it was clean there was a tube in the bathroom

the rug in the room smelled not nice there was a fridge but everything was frozen inside it’s probably perfect place for people going for a match (it’s next to the stadium) but I wasn’t any part of the sports world so I didn’t understand why I have to pay money in advance to protect the room (I’m a normal person, not smoking, and just came to sleep)

Great location, 10 minutes from Wembley Park tube station. Nice size room and very modern. Lovely hot shower. Large comfy bed. Staff very friendly. Great that we could leave our luggage early in the day so we didn't have to carry around until check in. Deposit refunded very quickly. Tea and coffee facilities in the room

The plug sockets wouldn't work to charge our phones and the lights kept switching off? We didn't speak to staff about it as we didn't check in until 10.30pm and left at 9.00am so not an issue. If we were staying any longer we would have mentioned it. I would definitely stay again

The room and shower room were god .. modern dimmable lighting.

The USB sockets did not work so I had to buy several USB chargers. !£a twn gang 2.0ma double USB soccket plugs are 13-33 GBP at Screwfix .... The hotel was very out of date with USB charging facilities. Would go there again but the room is 3 star standard no way near 5 star or more. There was a hole in the plaster wall ....covered in duck tape. I could have repaired it with pollyfiller and a trowel then paint touch up.Called a taxi at 0700 hrs ... failed to turn up so took the bus.

Bookable car parking. 3 minute walk to Wembley train station and close to Wembley outlet centre with shops, restaurants etc. Or 15 minute walk to Wembley Park underground (on jubilee and metropolitan lines) Large, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee station with lotus biscuits. Bottles of water in fridge. Safe available in room.

No major problems but these were a few niggles: No bath in bathroom. Nothing to hang towels on so unable to re-use as they didn’t dry. Wet towels were taken away but not always replaced. Had to ask reception. No key needed to access the hotel stairs or lifts, so non residents could potentially access them. No spy hole in bedroom door. Duvet cover was too short for the duvet. Double room was made up as twin.

Very nice and helpful staff! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Bus stops are right outside the hotel and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the metro station.

The room had a weird odor that was very uncomfortable to breathe in. We did get used to it after staying in the room, but it did smell very bad the first few minutes every time we went in. It’s very unfortunate because everything was great other than that. I wouldn’t completely rule out staying there again because overall it was good value for money, but I do hope they do something with this:)

My room was easy to find from the lift and it was furnished with a very comfortable bed, a comfortable desk chair and a very strange old sofa that almost ate me. A lovely surprise was that the bedroom had a little balcony overlooking the main street, with great blackout curtains that certainly did the job!

I'm not quite sure if the strange old sofa in the room was intended to be an extra bed if disassembled (I didn't dare try) but it was very odd to sit on. I almost disappeared into the middle of it! Otherwise, a lovely experience.

+ Room was really spacious for London hotel standards + Large double bed comfortable + GREAT bedside lighting system control to dim all the lights + Good value for money + Bathroom had heated floor and bath, lovely. + Big windows with blackout curtains effective

- Often no staff at reception for a several minutes - Too warm at night even when turning down the temparature controls to minimum ( 16 degrees ), it was too hot to go under duvet properly - No openable windows

it was so central to what we needed as friends lived close by! A fantastic area with all that’s happening around Wembley!

the room was too hot - when we entered the air con said it was 27 degrees! it was during the hot spell but when we tried to reduce it to 16, it didn’t come down to that.

Staff were LOVELY, and friendly, just a 10 minute walk from Wembley Park tube, Wembley stadium and shops.. Top notch digital lighting, bathrooms ultra clean, bedding ultra clean….xxxx

The room was comfy, clean and in better condition than some we've stayed In, so there wasn't much not to like, I’ve given it a 9/10 purely because the carpet had seen better days, and where the windows run condensation ( as they can’t open) it had wet mouldy areas in the corners, apart from that it was a great hotel…..

The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Wasn't any noise from outside. Greeted by a very nice man at the main desk on arrival.

The morning after our stay at breakfast. Staff were not so welcoming. Was not clear what was on offer for breakfast other than the continental laid out. No offer of the full English that we didn't know they did until paying afterwards and we had no time left to have one. Even though that's what we would have liked.
