Decent sized room, good shower, breakfast set up and food was good. Porters were all good, helpful and polite. Excellent service from chambermaid when asked for more tea bags and milk. Very nice ambience throughout the hotel.

Had to wait a long time to check out. Not enough reception staff at the busy time of 10am. Lucky we weren’t in a hurry. We were initially billed for breakfast on two days when we only had it one morning. Pillows not comfortable, needed a firmer pillow choice. Not enough tea bags and milk in room. Cups in room were very small. Mouse running around in the breakfast area was concerning.

The room was really nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower in the bathroom and I really liked the selection of beauty products, smelt really nice! Once my coffee machine was working (I had to get a new one brought in) it was a great addition - and the desk was perfect for work in the evening. I also really liked the breakfast selection, it was an excellent buffet, nice fresh food. The bar was also great in the evenings, a nice space to unwind.

My room had an adjoining door and for the first weekend all I could hear was kids shouting from the adjoining room. I think travellers should make sure there are no adjoining doors here if they want to sleep! Secondly I thought housekeeping was a bit odd - they didn't turn up until about 5pm and kept removing things and not replacing them e.g the dressing gown and a coffee cup. The hair conditioner also ran out and was not refilled.

Great location in the CBD, fantastic access to shops and main streets of melbourne city. Very helpful staff, we especially want to thank Bobby and his brother at the concierge for their help. We paid for the club access - the afternoon tea and evening canopes/drinks were just enough food to keep us full! It was also the perfect setting and comfort to watch the Men’s tennis final of the AO.

The amenities on the 10th floor were quite dated, although the views were great from the gym. The pool was cold and the facilities weren’t as clean as I would have expected.

- Domestic staff were attentive to our needs - We were given a free upgrade to our room - We received complimentary champagne and sweets with a delightful card as it was our wedding anniversary - The concierge was most helpful in taking care of or bags while we went for a wander in the morning even though we had officially checked out of the hotel - Sauna, spa and sauna were enjoyable...did not use the gym but it was well equipped

Even though the hotel restaurant meals were delicious we felt that they were rather pricy for what you actually received on your plate Same comment applies to the room dining

The hotel was centrally located for us, with the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. We were allocated an Executive room and whilst we were travelling for leisure, the room was very well appointed and suitable for business travel. I would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning in our room was inadequate but that did not dampen our stay.

The room is a bit small and a liitle outdated. There was no bathtub., the bar and coffee area is too small. However, the facilities were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and really well designed ~It is comfortable that my kids enjoyed it a lot. The towels and the shower area were also clean and fresh. But disappointed that there was no steam room, which I always looked out for when in a hotel. The gym is average. The breakfast was remarkable! It is definitely an 5-star hotel breakfast trademark and I was not disappoint. The unlimited barista coffees and freshly squeezed veggies and fruit juices made me happy.

The bar and coffee area needs to be a liitle bit roomy. and could have been better if there is a bath tub.

Room facilities were good, shower nice and general setup of room worked. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Location of hotel worked well with attractions and public transport.

Room did not have much information about hotel facilities such as pool opening, breakfast info and had to visit desk to find basic information. The staff misinformed me on opening hours for pool. Bill was email and didn’t receive, an option to print out would be welcome.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and absolutely lovely. The facilities like the pool, gym and sauna were great. The beds were so comfy. The buffet was fresh and had a huge variety. We would stay here again.

The shower grout in our room needed a good clean. On the weekend nights the hotel seems to be a popular dinner location which was exceptionally noisy untill wee hours of the morning. The TV's are not smart TV's so you can only access live TV. There also wasn't any kids options for the room service menu.

Room was clean, pillows and bed were very comfortable. Towels were lovely too. Room was made up when I came back (though a little late one day). Staff were great and very accommodating - even assisted me locating somewhere to purchase a cable I had forgotten.

Wifi in conference area was not good - probably due to brickwork / location. They should look at a wifi extender to boost the signal. In my room they need to change the bathroom door to face the other way, so it doesn't open onto the vanity, which is annoying.

Absolutely loved our stay; especially the staff who were amazing! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and ready to help. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The breakfast is even better than you’d expect, we were so spoilt for choice! If you can think of it, they have it and their service is second to none. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beds need lock on the wheels so you can sit up in them without them rolling away from the wall. The smallest inconvenience in what was a wonderful stay.
