Very spacious room, comfy beds, good water pressure and plenty of plug points. Bathroom water heater functions well. Lots of lights in the room as well.Clean sheets and interesting path to get to our room due to building being old /possibly a heritage building. Great if you're looking for a budget place to stay for a short period of time!

Towels had a damp smell as if they were not dried before being folded and put in our room..basic amenities for a 3 star hotel room such as toothpaste/toothbrush, shower cap, bar soap were not provided! Downstairs convenience store should be open 24 hours and not close by midnight..oh and parking is an issue here, u have to park in the city council (mbpp) alloted parking lots by the side of the road as hotel parking is limited! So if its a normal working day u would probably need to pay for parking too..

The entry and exit process is fast in the reception. No deposit taken.

The price for the small room not equivalent for the money paid. Bed is too low. Shower at a small space.

I choose a Non smoking level but you can smell the odor oh smoke in the room.

breakfast so so and space to eat is limited. we have to wait to sit and eat. parking limited. bed not so comfortable where i can feel the spring in my bed. so we end up sleep in one single bed. not to mention i book double bed but been given 2 single bed due to double bed fully booked.

Cheapest price for 3 star hotel can I get in Georgetown. I only paid rm45/night for my stay. Helpful staff in car park. Spacious room n toilet. My room view was Komtar building which is spectacular in night.

One of the receptionist was not so friendly to answer my question and a bit annoying. I got twin single bed room instead of double bed room stated in my booking and in force I have been apart sleep with my husband 😕 . The bed and pillow already old, not really comfortable slept on it. The towel was smelly and no soap odour.

Room was clean and tidy...Its quite big.Feel comfortable..the breakfast also nice and delicious.staff was friendly too.

Smelly towel for the first day.second day new towel smell okay already..the location maybe not so near to the place but still i can walk around and sometime from place to place we just walk.If you take a grab also very near actually..so cheap.1 more..the light was quite dimmed.
