Great location. Bed was lovely. Staff were helpful esp Duty Mgr Juan. Supermarket right next door was very handy.

There was a half empty bottle of soft drink left in the fridge from the previous customer

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful with suggestions. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. The location was central to everything. The presentation of the entire Motel was amazing-not a speck of dust anywhere! While there was no ramp, I noticed that there was a seated lift to access the building for those who require assistance-resourceful! I will definitely be returning.

The construction opposite my room was a little annoying but the motel is not in control of that. The sound reduction windows worked well though and I was not impacted significantly.

I’d always wanted to stay at the Adina on previous visits to Bne. I finally got that opportunity in Sept 2023. The location is extremely convenient for travelers who are dependent on public transport. It is off Central Station. And an easy downhill stroll to the CBD for shoppers. The staff were extremely efficient and pleasant. Checking-in was a breeze. I had booked a couple of hours earlier on booking.com - impressed! The classic decor was appealing to me! Nearly every hotel I’ve been to tries to up-the-stakes with modern offerings so this was a pleasant change for me.

Perhaps the fluctuating room rates was a main challenge. Rates varied by as much as AUD 150 per night - also daily rates on the website vs booking.com were never consistent so I never stayed for more than a day. I’m claustrophobic so not having a balcony was a little bit of a challenge - not enough to deter me though as I stayed for a night. The noisy range hood and stove were the only other sticky points. But I enjoyed my stay! Plan to come back when the rates are right (to my liking)!

The property was very close to both the train station and the venue I had to visit. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out were straightforward.

The room was very noisy from external a/c units. I received a message in the morning of my arrival to say the car parking was fully booked - This was a surprise, as I was told it could not be booked in advance. When I messaged the hotel to ask for an explanation, I did not receive a reply.

The one bedroom apartment we had was really well laid out. the bed was exceedingly comfortable and it was lovely to have a lounge and kitchenette. The location is perfect. right across the road from Central Station, which connects directly to domestic and international terminals at the airport. Very handy for shopping in the CBD.

One small issue was the smell of rubbish in the second floor foyer. It would have been coming from the garbage chute and was quite strong when stepping out of the lift and walking toward the door to our room. it persisted all weekend but wasn’t noticeable inside our room, so it really is a minor criticism. Another issue was the the walls were very thin and the couple next door were very audible when speaking (as, I imagine, were we). Again, this is a very minor issue and neither would stop us staying there again.

Amazing location (for us) since we had to catch an early train from central. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and we were able to check-in early, which was great!

The bed, especially the pillows, weren't super comfortable and didn't give us a good night's sleep. A massive thumbs down for the internet. You get "limited" free internet where limited stands for "reduced speed". That wouldn't be an issue per se but throttling the connection to 200 kb/s is a joke as you HAVE to upgrade to premium internet (payment needed) to do even basic work things. In 2023, High-Speed Internet should be free of charge.

We got upgraded to a one bedroom, which was really lovely. Very decent size kitchen and bathroom (which was well fitted for people with mobility concerns) and lounge area was comfortable. The bed was luxurious and inviting, we had a great night's sleep! Above all, the location is excellent. We chose this hotel primarily for location as it is literally right across the road from central train station, and we had a concert to go to at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Getting to and from was so easy from this hotel, would absolutely stay again! Staff were also wonderful, with the room being ready ahead of time so we could sneak in a quick nap before heading out. We arrived quite early and they held our bags until the room was ready, which is always appreciated. Thank you so much!

Only a minor inconvenience, the shower head was a bit on the small side. Definitely not a deal breaker though!

The location is perfect. Next to Central station, Anzac Square and in walking distance to everything the Queen Street Mall and Brisbane CBD has to offer. I arrived early from another location and my room was ready so I was allowed to check in hours earlier. Comfortable room and loved the handwash etc. Hotel was well priced and staff were friendly. I LOVED that they had a FULL length mirror..not having one is my pet hate in hotels..people are generally going to go to a function/ show or something while staying and would like to see the whole outfit on for that occasion...not just the waist up.

Only complaint was there was no sugar, only equal and someone had used half a coffee sachet and placed it back in the caddy so the cleaners may want to check that.

The location is great, right next to Central Station made travelling around the city easy. Clean, friendly staff. Walls are sound proof could barely hear my neighbours, if at all.

Light fixtures were a little dated. In my room.there was a QR Code that said it would provide details on services the hotel provides, some of the information was useful but a lot of it boiled down to "talk with reception", which would have been my go to anyway.

Nice spacious apartment close to lots of shops and things to do. Walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Queen street mall. Liked the connecting rooms as we booked 2 separate rooms but felt like one apartment.

Initially we didn't realise it was valet parking that you had to arrange at $52p/day so we couldn't find anywhere to park to just check-in. But after hopping out the car to find out about where to park and how it works it was actually fine and worked out well.
