Wish the pool was a bit bigger and had more options to watch but honestly no real complaints

We loved the view from the 23rd floor room we had. The room was lovely and bed really comfy. Location was perfect for exploring the CBD on foot and for hopping on the bus or tram to Fitzroy/Collingwood/Brunswick.

While it was a novelty that the breakfast was all a la carte and all heavily south East Asian inspired, it would have been nice to have the option of a slightly lighter/simpler cereal/yoghurt/fruit option, instead of a full heavy breakfast every day. It also meant you were tied down to the timing of the restaurant, so you couldn’t whizz in for a quick bite to eat if you had an excursion booked, for example. Lovely restaurant though, just didn’t suit us to have that style of breakfast every day, so we only used 2 out of our 4 included breakfasts.

I liked the location, with close proximity to transport and amenities. The staff were great: Special mention for Tammy and Ricardo for excellent service, pleasant nature, and quick response to my needs. The bed and pillows were so soft and luxurious. The security safe was great easy to use. The coffee pods were good quality. The body lotion was good quality. The pool was good for a relax. The lighting in the room had many options which I liked.

Room could be cleaned a bit better, with vacuum cleaner and check for dust, particularly the shelf under the TV

Really nice hotel in Melbourne CBD. Close to Southern Cross station for those arriving by Skybus. The room was relatively compact but very clean with all essentials. Very nice pool. I got a credit of 10 dollars per day for the minibar which I greatly appreciated.

The tap in the bathroom extended to the end of the sink so it's basically impossible to wash your face etc without getting water on the floor. The breakfast was nice but it is a la carte (you get one dish from the menu and anything else is chargeable, though water, apple/orange juice and self-service coffee machine drinks were all complimentary in unlimited quantities) which may disappoint those expecting a buffet breakfast.

Very good value for money. We had a spacious room with a city view, breakfast included and mini bar credit. Loved the rooftop for happy hour!

Location is not perfect but close to public transport.

Steve checked me in and was very helpful in combining my two bookings that I'd made separately. the hotel was good the breakfast was good but only a short list to order from i.e. not a buffet breakfast. the room was comfy and clean, and Wi-Fi was great. the location in terms of close to the city and restaurants and sights was good - it was at the end of the town so was in a little bit quieter area (apart from the club across the road see what I didn't like)

I stayed on a Saturday evening and there was a party in a bar across the road which made this very noisy and kept people awake until about 5am. this didnt happen on the other two nights though. There is also a gentleman's club across the road but that didn't cause any issues and the area seemed safe enough to me as a single traveller. on NYE there was a massive queue to check in at 3pm with only 3 check in desks (although i could collect my bags quite quickly to leave)

Great location The pool was a great addition to hotel we liked that it was indoors on a rainy day and warm and open till quite late , Was a very small space with only 2 day beds but not a big issue also amazing view from the pool area of the city day and night Close to the aquarium, free city tram , Cafes , Marvel stadium, Trains , Federation square ect

Would have been nice to order from the bar or the cafe downstairs to the pool area but understand how that wouldnt work Water in the rooms is always a ncie addition not having to buy elsewhere or mini bar

The bed was really hard with no give - so I didn’t like sleeping in it We didn’t get our complimentary glass of wine for joining the Quincy club The tap in the bathroom sink puts water all over the floor- just when it’s on slightly - I think a bad design The AC stopped so it was absolutely boiling during the night ( we had the curtains closed during the day which we were encouraged to do) Complimentary bottles cold water might be a nice idea

Wow! The manager is awesome. He knows his business very well. He’s very welcoming and is extremely eager to help and ensure your absolute comfort. He is positive and hardworking and it’s obvious that he has instilled that in his team. The breakfast was delicious. The cooking staff didn’t serve strictly as per menu, they were always flexible and cooked to my specifications. Housekeeping showed up daily and were very polite and cleaned thoroughly. Reception staff were always at hand and helped promptly. Well done, ALL at Quincy Hotel for making my stay a pleasant and memorable one. I appreciate that you all work extra hard to ensure that we’re comfortable. Well done, Manager for your total quality management style of working. I’ll definitely be back❤️!
