Having a free breakfast was good although selections are limited. Location was a bit farther than expected. Good $ value. The kitchenette is great for packing lunches etc. Friendly staffs.

Shower water pressure was too low. (We stayed 5 nights and switched a room on the 3rd night but not much different) Coffee machine in the room didn't work. The top of the microwave door scrapping the bottom edge of the cabinet door when opened. Phone call to the front desk doesn't work either from a cell phone or from the hotel rooms. Untensils were not enough, there was only one spoon and fork each.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was average but there are 4 restaurants within walking distance including a pancake place and a coffee/donut/ice cream shop. Tapas Grill is amazing. Alamo was ok and over priced but I will definitely stay here again. I know some might not be thrilled about this but every morning and evening Mr. Big Bear made his rounds at the dumpsters to see if he could break in. He stayed away from guests and we enjoyed catching glimpses of him but definitely wouldn't want to be caught off guard at night by him and you certainly can't leave any food in your car.

We stayed 3 nights and no one ever refreshed room with towels or made beds. We asked for more towels so it wasn't a big deal but I wonder if you have to request a room clean because we had trash for sure that needed to be emptied.

the breakfast is OK, the time for breakfast is too short, only for 6-9. I want to see more variety for meat especially for people who don't eat pork. Turkey sausage of turkey links will be great and more egg choices not just runny scramble eggs.

Booking messed up my room order, I booked for two queen beds, but we get kings. Fortunately the hotel has the room availability and with extra charge they accommodated our requests. There is no edit options in booking website, people have to cancel and rebook to make changes (most of the times the price is different or not available). Booking should fix this problem, if the company want to compete with other third party agent.

We absolutely loved the location of this property, super close to downtown Gatlinburg and an easy (and free) trolley ride there and back running until midnight. The room was a very decent size, was lovely having a couch in there also! Loved having a walk in shower and the pool was lovely with glass windows looking out to the forest, made for a lovely afternoon to cool down after walking around Gatlinburg! Staff were very lovely and helpful during our stay and free parking is always a bonus! Loved that they had a functioning laundry onsite also which came in handy for us.

Only minor fault was that when we checked in, we had the tiniest amount of toilet paper on the holder and had not been given anymore despite staying for 2 nights - front desk quickly rectified this for us when we went downstairs to ask for some extras. Weren't provided any hand soap though which was a bit of a pain but lucky we had spares on us so wasn't too major of an issue

Newer building, everything was very neat and clean. Liked the room with the kitchenette (large refrigerator, stove,dishwasher, & large microwave). Lots of storage area & lighting. Much more than we expected and everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay very much. Good breakfast also. Great price.

Only problem I had was that the utensils for the breakfast were a little flemsey( hard to cut my biscuit ).

Excellent price and location, quiet room, good parking (most is behind hotel, but there is plenty of space). Did not try the weekend breakfast but it looked and smelled very nice. We were extremely happy with our stay overall and certainly plan to come back during future vacations.

Every interaction with hotel staff was fantastic, but there was one time that we went to the front desk to ask for extra towels and nobody was present. It was early evening and nobody showed up for the ten minutes or so we waited at the desk.

Everything was good. The staff was excellent. my daughter ended up locking the bathroom door and the young lady came up and unlocked the door within a timely manner and brough us extra towels as requested.

The only thing I disliked was the air conditioning we set it at 68 at night but didn't seem like much air was coming through.

The breakfast was ok. Not great but definitely not the worst we have had. Everything seemed updated and in working order. The staff always spoke to us and seemed very friendly. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

The breakfast could have been better but wasn't terrible. A mirror outside of the bathroom would have been nice.

The was breakfast was pretty basic. The breakfast consisted of main breakfast foods. I saw fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, and only milk no orange juice.

I would have liked that the no pets policy was enforced. I did see people with pets. I didn't like there were individuals smoking cigarettes on the property.

We loved the indoor pool and how close it was to the town.

We did not like how thin the walls were and that on our side of the building didn’t have cameras but we understand it was a new hotel and still had an amazing stay!
