We arrived really late. The staff was very welcoming and we were able to order a meal even though it was midnight- and they prepared it quickly. The room was very clean and had every amenity. The morning breakfast buffet was high quality and even had vegetarian sausages as well as meat. We felt rested and ready for our long flight that morning.

you are so close to the airport you could walk there (but that is not possible). Instead you must pay for a shuttle £6 per person and take 30 minutes ( but this option is not available after a certain time). Or a double decker city bus (daunting with luggage). Or a taxi or Uber- In the evening Uber was “surge pricing” and wanted £35 to drive the 5 minutes. Taxi we had to wait 30 minutes in line, then £15 fare. In the morning it was only £12 with Uber. You won’t know what you are going to pay until you are in transit!

Great location a 5 minute drive from terminal 2. They were able to accommodate an early check in, and the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There’s also a large bar and a restaurant area which was a nice place to relax outside the room. They also arranged a taxi for me at 4 am to get to the airport which was very helpful

Very good location for LHR. Easy 20 Pound Sterling taxi ride.

Don't mess with trying to get an Uber from the airport to the hotel. Taxi worked great and much quicker. Lesson learned.

The size of the bed and room was very good.It was very easy to reach Terminal 3 the next day.With a bus stop right outside the main entrance. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was excellent and all the staff were very helpful.

Not the hotels fault but the bus driver from the central bus station didn’t know where the hotel was.we ended up walking miles trying to find it

The hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were very good. Location to the airport was the reason for booking. Windows soundproofed so no noice from the airport, plus thick curtains for those suffering from jet-lag. Plenty of bus options for travel to different Underground stations either at the airport or local stations. Hotel has a convenient taxi booking service for trips to the airport.

I had assumed the Hotel Hoppa was an option and was very surprised to find it wasn't. The local bus from terminal 5 would normally stop outside the hotel, but unfortunately the bus stop was closed due to road construction. This then involved quite a hike with luggage from the next bus stop. Also local buses don't have the luggage space of a Hotel Hoppa, plus local commuters are less tolerant of fellow travelers with luggage. I learned my lesson and booked a taxi for the return trip.

The hotel was close to the Hertz car rental, so my wife and I were able to drop off the vehicle we rented and take a five minute walk to the hotel from there. There's a Shell down the street from it too, so gassing up the car before dropping it off was easy too. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. There's a large area to park and unload outside when checking in, as well. The elevators (lifts) are a good size and fitting our luggage and selves into it to go to our room was convenient and easy. The room was a good size, though smaller than typical in North America. It was also nice and quiet, despite planes regularly flying overhead to land. There's a regular airport shuttle to get you to the airport, too. It stops at all airport hotels, and it takes longer to get to the airport as a result but still not all that long a trip.

The folks at the bar will give you a bucket of ice, if asked, but it would be nice to just be able to get it yourself from a dedicated ice machine.

The staff were mostly very welcoming. The lounge bar area was relaxing and the restaurant was a nice set up. The bar man was one of the politest people I have met, top marks. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

(Discretionary) Service charge of 12.5% applied to all food! I feel this an underhand tactic and will catch many people out. The Receptionist who checked me in was not very welcoming , it’s a shame because every other staff member was brilliant. The food is over priced but it was good quality in the restaurant. AVOID the Pizza, it’s clearly cooked from frozen and was very bland.

The staff were very nice, the room was neat and the bed was very comfortable (not to mention it was huge). Simple fittings, only shower gel provided, but otherwise fine to spend a night before getting a very early flight out of Heathrow. We also liked the fact that there is a restaurant and bar in the house, so we didn't have to go anywhere to grab a bite.

The room was somewhat on the small side (perhaps because the bed was so large that it took up most of the space), and there was no hand gel, only soap, which feels wasteful for a single night stay. Also not extremely close to Heathrow - about a £15 Uber ride away from terminal 5. Otherwise, it was perfect for the purposes of our stay.

Stunning modern room and completely silent given the proximity to the airport. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the breakfast was spot on too (Highly recommend). It was clean, tidy and effortless with good value parking. Something to note is there's no lift from the car park but you can easily drive up the ramp and outside the entrance! Beds were some of the best we've had in a hotel room and all the furniture was very comfortable with plenty of outlets everywhere.

Our only real gripe was that the A/C was poor. It couldn't get the room below 25/26*C even being left on with no one in the room and set to 19 on full. So it was a bit stuffy in there, I'm not sure if it was our room or a running common theme. The bar food and drink was also very expensive even for London prices, a pint and a small glass of wine came to £17.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, which was good because there’s nowhere around the hotel. There’s a nice sized bar which opens until late. Everywhere was very clean and it was perfect for our visit to Royal Ascot. The room was large and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The sound proofing in the rooms worked very well. We were surprised at how big the car park is so parking wasn’t a problem.

Everything was very good. All I would say is that I was surprised, having booked a room with a runway view, to have a very large building in front of so there wasn’t a lot of runway to see. The photo on their website makes it look as though it’s an open view. It obviously won’t stop me booking there again and I’d still get a room with a runway view😀
