Location is very convenient. Just a 10 mins walk from the airport bus station and the free tram is just across the street. Convenient stores and MacDonald is within walking distance. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

We prefer Apartments over hotels and this "for us" this was a great CBD location. From airport took the Sky Bus. It dropped us off at Southern Cross station a 10 minute walk to the apartments. Free city CBD Tram boarded across from apartment. Other trams that could take one to other city locations there as well. Lots of tourist sites including the "alley ways" were no more than 20 minute walk away or you could take the Free Tram. For us it was usually slower than we could walk. Great having a washer and dryer in the unit! Kitchen was stocked with minimal kitchen stuff but all we needed for our 5 day visit since other than breakfast we dined out with so many choices. Nice selection of TV stations along with music stations.

In our apartment the balcony was dirty with leaves and dust. Not a great view from our apartment balcony but was not inviting to go out on none the less. Cleaning staff needs to be reminded to clean the dryer lint filter it was full of lint when we went to dry our first wash load. Also Staff could put a note on dryer for occupants to clean the dryer vent after use. Also the apartment entry doors are on the heavy side and many of our neighbor renters just let the door slam on exiting or entering which was noisy for us as we had two adjacent apartments next to us! Not sure why people are so inconsiderate in letting doors slam but they are anyway!? We find this when sailing on cruise ships too!

Everything, the self contained 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is cosy and spacious with washing machine and dryer as well as being provided with a sachet of detergent and some fabric conditioner! The washing machine is quick too. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed, including microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, dishwasher (with a couple of dishwasher sachets provided too!), fridge and plenty of storage! Washing up liquid provided too. The bed is absolutely amazing so comfortable, 2 comfortable pillows. Big wardrobe, plugs either side of the bed, separate sitcom in living space to the bedroom. The bathroom is great too showrr and bathroom and toiletries provided. Location fantastic near to the train station about 5-10 min walk and tram stops outside. Near to cafes restaurants shops too. Overall a fantastic place couldnt recommend enough.

Everything we needed was available in the room. Very quick to get in and out of building. Chromecast worked well. Great location. Room well priced for what you get.

Room was quite hot when we entered, but that wasn't much of a problem once power was activated with the card and the air-conditioning could be turned on. Shower temperature was quite difficult to control due to lag in water temperature changes. The couch had no lumber support, so was quite hard to sit on for any period of time. Would've liked more of a preview of the obstructed view from the balcony before booking. Ironing board was quite unbalanced, and felt unsafe to use. Private parking a little expensive.

Comfortable bedding and clean room. Great size towels and nice products including quality toilet paper and a good iron. Great location - short walk to Southern Cross Station and South bank. Also metro station across the road.

Bit tired (carpet and tiles). Curtains off the hook in bed 2, balcony dirty, toilet roll holder didn't fit properly - toilet roll kept falling off, squeaky doors need WD40 on Bathroom and Bed 2 so was hard to be quiet. Noisy room for my companion in Bed 1. A/C unit on roof woke her and her window didn't close properly. Also couldn't open door to balcony from bed 2 and a fan would have been nice. Ironing board wouldn't stay up and had trouble streaming to TV but not really a concern as we didn't spend much time in our room. I would stay here again if the price was okay at the time

The staff were really friendly and accommodating and I was upgraded to a balcony suite. The apartment was perfect for my needs - clean and comfortable and furnishings in good condition. It is in walking distance from Southern Cross station but not Flinders Street if you have luggage. But it is easy to catch the free tram.

I had intended to book a Brady Hotel in one of the other locations in Melbourne CBD. Having said that, the hotel is directly opposite a tram stop and the free Circuit Tram stops there. There is a lot of noise from trains but with the windows closed most of this was blocked out.

Excellent location in close (walking) distance to both Flinders and Southern Cross Station. Southbank is a nice walk across the river for plenty of eateries. Used the gym a couple of times which was adequate. The pool was being renovated, so unable to comment on that. There was a TV in both the bedroom and lounge areas - we only used the lounge one, but it is a nice touch. Mini kitchen was great for the bits and pieces we were dealing with. Beds clean and comfortable, generous size (King size) which was nice. Walking distance to the city centre, or grab a tram. We found this a good area to travel from for the various things we were attending during out stay.

Could hear the trains of a night, but that didn't affect me really. My wife is a lighter sleeper than me. We did a bit of juggling to keep light from the curtains and TV out of the room as my wife likes a dark bedroom. That is a normal thing for us when we are travelling, this property wasn't as bad as some we have stayed in.

Great place to stay comfortable and has a lot of amenities, staff came to help when I was being stupid with not being able to figure out the simple tumble dryer and assisted my early check out.

Only downside is the parking €45 a day seems really steep for the not secure concrete car park that also seems to be anyone can park there not just reserved for hotel guests? I arrived late from travelling all day and things not going right at all so I just wanted to get checked in I didn’t realise the fee for the car parking but I seemed to be held at ransom straight away agree to the €45 at the tannoy or drive round all night trying to find parking as I wasn’t directed to anywhere else that I may have been able to park in for cheaper so I think this needs some improvement

The location was perfect. Close to the Southern Cross station and we had a tram stop just outside. The staff were very friendly and polite. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

The only negative was not as many kitchen utensils as I would have liked. 2 saucepans for cooking. No frying pan 😞 We booked the self contained apartment so we could save money on costs by preparing our own meals, but found we were restricted in what we could make. There is an oven and hot plates but no baking dishes or oven trays.

The property is a 5 minute tram ride (15 minute walk) to Flinders station. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Southern Cross Station. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and helpful

The gym, though fine, didn't include the pool and sauna, which were out of order. There were tiles stored in the pool area, which was locked, so it looked like it was being renovated. This should not detract from a very nice apartment hotel, though, and im sure it's something that will soon be fixed (as it's currently low season and works appear to be taking place). Perhaps the pool and sauna being out of order due to renovations this could be made known to guests considering a stay here until work is completed. Other than this minor point, I highly recommend the place.
