport before the accommodation released the door entry code, even though we had paid in full by credit card !! Very expensive for one night stay especially as 10am check out, and no free parking available. However we were lucky to get a space in the tiny public car park opposite accommodation which cost an additional £!8 for 24 hours.

The property is as described and pictured, very comfortable and modern. The location, in Lace Market, is ideal, being in the historic centre where you are spoilt for choice with fashionable shops, bars & restaurants. Despite being situated behind a busy restaurant and bar, the property is well sound proofed and we had a very relaxed stay with no noise disturbance from outside or other rooms. There is plenty of parking within easy walking distance nearby. Communication with the property manager on a couple of queries was excellent.

A few more items of kitchen equipment would have made our stay easier (for example, there were no tea towels or washing up sponges) - as we were only staying overnight, we didn't think to bring these items with us. There were only enough towels provided for 2 people, not the 3 we had booked for so it was a good job we were all family & didn't mind sharing!

Really spacious room and lovely bathroom - although tall people watch your head! Plenty of hot water and a very bright room with all the blinds open. Comfy bed and given the location surprisingly quiet (especially as we visited bank holiday).

Two things let this place down for me. Firstly, the room got very very hot during the day so when we came back of an evening it was pretty unbearable - good thing the AC works well. Secondly, there were a lot of marks on the walls and carpet that just made it feel a little old and worn down.

It was convenient and as described. Good access to central Nottingham by tram or foot. Seemed secure. Parked at the new bus station car park which is very clean and convenient - for some reason this isn't a recommended option in the communications received - they recommend the NCP and a couple of others which have awful reviews.

Air Con turned itself off after a while despite being set to stay on. Why no sachets of instant coffee? - not a fan of the tiny portions you get from pods and the mugs supplied were too big for the machine anyway.
