The pool was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was was clean. The lobby is nice. The hosts were helpful and nice. For the price, it was okay.

The tile floor in our room wasn't ideal. It had just been mopped and took hours to dry. It was very slippery. I'd see it as a hazard risk if I was the owner. The air conditioner was very outdated and made the room smell musty. Only 2 pillows per bed. Bathroom light/fan needed dusting, as do the baseboards. The two chairs need to be replaced. You sink down so low into the seats, you feel like you're falling through them. The window and curtain was small. The hairdryer didn't work and the back of it was missing. The room and bathroom are very dated in general, but they were functional. It was good enough for the price. They can definitely charge more if they update everything.

Close to town without being downtown. Amenities were close and the town is lovely. Small town with great people. Check out the local metal Artist, John Mark Baker. Lovely works of art for the great outdoors. The Riverwood Motel has a lovely pool as well. Excellent Mexican food right next to the Motel, El Parralito, which had fabulous food and a great ambiance.

Thunderstorms that rolled thru while i was here.

I liked the location. It is in town but on the way out of town away from the gas station that has a lot of traffic. The Man at the front office Is very nice and patient.

The lady at the front office in the mornings is not very nice. She has an attitude. There was an issue with the Booking APP and she probably thought I didn't want to pay but either way, the problem was not on my end. She could have been a little nicer since they had the issue, not my credit card. The room had two towels and we asked the cleaning lady for two additional towels, it was four of us staying in the hotel room and they took my dirty towel and left two. So we ended up with only three and that was a small inconvenience. Since we were at Glenwood for the river we had beach towels with us and I used that out of my car. It would be great if from the beginning they put four towels since they knew in advance that four people were staying in the room.

It was much nicer than we thought for the price! And for how many stars google said it was! Was not expecting it to be as nice as it was! Was pretty clean! Very fast check in and easy check out.

Only thing was house keeping knocking at our doors a few times very early in the morning. Like 7 or 8am the first time which was early for us who needed to catch up on sleep before continuing our long drive! We just ignored it each time and went back to sleep till little before check out~! Literally the only meh type of thing which isnt that bad of a thing~

Rooms were clean...Staff was friendly during check in... Was peaceful and quiet... Not alot of distractions...

Didn't see or hear from staff after check-in... No clean towels or bedding daily...

This is a older place but this was a very clean and nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a lot of space. Heater worked great! If we are traveling back to this area we will stay here again.

If I have to say something we did not like it was the Channel selection on the TV was very limited but no big concern to us.

Location, clean, handicapped accessible

Most motels have at least 4 or 6 pillows on the bed. There were only 2. We are in late eighties and need a night light. Left bathroom light on, but too much light. I finally shut the door and enough light came through.

Location was good, property was clean although it need some repair work done on the outside such as dents in doors fire estinguishers glass cracked on some.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Later on, in the early evening, we decided to ask for a blanket...this is a small property and HSKG was gone for the day. He walked over to the HSKG area and found a blanket for us to use. He was very accommodating and seemed to be there 24/7. The property was nice and extremely clean. Public access to the Caddo River, as well as, tubing and canoe outfitters are all within 1 or 2 miles from the property.

We had no issues with the property at all! :) FYI... the wi-fi was a little slow, but, this is a small property in a rural area. Our cell phones had spotty reception in this area as well ... I am confident the hotel has no control over this. The wi-fi is complimentary - which is nice! :)
