Very standard hotel. Nice features, 24-hour pool, free breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport. They even offer 2 pm checkout if you're a rewards member and you can sign up for free. and there's a Hilton next door with a restaurant and bar. AND THE BED WAS SO COMFY. did not want to get up.

I like that it is 10 mins away from the Phoenix aSky Harbor airport. I booked 1 room with 2 queen sized beds. When we got there, check-in was fast and easy. They give you options what floor do you want to stay. We picked first so luggages won’t be a hassle. The room and bathrooms were perfectly clean. Plus points because the inn was evidently PWD-friendly. Beside the bathroom tub, it has a handle so you can hold on to it. They have 24 hr swimming pool and I also saw their mini gym being thoroughly cleaned by the staff. They have free and unlimited ice. Perfect to beat the awful heat in Phoenix. They also sell mini snacks and drinks. All staff were hardworking and approachable. They charge your credit card with extra $20 more or less for incident fee but they will return it if you did not damage of steal any of their things once you checked out.

Air conditioner was quite noisy when you try to sleep. Bathroom tub handle is quite hard to turn.

considering it’s close to the airport, there wasn’t a lot of noise. everything was very new and updated and clean.

the web description said there were vending machines but there actually aren’t any. they do have a snack bar you can purchase snacks and drinks at though. I stayed on the third floor and while walking the hall to my room I noticed a stinky smell similar to sewer or farts. my room didn’t smell, just the halls.

The location is great. We wanted a place close to the airport so that we could easily drop of our rental car before an early flight. Staff was good. Room was pretty much what you would expect--clean, comfy, plenty of outlets.

The TV had this irritating, load hum. The front desk offered to give us a different room but we were already settled in. There aren't a lot of restaurant options near by if you don't want to drive.

Liked the location of the hotel and it's proximity to the airport and car rental return. Staff was so friendly and nice. Really appreciated their positive and efficient attitude.

Parking could be larger, it was hard to find a spot, but we did in the back. I know the property is cramped for space especially with the hotels and restaurant all so close together.

The free airport shuttle both to and fro, both drivers were professional, polite, and efficient. I really liked my room and the receptionist I encountered was great (Niaomi). She was always friendly, efficient and professional and dealt with a lot of other guests when I was trying to check-in late in the evening. I also really liked that there was access to the boiling drinking in the breakfast room area.

My time there was short and I didn't have time to eat the complimentary breakfast.

So easy to check in and get your keys! Love the fact they offer breakfast, such a great way to start your morning with a free breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable pillows.

One of the doors on the side of the hotel was unlocked and anyone can come in and come into the hotel without having a key. I was at the bottom floor so made me a little uncomfortable but rooms are not accessible without a key.

The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle was extremely prompt both picking us up and dropping us off. The hotel was beyond my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Best night sleep in a long time. The breakfast was outstanding!! Lots of options and very tasty.

The free breakfast was wonderful. My father said that the bed was great. He had a wonderful night's sleep. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was so close to the airport.

My only issue was that we couldn't get all the rooms near each other.
