It was convenient to where our business was

The Coke machine was empty and too expensive. We went to one of the local QT and got our drinks for almost half the price. You consider this convenient I call it a rip of second the elevator was out of service and there was no warning on the website it being down. I know you don't want to tell anybody that because they might decide not to stay there it still wrong. There was no ztopper in the shower so my wife had to take a shower instead of a bath and she was looking for a good soak since we spent all walking around shopping.

Comfortable king size bed. The room was very clean. The staff is nice We had a early flight & wouldn't be there for the coffee bar in the morning. The front desk provided us with a coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer & Real coffee cups.

The pillows on the were very small & flat. It was like you were sleeping right on the mattress. Please invest in some better pillows. No hair dryer. Noisy, we were on the 2nd floor. Someone on the 3rd floor was pacing back & forth most of the night.

The hotel is a great Location. Very quiet.

The price did not match the quality of the room or hotel. The elevator was down the three days i stayed. I was an inconvenience carrying luggage’s of the stairs. Inadequate water pressure for the shower. I would definitely consider a better quality hotel for the price of here.

It was close to the airport and the bed was comfortable. If you stay for a longer period of time, there is a full-size refrigerator and a place to cook food

Parking seemed a bit limited. However, I did not drive around to the back of the hotel.

I really like the staff's sense of urgency when it comes to anything I might need.

There isn't anything I don't like I would like to ask if we could possibly get another umbrella for the table outside, we had a rough rain storm with very strong winds and it blew away.

Nice location near freeway but set back so as freeway traffic is not heard. Very quiet and laid back location. Very accommodating staff and nice snacks for breakfast on the go.

The place is as expected. Normal wear and tear for age and usage. Simple nicks and scratches on counters, normal wear of carpet but no rips or tears.

How close to the Fwy this hotel was.

The restroom was not completely clean. There was hair on the bath towels and on the shower curtains. Thankfully, we had our towels in our car due to us being on a road trip.

It was very comfortable except I know it's hot in az but the ac works bomb so blankets can be used not that big a deal tho

Professional yes, not inviting or any type of emotion at all...although I felt by the demeanor kind of unwelcome. I WAS going thru a very bad time and exhausted and upset already.

Room very spacious, comfortable bed and cooking facility was nice to have. Quiet even being near airport

No close restaurants. Grab and go breakfast wished there was fruit or yogurt

Very comfortable beds, has a nice little kitchenette. It's very nice and quiet location.

The housekeepers obviously do not clean that well under the beds. There was a man's underwear under one and a woman's makeup kit along along with a wig.
