The water park is awesome for kids. the water in the park's pool is only 40 cm which is great even for toddlers. we found a wave pool that isn't mentioned anywhere. Very suitable for kids with many activities for them. No real need to leave the hotel. Spacious rooms and showers. New TV that supports casting from your mobile.

The food isn't that great in spite of the variety. if you come late to the dinning room you may even miss out some cuisines they do not bother to refill. Some basic dishes like omelets or pancakes are served manually and that causes long lines and long waiting. A severe problem of mosquitoes in the room (bring a repellent with you ) (* if you intend to pay cash in USD they do not accept bills printed before 2006 - FYI)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Aquapark has good tracks and a lot of deck chairs. Room was a little bit dark and has issues with electricity, but overall okay. Internet was only in lobby, but they working to have wifi in rooms.

One day a few peoples caught a stomach bug due to poor seafood, but I didn't experience it by myself, so it can be gossips.

Quick response for any problem, especially from Mr Ahmed Maher reception manager and Mr Emad, really there are very polite, responsible, Smart and respectable persons. House keeping workers mohamed and Ahmed are excellent and supportive. Italian restaurant is very buetiful, delicious food and smart place, Thanks Mr Ahmed for this chance in this restaurant. Finally, the acuapark is very good and the guards are active and responsible.

Food especially in breakfast and lunch is very bad with no taste (just quantity with no quality), sofa bed in room is very bad and not suitable for sleeping, and the attitude from some of the men bars is not good, especially in the main bar. Also there is only one pool in the hotel which make us disturbed and it is very crowded, and not clean any more.

The water slides were great; our kids liked them and always played there. The hotel has four pools and the kinds have played in them. at the end of our stay, we asked for a late checkout, and Mohamed from the reception was kind and approved.

The food was medium, we don't eat meat and dairy together, or seafood and some nights it was hard to find what to eat.

Excellent place, Hossam and Ahmmed in the restaurant were simply amazing, Ali the cleaning guy were kind and made sure rooms were always well kept. Reception gents were so friendly and made us feel welcome from the first minute. Kids were well entertained every evening on the mini disco shows. Facilities wise pools, rooms are superbe. Beach is just 5 mns ride with the hotel shuttle. Few minutes from the airport and easy access by taxi to Soho Square and many other places. We left happy and looking forward for our vacation in Charmillion Aquapark. If planning a get away with your familly i highly recommend this hotel in Sharm el Sheik. That's the place to be...

large complex with lots of facilities. hotel was still very quiet when we went (only 20% capacity) very large rooms. All the hotel was immaculately clean. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and are so eager that you enjoy your stay. Food was good on the whole, plenty of choice. one night at both speciality restaurants was included (it said they were additional in the description) certainly wouldn’t have wanted to pay extra for these restaurants but they were nice and make a change from the main buffet. gym was open even thou it said it was currently closed (hadn’t brought gym wear because of this) look decent.

location - there’s is nothing anywhere near the hotel and taxis were surprisingly expensive. pools were incredibly cold when we arrive - gather someone complained and heating was turned on. toward the end of the week the main pool was lovely. water at the aqua park was very cold. mosquito - obviously nothing to do with the hotel whatsoever but mentioned so people know to take replant and suitable clothing.

Lovely hotel with aqua park suitable for all ages. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially in food hall and pool side. Food was top quality with different food themes everyday, alot of variety, fresh too, lots of veg options.. Overall happy , most people visiting were arabs (modestly dressed) so perfect, being muslim, the environment was good. my children loved it . Thank you to all at the hotel . I definitely recommend 😎🤩

Checking in process took too long, need more staff to check in quickly . Also, need prayer facilities for people who want to pray in congregation. Maybe music should be turned down alittle .

We had an amazing relaxing holiday back in February. This hotel is perfect for families. Parents can relax sunbathing and having a drink while children have fun in the pools (eady to keep an eye on them too). We enjoyed how warm and attentive staff was. We were treated really well, special attention paid on the kids, we felt very well taken care of. We also loved the pool and the fact that it wasn't crowded (we were there in February).which was really good not to wait in the queue for getting drinks and snack in between hours.

If I had to think of things I didn't enjoy that much, I would need to mention the spa.I got a facial from the spa and it was very average and rushed. I also shared the room with another client which felt very weird too. I would also recommend they make sure the curtain rails from both sides of the windows are closer together so the morning sunshine doesn't wake everybody up! Also, the evening entertainment could be better and maybe a few more child-friendly good options in the restaurant for picky eaters

The hotel has open and welcoming personal. They are ready to help if needed. In hotel, you can find some additional services like taxi, tours, SPA. They propose and leave you if you are not interested. The aqua park closed for renovation and the hotel provided similar aqua park in other their hotel. It took 10 minutes by a bus to get there. Overall, the solution work good to us.

The buffé has a many alternatives every single day. The Aqua park is fun. The rooms are huge, modern and have everything needed. The staff is friendly and really makes an effort to deliver good service, despite their poor english.

The sweet table was good looking but everything tasted the same. Not a great place for sweet lovers. It was crowded over the weekend. This place is near the airport but far from the old market (recommended visit).
